I had a very pleasant stay at Maysan Al Harithia Hotel in Madina. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff handled everything professionally, which made our arrival very comfortable. The room was clean and bed and pillow were the best !!! well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with easy access to the Haram through the side gate, making it very convenient especially during prayer times. I would also like to specially appreciate the breakfast service team. Even during busy hours, they managed the service wonderfully and always attended to guests with warm smiles and great hospitality. A special thank you to Inayatullah, who was exceptionally kind, always greeting guests with a smile, checking if we needed anything, and consistently being helpful. His positive attitude truly made the experience even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina. Read less

The location is ideal, the cleanliness of the entire property is top-notch, and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious, providing the perfect start to our days. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the high standard of hospitality. I had the pleasure of interacting with Mariam and Lujain at the reception, as well as their Manager. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. Best hotel to stay in Madina if you want to be close to Masjid Nabawi, which is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel (Gate 329 of the Masjid). There are tons of great food options on a walking distance to the hotel. Taxi, Madina Sightseeing bus (hop on hop off), pharmacies, grocery, and all kinds of shopping are all very close. We really loved our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a quad room, which was very capacious, clean, and amazing. WiFi is super fast, and buffet breakfast is THE BEST, with tons of options for everyone. Very friendly staff. Kudos to all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Madina. Read less

We stayed at this hotel in Almadinah last September and had an amazing experience. They allowed us to check in early even when all the surrounding hotels refused, and they even upgraded our room to a suite with Haram view. This is truly the hospitality you get from the lovely people of Almadinah. A special shout-out to our housekeeping guy, Sadam — he was really nice, generous, and honestly the highlight of our stay. His supervisor, Mahabul Islam, was also very professional and made sure everything was perfect. I also loved the variety at breakfast; the restaurant was very clean, cozy, and well organized. And not to forget Lojain from PR at the reception — she was extremely helpful, keen on getting our feedback through the survey, and assisted us smoothly with our late checkout request. The rooms are too small, only 6 elevators 3 of them are out of service, bathroom was not clean when i arrived, and construction in the 3rd floor was going on!!! I was in the 2nd floor and when i complained they only said what we can do is to change your room! However, they did not say in advance that this will happen and even though i said that i am leaving tomorrow and this is not possible they did not respond. I do not advise any one to stay there! Assalamu Alaykum, Room 204, second floor. My stay at Frontel Al Harithia was truly wonderful. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, which made attending prayers so easy and peaceful. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. From the reception team to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, and I appreciated the calm atmosphere after long days. I’m very grateful for the hospitality and would definitely recommend Frontel Al Harithia to anyone visiting Madinah. In shaa Allah, I would love to stay here again on my next trip. Alhamdulillah. AVOID at all costs - Misleading 5-Star Rating This hotel is an absolute disappointment and a far cry from the 5-star rating it boasts online. The experience was terrible from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Poor Cleanliness: The room was not clean upon arrival. The bathroom was particularly shocking, with visible grime on the tiles and a general sense of neglect. For a supposed 5-star hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Lifts are a Nightmare: With only three working lifts for a 13-floor hotel, getting anywhere is a major ordeal. What should be a quick 3-minute walk to the mosque turned into a frustrating 30-minute journey just because of the long wait times for the lifts. This is a massive inconvenience, especially for a hotel that caters to pilgrims. Horrible Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was chaotic and unorganized. None of the food items were labeled, so you had to guess what everything was. The egg station had a single, incredibly slow worker, leading to long queues. This lack of organization and poor service makes for a very unpleasant start to the day. Terrible Odors: The hallway on my floor had a persistent and awful smell that was truly unbearable. It made the entire experience feel dirty and unhygienic. Overall, this hotel is poorly managed, unhygienic, and a complete waste of money. There are plenty of other hotels in Medina that offer a much better experience and are actually worthy of their ratings. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Read less

My family and I stayed at Frontel Hotel for 4 days part of our Umrah journey, the hotel location is fantastic which is closer to the masjid al Nabawi, staff was very polite and helpful, and everything was perfect including the biggest buffet breakfast, the food was delicious. This is one of the best hotels that you can find because it is neat and clean throughout the building, and all the staffs goes beyond to make your memorable experience. Reception staff was well professional specially MISS SHOUG ALHARBI. When we arrived at the hotel she welcomed us with smile 😃 and sort our room well before our check in time.i gave her 10 out of 10 for her commitment also good luck for her future employment. Terrible Experience – Not a 5-Star Hotel! Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating — this hotel is barely a 3-star at best. Our first room had visible mould, a broken shower and bathtub, filthy carpets, and layers of dust and dirt everywhere. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same issues. The third room was even worse — it started to smell like sewage shortly after we checked in. The entire hotel is extremely outdated, with rooms that look like they haven’t been renovated since the 1980s. This is nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a supposed 5-star establishment. To make matters worse, Alharam Travel (Romford Road, London) changed our hotel last minute — not once, but twice — and placed us in this awful place. Completely unacceptable and disappointing from both the hotel and the travel agency. Avoid at all costs. Read less

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being near the iconic Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for attending prayers and exploring the city. However, I must admit that the first impression of the hotel was slightly underwhelming. The elevator was disappointingly slow, leading to some frustrating wait times during peak hours. Additionally, the elevator itself was quite cramped, which could be uncomfortable, especially for guests with mobility concerns. One of the highlights of my stay was the food selection offered during breakfast and lunch. While not exceptional, the choices were satisfactory, and the quality was decent enough to start the day with a good meal. I especially enjoyed the Dacidoff coffee sachet provided in the room, which was a delightful touch. Speaking of the rooms, I found them to be quite pleasant overall. The mattress was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and I was pleased to find two pillows for each occupant, allowing for personalized comfort. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were kept tidy and well-maintained throughout our stay. Another delightful aspect of Frontel Madinah was its proximity to a Baskin Robbins cafe near the reception area. It was a perfect treat for a quick dessert after a day of exploring the city or attending prayers. Additionally, the hotel's location also allowed easy access to nearby shopping areas, which was a bonus for those who wanted to indulge in some retail therapy. In conclusion, Frontel Madinah is a hotel with both pros and cons. While its location near Masjid Nabawi and friendly housekeeping staff are definite assets, there are areas that need improvement, such as the slow and cramped elevator. Despite some shortcomings, I would consider staying here again in the future, given its convenience and the overall satisfactory experience during my visit. Read less

All are good. Except one thing is harmful. I was staying in this hotel junior suite room 811 , stay date 28th July 2023. As per picture, you guys can see there is a steel peice has been fixed on the pillar behind the bed. My son was sleeping on bed , during he sleep he turned his hands towards another direction and touched this steel piece, which results cuts on his hands due to this steel decoration peice has sharp edges. You guys can see the blood on the bed of my son. I informed Mr. Khaled the duty manager, they just said one thing. We apologise for this, we will give you discount on your next visit. The beds are good but the extra bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was packed with many guests even at the start time of the breakfast at 6 am ! The carpets were very old, some of the sockets didn't work, the wallpaper was falling off and the service was very poor. The only reason we evenrated it 2 stars was because of its location and convenience. I do no5 recommend this hotel and you should sav3 your money for a better hotel. Read less

The staff were not qualified to work in hotels services, food in the resturant just okay no thing amazing. So many problems have in my stay in this hotel. Sanitiser in the lift always was empty. Though the place is good but you can not call it a five star hotel in any sense. Double bedroom is actually consist of two single beds joined together. So you can imagine how would it feel like to rest on it with a family. Apart from that, the management is cooperative and helpful. And very much close to gate 16 of Majid nabi saww. The breakfast is awesome consisting of different yogurts, fresh fruits, fresh juices, breads and buns, muffins, donuts, omelets, scrambled eggs, falafel, one main dish, rice, salads, different types of cheese slices and many more.
