We travelled from Australia with my sister and our family and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on the 9th floor. At first, I was a little worried, but from the moment we settled in, everything exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Mr. Milon and the housekeeping team for their outstanding five-star service. They were incredibly generous, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and kept spotless. They even adjusted the room orientation to suit my children’s needs without hesitation, which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect — only a 2-minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi (Gate 326), which made our stay in Madinah so convenient and peaceful. We are very grateful for the care and service provided. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madinah. A special thank you to Hassan, the hotel manager, who was always greeting us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. His professionalism and kindness was really appreciated. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made our stay even more convenient and special. We stayed on the 10th floor, and a special thank you to Nuru, Jjamam, and Anik, who were incredibly accommodating. They ensured our room was thoroughly cleaned and perfectly prepared for us every evening before we returned. P.S. We just wanted to kindly mention that we have been unable to locate a small green camera that belonged to our daughters. They had been using it to take pictures throughout our journey, and it holds very special memories for us. We would be extremely grateful if you could please check any lost property or bags left behind to see if it may have been found. We would truly appreciate your help with this. My family and I checked in Friday night and still in the hotel currently. The hotel itself is very near by within walking distance of Madina and women’s gate. Also near by shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel upgraded both of our rooms to suite rooms due to current room were too small for our family. These rooms have two separate rooms that have a door to make it more private. Both rooms have separate toilet but only one has the shower and these are srill good rooms. These rooms are all 10 rooms such as 610,710,810 and etc. The supervisor Hassan was very nice and we appreciate him a lot. There are some things that can be improved such as the tub showers that are hard to get in and out because of the hight of the shower tub. There are no handles bars to use to get in and out of the shower and some are missing shower curtains or glass door. It is bit difficult for my elderly parents but they are managing. The bell man and housekeeping team members are extremely nice and willing to help out as much especially if you treat them with respect and kindness. The gentleman’s from bell man Bakul and Zibon from housekeeping were both very friendly people. Just don’t forget to tip them because they do work hard and they are here to provide for their family. Treat them with kindness and you will see the customer service. So far we are enjoying our stay and inshallah when we come back to prophets Muhammad mosque we will definitely stay here again. The location is amazing, it’s 3-4 minutes walk to the Haram. The service was good, alhamdulilah. However, the floors were really dusty and dirty, as was the sink in the bathroom. In addition someone broke into our room and stole my wallet which contained both my credit and debit cards . When we reported this to reception they claimed no one had entered our room. This dishonesty was quite shocking and I’m very disappointed with their lack of care. After I reported this incident, my parents who were in the adjacent room also reported that someone had been in the room and left the door wide open. I would highly suggest that you don’t leave any thing of value in your rooms because there is a thief lurking about in Deyar Al Eiman. Read less

Once I reached hotel the watchman guided for the parking out side the hotel selecting as reserved parking but after 2 hrs I got penalty for wrong parking from traffic police. Once I told receptionist about the incident… his reply was “we are not responsible for what the watchman says because they are from some other company”. Totally disrespectful hotel receptionist…. Worst place possible, Everything more or less. Absolutely worse, smelling entrance, reception to begin leads to damaged elevators. This is just a location that you pay for, and you can get a hundred times better hotels and facilities elsewhere. Begin with the room, was given a birdcage apparently for triple room. They didn't even bother to take our the 3rd bed and instead tuck it under our bed which had it pointed out and would hit your leg everytime. Requested to take it out but was ignored. The washroom is possibly worse, the shower head was broken so the water would randomly flow, the toilet bidet head didn't work 4/5 times u press it.. the sinks are completely damaged. My wife got hurt on her head in the sink and we called the reception and requesting for first aid kit and they simply replied, they didn't have it and couldn't bother anything else, I had to take her to the nearby hospital. I've stayed in a better 2* hotel than this filthy place that they charge abhorrent amount. We stayed for 3 nights with 3 rooms.. we didn't have a choice and tried to ignore it mostly because we were out of the hotel most of the time, busy in our prayers. Will never recommend unless you have no other choice. Read less

We had two rooms booked, we requested a double bed as we have a infant but they didn’t accommodate for this. Rooms were cramped with just the beds and side table. Bathroom was small and in need of renovation. Rooms had a smell of glue used in furniture. The wardrobes doors won’t slide. Our room had a kettle but only socket to put it was either on the floor or by removing our lamp switch. We couldn’t use either due to infant, complained then changed rooms so we could use a kettle. One of the socket was faulty, when we plugged in it started causing short circuit. Rooms were not clean ! Cups were dirty! Dust everywhere ! Asked housekeeping to clean the next day and after several requests a guy came and asked what needed to be done ! It was utterly poor service. They folded dirty used towels that were on the floor and put them back on the counter. We knew this as they had blood in them. Because of them we almost missed our flight. It took them 40 minutes with 4 calls and 2 visits to reception to get our luggage down from 2 rooms. It was a very unpleasant stay, would NOT recommend this hotel. There are plenty of hotels next to this which are similarly priced or even better with better standards. Only positive was the location and the guy who helped us move rooms. Caused a lot of tension to our trip. Read less
