Unprofessional and Rude Service I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Euro Africa, particularly with an agent named Osman. Instead of offering helpful advice, Osman spoke with a blatant attitude and was outright rude. His condescending tone and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. Rather than assisting me with my travel queries, he chose to insult my way of thinking, which is shocking for someone in a customer-facing role. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is appalling. I expect professionalism, not arrogance and rudeness from a travel agency. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Euro Africa to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere for more respectful and competent service. If this is how they treat clients, they clearly have no interest in maintaining customer relationships.
First time I have been in contact with EuroAfrica Travel Lt, I spoke to Alex asked him I I want to travel to Congo, Kinshasa in July. But I was looking for a cheaper flight deals, he kindly helped me out finding me a cheaper tickets I was really pleased, Alex is a nice guy really friendly and kind, really helpful person.
