A 3-star hotel but feels like a 2-star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is that the rooms are quite clean, although there are flies. As for the minus points are: 1. The elevator is always crowded. 2. The restaurant discriminates against Indonesians and other nationalities. 3. The Wi-Fi doesn't connect. 4. The restaurant food is not tasty. 5. Overall this is 2 stars hotels with no deserving a star at all. Unfortunately the picts of room are not as reality. It is not really good hotel facilities and service. The staffs have poor hospitality and lack of manners. The room is small with lack of cleanlines. If you book for 2 people in room you even will be more dissapointed. Some of amenities are not well functioned, and it seems it is not being properly maintained due to high occupancy. The food is so so. They did not have a parking space, however, right next to it is a parking garage where you pay 150 SAR for 24 hours. The food options around it aren’t that great, however, if you walk for 5 min, you can find excellent restaurants. Overall, a great experience, good customer service and would stay there again! The lack of basic amenities is disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. It felt as if they were cutting corners, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. We expected a much higher standard of service. If they can't even provide something as simple as water, it's hard to trust their commitment to quality in other areas. After our experience, we’re unlikely to return or recommend this place to others. Improvements are desperately needed if they want to retain their clientele. Read less

I am staying in this hotel since 16th May 2025 for performing Hajj. For first 7 days we have got excellent experience in Tower A. Then they shifted my room to Tower B after few days. That room was full of smell from Toilate which was terrible and was unable to breath. After requesing so many times they inspected the room but not wanted to change the room. We keep insisting for change and by next day we moved to Madina for 7 days. Again I returned to Makkah on 1st Of June and found they shifted the room to another room in Tower B. All though the room seemed to be ok at first but spending an hour we found the same problem in the room > bad smell from toilate.. I am so frustrated now that dont know how to deal with this again.. Our experience staying here during Ramadan. - no mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, provided in the room. only provided a kettle and 2 cups. were we told to boil our own water? haha. - we have asked the cleaning service 3 times to ask for towels, but on the third day they only gave us. and very indifferent. - during the 5 nights of staying, the room was not cleaned. - the restaurant is very crowded, sometimes you can't get a seat to iftar and eat sahur. and the hotel does not allow food to be brought to the room. - the restaurant food is not varied, fried chicken for 3 days in a row. not appetizing. rarely any fruit, if there is only 1 fruit variant (banana or orange). once on a food day, the protein was only BAKSO, no other protein + white rice. - The sahur restaurant schedule is from 1.30 am until the hour before adzan subuh. But when we arrived 40 minutes before adzan subuh the food was no longer available. Hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel. Read less

We rent a king-bed room via app for two days. When we arrived hotel, they argued that they do not have a king-bed. So we had two single beds with my wife. The room was not clean, the windows are not closed tightly, thus the sound of generators out of hotel was in the room 24 hours. They gave just two towels in total for two person. No hand-foot-head towels. I asked them for extra towel but they rejected. They did not even give a hand towel. Furthermore, on the second day, they knocked our door and said we should leave the hotel because our reservation for one day. We showed them the receipt and the reservation for two days. The man said we should contact agoda. Finally we convinced them. They were spraying pesticides on the floor when the guests are on the hotel. As a result, ı do not recommend this hotel. Room: 8/10 – the bed was comfortable and the room was nice. I did have an issue with the heater not working, but it didn’t significantly affect the overall stay. Food: 8/10 – the taste was okay, though the variety could be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with an excellent location. Rooms are not cleaned between guests. When I entered my room, the bedsheets and floor were covered with different types of hair. It was honestly disgusting. I was so desperate that I ended up paying one of the cleaners out of my own pocket just to vacuum the carpet. Amenities are barely provided you must pay for everything even water bottles. You get one roll of toilet paper, and that’s it. If you need more, you either have to beg or go without, despite paying a decent price for the room. The WiFi works a couple of hours a day very nice to reduce your screen time very bad bad if you go out of your bundel and need to top up. The photos you see on Google are completely misleading. They appear to be from the hotel’s opening, and it seems like no maintenance has been done since then. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, continents, and cultures, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. In short: if you want to pay a premium price for a dirty, unserviced, old, and rusty room , with a high risk of getting sick afterward this is the place to be. Read less

With large groups checking out and new ones arriving at nearly the same time, the housekeeping team has an incredibly short window to prepare rooms. This isn't a service failure—it's a scheduling challenge. Perhaps group leaders could better coordinate their arrival and departure times to give the hard-working staff the time they need to maintain their high standards. Otherwise Hell awaits their deeds. Reception: How a man in Medina just 50m from Haram be that Rude. Elevators: Rushy at Prayer times. Otherwise fine. Room: Too small for Quad Booking. U can barely walk in through beds. Carpet is hell nonsense. Dirty and Smelly. Furniture is very old and rusted Bathroom: Tiles broken, taps dirty. Shower area you have to stand still. House Keeping: By name a 4* category. By service just like a normal rest house in a third class area of some cheap country. They only come to make rooms for the upcoming guest and then they are non existent. Prices: Too high for such bitter experience (JUST HAD THE 1 GOOD THING THAT ITS JUST 50M FROM HARAM) But believe me there are 20 more good option in 50M distance from Haram. Worst of a Stay. The manager was apologetic, offered a full refund, and promised it would be changed by next year as all carpets and everything were very old. The rooms didn't have enough toiletries, towels, toilets had broken vanity and even the toilet paper was very cheap. The only positive was that it was closely located near the mosque. After requesting, we were shifted to another room, but the problems continued. There was no room service, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the bathroom seat and shower were broken, and no quilts were provided. Hotel is beside Anwar e Madina Movenpick on the edge of Masjid e Nabwi compound. Its on women gates side of Haram, men gates are around 250 meters walk on either side. The worst hotel in which my family and I (four members) had ever stayed in our entire life so far, the workers deal with the utmost disregard, constant nervousness, and disrespect. The room had cockroaches and small disgusting insects coming out of the crack between the wall and the floor, and the bathroom had toilet paper about to run out with no spare, the cups were stained, the water boiler was rusted . So, we asked to change the room, and they sent us an employee to inspect, so they offered to use an insecticide while we're staying in the room, but we refused and still demanded to change rooms. Unfortunately, it took them a whole day to finally listen. When the worker came and asked us to take a look at the room before we do the move and we went with him to inspect the new room, he was very aggressive with us, and me and my sisters had to examine 4 rooms until we found an "okay" room to sleep the night as our flight back was scheduled the next day..Unfortunately, the hotel and most of the staff lack the basic hospitality manners, and I certainly will not repeat this experience again, and I do not recommend anyone ever to stay in this hotel Read less

The hotel was very near to Haram. Highly charged parking, which is not justified even the second day the same car parking rate, no deduction.
