Alhamdulillah, we performed Hajj 2025 with Flight Express, and it was truly the best experience ever. From the very beginning, securing a package with Nusuk wasn’t easy, but with the many informative webinars and the duas of everyone, my entire family managed to get a package. Flight Express together with the Al Bait team made the whole journey smooth, organised, and so worthwhile. Special thanks to Muhammad Bhai, who was always just a phone call away. He and his team were constantly ready to help, making us feel supported every step of the way. Our group leader for the TMT package, Sheikh Nasir, was a gem who was always motivating us and keeping our spirits high throughout the pilgrimage. A heartfelt mention also to Muhammad Bhai’s sisters, Fatima and Asiya, who were incredibly helpful and supportive to all the female hujjaj in our group. Would also like to mention a special thanks to Habib Khatib from my home town who with his friend Jav went out of their way to make sure we secured the package and were part of our Hajj journey from beginning to end .. can never forget all that you both did for us. Flew to Hajj 2025 on the A1300 Extended Package from Birmingham. Our guide Habib (the famous HK) was very caring, attentive and catered to everyone’s needs. His knowledge, organisation and duty of care made the experience into a beautiful one with lifelong friends and memories made along the way.

Every aspect of the trip was handled with professionalism, care, and a deep understanding of the spiritual significance of the journey.  During the five sacred days of Hajj from Mina to Jamarat, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, I felt completely at ease thanks to the support and guidance provided. Hajj 2025 A1300U-FE Non Shifting Birmingham Flight Honestly, I don’t even know where to start! I chose Flight Express for Hajj after hearing glowing reviews from multiple family members who had travelled with them before. With nothing but praise shared, I booked with high expectations — and I can confidently say those expectations were not only met but exceeded. I joined the WhatsApp and Telegram groups, as well as the daily webinars, determined to absorb as much information as possible and prepare myself for the go-live date on Nusuk. Alhamdulillah, we secured our package in Phase 1. We were invited to a free seminar in London, where we were personally welcomed at the entrance by Hafiz Habib. Greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality, he spoke to me and my brothers as if we were already friends. The seminar re-energised us just weeks before departure. It was here we met our A1300 group and were introduced to our two group leaders: Hafiz Habib (Birmingham flight) and Maulana Ebrahim Surti (London flight). As a professional overthinker, I had my worries: Would there be English toilets during the Hajj days? Toilet paper? Would I be able to sleep surrounded by snorers? How long would the queues be? What if my ihram fell off? Looking back now, none of these things ended up affecting me. In hindsight, they were trivial — first world problems. Outside of the Hajj days, we stayed in top-tier hotels under the non-shifting package — Pullman Zamzam Madinah and Hilton Convention Makkah — and we were fortunate enough to witness Masjid al Haram without cranes for the first time in 22 years. From start to end, Flight Express had everything organised: coaches, on-foot group movements, clear WhatsApp comms, and more. Every year, service providers must report to the Hajj ministry on successes, failures, and areas for improvement. This accountability was evident — we saw first-hand the significant upgrades made since last year. A massive shoutout to Mohammed Patel for his tireless efforts and constant availability to answer questions. Also, heartfelt thanks and appreciation to his sons Mahmood and Zaahir, the big friendly giant that is Hafiz Habib, Maulana Ebrahim Surti, Fatima Patel, Asif Shaikh, Aslam Kaji, Abubakr Kaji, and the rest of the Flight Express team. May Allah reward you all immensely.

A1300 Hajj group Flight Express was recommended to us by a family member and we didn’t look anywhere else, definitely glad we didn’t. We were a group of 6, and from start of the process to the end, they have guided everyone with such patience & kindness. Prepared us through weekly webinars, and even though they didn’t know each one of us we felt we knew them through the webinars. Any questions or worries we had were answered.
