From the moment we landed, their knowledge and expertise were evident. They took the time to explain the rituals of Umrah in detail, ensuring that we understood the significance of each step. We asked plenty of questions along the way, and they answered them with patience, clarity, and deep insight. We genuinely felt like we were in the hands of trusted experts. What stood out most was how Amjad and Abdul Malik treated us like family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care for our spiritual journey made all the difference. Amjad, in particular, went above and beyond by being incredibly thoughtful—he even helped us carry the kids (we had 3 hyper little ones under 3 years old!) as we navigated the busy crowds. It really meant a lot to me as a parent and it showed just how much they care for every member of the group, no matter how young or old. The tour guides also translated tours in English for us siblings, then Bengali when needed for my parents. The trip went smoothly thanks to their thoughtful guidance and attention to every detail. It’s clear that they truly care about the experience of every single person in their group. We are so grateful to Sakeenah Tours for providing such a meaningful and well-organised trip, and inshaAllah, we’re already planning our second trip! Alhamdulillah I was given the opportunity to experience Umrah with Sakeenah Tours. Sakeenah tours made this experience not only affordable but also the most comfortable. Everything was so carefully thought out and organised and even if a problem had arose, it was quick to be solved! Regarding our actual tour guides Amjad, Malik and Ridwan, they were very friendly, welcoming, patient as well as open to teaching us so much making this such a beneficial experience as I have learnt so much regarding Makkah and Medina and its history! Sakeenah Tours is definitely a company I would recommend for first timers as they make everything so much easier to understand for those experiencing Umrah for the first time! 10/10 would highly recommend. Sakeenah Tours definitely stands for it's name, SubhanAllah Dec 2024 umrah, memorable one, we stayed 6 days just 2 minutes walk over to Prophet Roza (Grave) gate 366, 367, What a mind blowing surprise by brother Amjad, Thank you. Friendly group looking out for each other, Alhamdulliah. Brother Amjad truly represent the word Sakeenah, so calm and collective. Always making sure the group members are comfortable. My 4th Umrah visit with brother Amjad (Sakeenah Tour) - most trustworthy and a genuine humble person. Such a pleasure travelling with brother Amjad. Makkah Hilton Convention beautiful hotel less congested, lovely food, 3/4 walk to Haram. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Madina hotel Rua Al Hijrah, Comfortable, not your 5 star but..it's just a walk from Prophet Roza. Staff so friendly, breakfast not that bad Alhamdulliah.
