Alhamdulillah! It was mine and my wife’s first time performing umrah and East West made it such an amazing experience. From the second I booked with them until I reached home they had followed through with everything they promised. Cannot fault them. Their service was on point and if we were unsure of anything and had any questions, they always helped with everything. They made it a very stress free journey. First of all let me thank khuram east West travel for the excellent service from the start to the end from transport from Mecca to Madina from Madina to Jeddah airport and the tour guide went out of his way to help us can’t thank them enough we would definitely be using again five stars rating if I could give more I would soon as I get back gonna try planning another if Allah SWT wills it to be
After the research of good two to three years, we finally found brother Khurram Shehzad on a family friend's recommendtaion, who tailored an exclusive package for us as per our budget. The package included everything from ground transport to ziarahs and accomodations. The hotels were absolutely top notch with great shuttle transport services and were fully equipped with everything. Every question was answered with great patience by khurram bhai. His staff was well organised and punctual in KSA aswell. He gave us all the required info regarding the whole journey AH. We are looking forward to travel with him in future aswell IA. A hundred and ten percent reccomendation if you are looking for this holy journey.
