About Al-Bahisht Hajj & Umrah Tours
Al-Bahisht Hajj & Umrah Tours is a UK-based Hajj and Umrah operator with Saudi Ministry of Hajj permit, ATOL credentials. Their regulatory accreditations are a positive sign, but limited publicly visible customer reviews make it harder to assess day-to-day service quality. A solid choice for pilgrims who prioritise financial protection.

Me and my wife went for Hajj 2025 with Al-Bahisht. Our experience with the group has been amazing Alhamdullilah. They guided us really well throughout the journey and kept us informed about each and every step beforehand, whether it’s related to planning journeys, transports, luggage handling, food, Ziarat, everything was well coordinated and thought-through. We really enjoyed and had a fabulous experience Alhamdullilah. The team was super cooperative and the presence of Sheikh Mumtaz sb. and his guidance on Manasik e Hajj, his beautiful bayaans made the journey really easy for all of us. May Allah give reward to the whole team and allow them to arrange many more of such beautiful journeys. I would like to recommend Al-Bahisht to all who are looking to go for the next Hajj InshaAllah.
Alhamdulillah had the pleasure to go for hajj with al bahisht in 2024... The team was amazing MashaAllah and they did everything in their control to provide us the best service. Makkah hotels weren't the best but at least we were in a short walking distance to the haram and that was i think the best part. The people in the group were all very lovely and everyone was always ready to help one another. jazakAllah khair to everyone that made our hajj a wonderful experience.
I travelled with Al- Bahisht in 2024 An amazing experience Alhamdulillah May Allah reward all Ameen
I travelled with my family for Hajj in 2024 with Al Bahisht. The communication service transportation and hotel were all fantastic. Everything was well organised from before travelling. We attended the seminar prior to our Travel And understood the requirements and training. The Hajj experience itself was phenomenal. The group were fantastic and everybody contributed well. The love for the team and companions was appreciated and Inshallah we will always remember you in our Duas.
A brother has cited that as we have been to Hajj and this makes us obliged to hold back any negative comments or points towards one and another. Its a valid point but I must add that because I will be helping another brother with my feedback then I feel obliged to share my experience. This feedback is not based on how transformed or how the journey of Hajj has changed me but I know that I have to be honest so that others can be informed. Mazhar Bhai and the crew were very caring throughout the trip. There were honest and upfront with everything. Yes, I must admit the hotel in Mecca could have been better, but I felt that it was very close to Haram and therefore, from my perception I only needed to sleep and shower and spend my time in the Haram therefore, this point to me was not an issue or concern as felt the more time spent in the Haram the better my ibadaa was as I paid to be there in front of the Kaaba rather than in a hotel. Furthermore, the food was always different and homely too. There was several choices too in comparison to other groups that were in the same hotel. The laundry service was impeccable, always on time. The transport that was in the control of the group was always on time. The group also was one of the first ones to arrive at Muzdalifah this makes a huge difference in terms of space to sleep as in time there was no space for people to sleep on the floor and some ended up sleeping on the roof of the toilets. The trip Arafat was also being one of the first ones to arrive at the camp. Ziyarat was also good and may be it can be improve by getting the right guides, although Mazhar Bhai stepped in himself to do this on some occasions. Madina, the hotel was much better and very close to the mosque too. Overall I can not fault the group, volunteers and the organisers, Alhamdullilah, and may Allah SWT bless us all and give us another opportunity to undertake this blessed journey with people like within this group. Ameen
