Alhamdulillah, we had a positive experience booking with Fly Uni. All arrangements were well organised, the hotels were good and conveniently located, and communication was consistent throughout. Would definitely recommend. I would suggest that providing a bit more guidance or information beforehand could be helpful for those going Umrah for the first time. A special thank you to brother Abbas for his support throughout the process.

We have used Fly uni services for both a Turkey tour and Umrah, and the experience was excellent. Everything was well organised, from planning to execution. The 5-star accommodation was exactly as promised clean, comfortable, and in prime locations. The team was professional, cooperative, and always responsive. Highly recommended for international travel and Umrah services.

This was an extremely poor, irresponsible, and stressful experience with this Umrah travel agent( flyuni). We booked and paid in full seven months in advance, specifically to ensure a peaceful, hassle-free Umrah for my family. Despite this, they changed the airline and hotel without proper approval, and the promised airport shuttle did not exist at all. Instead of smooth arrangements, we were forced to constantly chase them for even the most basic details. The most unacceptable issue was the visa — it was provided only hours before departure. Until then, my family genuinely believed we might not be able to travel at all, even just hours before the journey, purely due to their irresponsibility. To make matters worse, the person dealing with us was extremely arrogant and dishonest in his communication. What was promised repeatedly was not delivered, and concerns were handled in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. This caused immense stress during what should have been a spiritually calm experience. In hindsight, arranging everything ourselves would have been far better. I strongly advise people to avoid this travel agent (flyuni) for Umrah bookings.

Very disappointing experience with our Umrah trip. Despite booking and paying 7 months in advance, visa confirmation was given only the day before travel. Hotels were changed without informing us and were of lower quality than promised. We also paid for airport transport, but no pickup was provided from Medina airport at 2 AM, and the agency was unreachable. They later promised reimbursement, which never happened despite multiple follow-ups. Overall, a very stressful experience. Better to pay a bit more for a reliable agency, but it wasn’t a cheap package either at the end!

I booked my Umrah and Turkey package with them, and the prices were very reasonable. Honestly, I don’t think anyone else could match what they offered. Throughout the trip, the hotels in Makkah and Madinah were 4-star, and in Turkey we stayed in a 5-star hotel. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. Flyuni provided great service from start to finish. Mr. Abbas Azam guided us throughout the journey, kept us updated, and was always helpful. His support made our travel much easier. We will definitely recommend them, and InshaAllah we will travel with them again.
