⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently went for Umrah with Al Khalid Tours, and I can honestly say their service was absolutely five-star — we were blown away. We booked our own flights (through Skyscanner) for a group of 8, under my sister Rehanna’s name, and decided to join Al Khalid’s group package for the convenience of meals, transfers, and laundry service all included. It was the best decision we made. For me and my sister, it was our third Umrah after 14 years, my husband’s after 23 years, and the very first time for our children — so this trip was incredibly special. We booked three rooms with Al Khalid Tours. Before our flight, Nizamuddin (our point of contact) called my sister to let her know that due to a large group arriving, our original booking at Le Méridien might require swapping rooms, which he didn’t want for us. Instead, he surprised us by putting us up at the Conrad Makkah at no extra cost! To our delight, upon check-in, we were all upgraded to Haram-facing suite rooms — what an absolute treat, alhamdulilah. Meals were wonderful — breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant with so much variety. For lunch, Nizamuddin advised us to eat out and even reimbursed us for it. That’s what I call going above and beyond. In Madinah, we stayed at the Maden Hotel, again very close to the Haram, with all meals included. Laundry service in both Makkah and Madinah was super convenient — we’d simply leave our clothes outside the room, and the next day they came back washed and ironed. Transfers were smooth and on time, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ziyarats as well. Overall, everything was perfect, alhamdulilah. I can’t recommend Al Khalid Tours enough. Thank you especially to Nizamuddin for making our Umrah so easy and special. May Allah reward you for your efforts.
