It was our first time going for Umrah and I cannot recommend this group enough. Everyone was lovely and always welcoming and accommodating to any needs or questions. We had a wonderful experience and everything ran smoothly throughout our time in Makkah and Medina.

I had a beautiful experience with Qibla Hajj and Umra UK LTD. It was my first solo journey going umrah but I never felt alone. Ateeq and Uncle Javid really took care of us from start to finish this is from their experience of over 25 years. They always made sure I was comfortable, showed me around, and checked in to see if I needed anything. They guided me through each step of Umrah properly and made everything easy to understand. Their support gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus fully on my worship. Also wanted to highlight the efforts of Sheikh Shuaib giving us the authentic islamic insights regarding this journey from the hadeeths to quranic verses. Alhamdulillah it was a spiritually fulfilling Umrah and an experience I will always remember. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning their journey. May Allah accept our good deeds.

An unforgettable experience, which was planned and handled meticulously by brother Atiq and Uncle end to end. Some of the highlights: a) Brother Atiq met the group at Jeddah airport on arrival and had already prepared access to our individual rooms at the hotel, so that we didnt need to queue up after a long journey b) Provided an informative leaflet detailing all the steps and dua's/recitations, which proved invaluable during Umrah. We also had a guide to take us through the first Umrah, but note that with the high number of pilgrims in the Mataaf we couldnt stick together and quickly lost trace of him. This is where the leaflet was extremely handy. c) Ziarat to Taif with a quick tour of Mina enroute, prays at Masjid Abbas followed by a fantastic meal before heading to the miqaat point in preparation for the second Umrah. (Note - other ziarats were planned and took place in Mecca and Medina, but we chose not to join these so I cannot say anything about them). d) Visit to the Museum at Cave Hira enroute to Medina, which was informative e) Fantastic hotels in perfect locations in both cities, making it easy to get to the masjids and allowing us to fully focus on worship, which was the sole purpose of the trip Brother Atiq was extremely patient and answered all my queries and concerns throughout the journey. Uncle was very informative from the moment we boarded the coach in Birmingham until we arrived at the hotel in Mecca and then when we left Medina, imparting his knowledge and experience of Umrah. If there was one thing I would change, it would be the stop-over in Cairo, but that's just a personal preference, (recognising it would require making intention and wearing Ihram from the UK). Overall highly recommended tour group to perform Umrah with and if the opportunity arises, will consider going with Qibla again. A Truly Blessed Umrah Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the privilege of performing Umrah with Qibla Hajj and Umra, and can honestly say it was one of the most beautiful and spiritually uplifting experiences for us. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized — flights, hotels, transport, and most importantly, the guidance provided throughout the pilgrimage. Uncle and Br. Ateeq, they're attention to detail was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, patient, and deeply respectful, ensuring that every pilgrim understood the rituals and felt spiritually connected. The accommodation in Makkah and Madinah was clean, comfortable, and close to the Haram, which made our prayers and visits much easier. Every moment — from stepping into the Holy Mosque to standing before the Kaaba — was handled with such care and sincerity. We felt supported every step of the way, and that allowed me to focus fully on worship and reflection. We are truly grateful to Qibla Hajj and Umra for making this journey smooth, meaningful, and memorable. I’ve just returned today with my family after spending 10 amazing days with Qibla Hajj & Umrah Group Ltd for Umrah 2025. This isn’t my first time travelling with them — I performed Hajj with Qibla back in 2007, then Umrah in 2011, and now once again with my family. Each experience has been exceptional, but this trip truly reminded me why I’ve always chosen this group. From start to finish, everything was so well organised and handled with genuine care. Travelling with young children can be challenging, but the team made it so smooth and stress-free for all of us. They truly put their heart into what they do — every detail, every arrangement, was done with sincerity and professionalism. Special mention to Atiq, who is an absolute asset to the group, always attentive and supportive, and Uncle Javed, who is a true legend — his experience, kindness, and dedication made this journey even more special.
