Room was excellent and had all the necessary amenities. Service was fantastic - regular and thorough room service. Plenty of lifts to get up and down. Food was a real bonus - suhoor was sensational. Tons of options and variety every single night with top notch service. Location is also great. Takes about 4 mins to walk to the haram (near the extension, I used to go to gate 66 which was very close). Just walk straight through Hilton convention hotel for the quickest route. But they even have a free shuttle service to get you to the haram which literally runs all day and night at every 5 minutes. Literally, every 5 minutes.

A truly luxurious hotel offering an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—very close to the Haram—and the golf cart service to and from the Haram made everything even more convenient. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. The staff were outstanding in every area—professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Omar Farouk, Mohanad in the restaurant and the kind lady at reception for their wonderful hospitality. You all made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. The service was excellent, and everything was well organized. A special thank you to Naema for her kindness and continuous support — she was truly helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the golf cart service is available 24 hours, which was very convenient. They also serve delicious Saudi coffee at the reception, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely come back again

A special thank you to Abdul Hameed, the chamber maid/housekeeper he was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. May God bless him. He helped me with advice, room queries, and anything I needed, always with a smile. His service really stood out. The hotel location is perfect and very convenient, especially for getting around easily. That said, don’t expect a perfect Haram view it’s good to manage expectations there. The buffet staff were kind and helpful, and service was smooth. A couple of things worth noting for future guests: • Zain mobile network does not work well inside this hotel, so it’s not worth purchasing if you’re staying here. • If you’re hoping for early check-in, be aware that there is an extra fee. Overall, a comfortable stay with genuinely kind staff, especially Abdul Hameed.

This is my second stay at the DoubleTree Makkah hotel….. First one was in October 2024 and it was a positive experience, my second stay was in August 2025, and it wasn’t the same as my first one DoubleTree is a new and comfortable hotel. The team is cooperative, kind, and welcoming, which is something that truly stands out compared to many other hotels in Makkah. However, there are a few important areas that require improvement: 1. Mattresses: The mattresses are extremely soft, which is quite unusual for a newly opened hotel. It raises the question — how did the mattresses lose their firmness so quickly? Unfortunately, this caused back pain during our stay. 2. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: We stayed for 6 nights, and during that time, the bed sheets and duvet covers were never changed. Housekeeping standards need to be raised significantly. Even basic cleaning such as vacuuming the floor was not done during our stay. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast is boring and repetitive, with almost no variation day to day. There’s no interesting food presentation or appealing options. The quality is quite basic, and no premium items are offered at all. It got to the point where my children decided not to eat breakfast, and my husband and I would skip it if we were tired, as it simply wasn’t worth waking up for. Despite these points, the hotel remains comfortable, and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in Makkah. I highly recommend booking through a Saudi travel agency, as their prices are significantly better than what is available on hotel booking websites. 4. Panda Supermarket: A major convenience is that there is a Panda supermarket accessible directly from the hotel lobby. This was extremely useful, as we didn’t need to go out to other supermarkets near the Haram. You can easily do your shopping right from the hotel, which adds great value to the stay. 5. Hotel Towers: The hotel consists of two towers — Makkah Tower and Madinah Tower. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend choosing the Madinah Tower over the Makkah Tower. It was more for better view ⸻ Tips for Accessing the Haram: It is advisable to head to the Haram 45–60 minutes before prayer time. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that runs for about 3 minutes and drops you near the elevator of Souq Al-Khalil in the Jabal Omar area. From there, it’s a short walk to the Haram via Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street. Another and in my opinion better route is to enter the Hilton Convention Hotel, which is opposite DoubleTree. From the Hilton lobby, there is a direct elevator access to the Haram. This option is more convenient than the hotel’s bus service, especially since the mall elevators are often small and crowded

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially during breakfast time. The variety and quality of the breakfast were outstanding — everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. From local specialties to international options, there was something for everyone. What truly made the experience even better was the staff specifically Ahmed Raza . They were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm and professional attitude made us feel welcomed and well taken care of every morning Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a satisfying start to the day!

cleanest hotel I've ever been to! Overall, the professionalism of the staff at this hotel is exceptional—from the front desk and the breakfast buffet to the outstanding housekeeping service provided by Mr. Ahmed. The beds, pillows, and bathroom were all excellent—thanks to Ahmed, who made sure we truly enjoyed our room. You literally walk to the grand mosque in like 4 minutes if not less ....All I can say is that I am truly looking forward to coming back to this marvelous hotel.

Rooms are roomy, service was very good. Location is a bit far from the masjid, you need to calculate your timing. We asked for a quad bedroom and got a twin room with two extra beds, which wasn't ideal. However everything else was good. Breakfast presented plenty of variety: breads, fruits, salads, main courses. The view we got was also awesome, overlooking the grand masjid.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The in-house restaurant Zafaran is very good with a large selection of food from buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the waiters, supervisors and staff are very friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff especially Mr. Ashraf was very helpful and took good care of us. He came by everyday to clean our room and provide water bottles and fresh towels. He made us feel comfortable and safe. The front desk and reception staff could do a little better with their customer service and willingness to help. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The whole is welcoming and provides service with a smile. Ashraf Sardar, our room service person, was super helpful and nice! He came everyday and checked on us to make sure everything was set and talked to us and gave us recommendation for places. 10/10 service! Will definitely be coming back 😊

This is our second omrah as a couple, when we went omrah for our first time, a hotel we will not name was terrible, very far, and left us ill. We promised to make up for our terrible experience by booking in a prestigious high profile hotel, our choice was Hilton Double Tree Jabal Omar. Location: Was great all in all compared to other hotels, it’s approximately 500 meters away from the haram. Rooms: Our room was pretty pristine and clean, so dirt was to be found, the beds and sheets were spotless. The view from the windows was mesmerizing. Service: Service was great, no complaints at all. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the guests. Restaurant: Food was palatable and good, but nothing special. It does lack variety, it could use more protein. The restaurant staff were very kind, we want to give a huge shoutout to Saddam, he was very cooperative and caring.

I was working during the construction of DoubleTree hotel until the handing over in 2020 but today it was the first time to visit the hotel as a guest after operation. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and the great welcoming attitude from all hotel staff especially Ms. Mardia in reception and Islam in concierge. Bus transportation to and from Haram was always available 24 hours. The breakfast was amazing and diversified. The welcoming cookies was so delicious. Rooms were so clean and new. Mattresses were so soft. I enjoyed my stay in Doubletree hotel. Thanks for your great and extraordinary service.

The rooms were a bit tired but very comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Room service and housekeeping were always instantly on hand and helpful during what must be an extremely busy time. The kind and polite staff make this hotel a very comfortable experience. It is a little bit difficult to get to the Haram for those wishing to pray in the main Mosque but the shuttle buses that leave every two minutes make things very easy.

The hotel is relatively new. It is beautiful and the staff are courteous. The staff do their best to make the clients happy. The negative thing here is that there's a constant stench from the drainage holes in the bathrooms, it's very disgusting. It's a short walk to the Haram and the hotel pro ides a bus shuttle to convey the elderly as well. The shuttle isn't reliable however and clients have to join the shuttle for the nearby Marriot and Hilton hotels. It would be good if the management can work harder on the housekeeping service and the rooms aren't exceptionally cleaned by the staff. I'm not even sure the housekeeping staff use an hoover there's dirt on the floor. I had to request a room change due to cleanliness. Y

Entrance and lobby area is beautiful. Very nice rooms but furniture (like chairs and sofas) had stains, even in the lobby. Bus service is amazing! Always available and drops off at a convenient location, just in front of the haram. Breakfast was great tho I think it can use a little more variety and some less meat dishes. Overall good experience.

It was a great stay for 4 days and the rooms which we got was amazing and too huge. Housekeeping was done without any call. Breakfast buffet was so yummy. One more thing the support we received to upgrade to standard room from Mrs.Merida at the reception during check in was never forgettable. She supported as a family member from Day-1 till check out and we were so lucky. Shuttle service was too good and you can expect every 2 minutes. Never ever miss to have the delicious cookies which are so 😋

Spacious rooms, we got a free room upgrade which was a nice gesture. The reception and restaurant manager - Mr. Taher was very courteous and took extra care so that we were served well. Special mention to the shuttle service, there was a shuttle every minute that we didn't even have to wait to and fro. The only downside was the housekeeping ,we felt that the rooms could have been cleaned and maintained better

I booked this property for my stay in Makkah and I figured out this hotel is closed. Just a day before my arrival someone called me from the hotel and told me that I will be moved to an another property which was extremely old and dirty. Wonder why would they let the guests book this hotel when it’s not operating. They make you book thinking you’re booking a new hotel but then end up sending you to old property! They are trying to play with customers. Really disappointing,

Actually I didn't really stay here. I incidentally found out that this hotel transferred my booking to another hotel. The hotel acted on their own without informing me in advance and without notifying me after the change they did. I accidentally found it out the morning of my intended check-in day. Moreover their phone line is never responding as I desperately tried calling them to inquire on this surprising change!! The other hotel "Hilton Makkah and Convention Center" was another example of how bad hospitality can be. I will write a seperate review on their page!!

Loved the stay at the hotel. Excellent staff and room was extremely good. We booked deluxe king which was very spacious. Breakfast was too good with lots of variety. Shuttle service was very good. 3-4, minutes bus ride to Haram mosque. Couple of minutes walk from that stop to King Fahad gate. Would be looking forward to stay there again definitely. P.s: forgot to mentuon that you get cookie treats on your welcome to hotel ðŸ‘â¤ï¸

Great sized rooms, good value for money, good location with super shuttle service which is regular. Could do with greater variety of food selection during buffet times to include juices, fruit, more intercontinental food and not just catering for groups. Better cleaning could be beneficial. Better in room coffee selection to include coffee not just only decaf coffee. Otherwise, very good service.

Fantastic location on ladies side of Haram, if you want to be close to shopping and amenities this side has way more shops and malls. If you want less distractions stay on the men's side. Nice staff, good service, room was a disability room and was very large with comfortable beds and good shower. Only downside was windows did not open at all. Restaurant food is good and tasty but extremely busy in Ramadan and difficult to find seating for iftar. For the price, I'd stay again.

I had an incredible stay at the Emaar Royal Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Madinah. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish; the staff was genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. I was especially grateful when they provided a room upgrade to better accommodate me, which made the stay feel even more special. The location is perfect, being just a short, convenient walk to Masjid an-Nabawi, making daily prayers and visits seamless. Between the excellent service and the prime location, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Amaar Royal Hotel, Medina was truly memorable, and the biggest reason for this wonderful experience was the exceptional service provided by Abu Taher Mesbah. From the very beginning, he was extremely kind, respectful, and professional. He guided us perfectly, helped us with every small detail, and was always available with a warm smile. His attitude made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home. It is rare to find staff members who genuinely care about guests, and Abu Taher Mesbah is definitely one of them. His dedication, patience, and excellent manners truly reflect the high standards of Amaar Royal Hotel. Because of his outstanding service, our stay became stress-free and very pleasant. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and highly recommend this hotel — especially because of staff members like him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Amaar Royal Hotel in Medina, Saudi Arabia, near the 25 Gate of the Prophet’s Mosque, and my experience was truly excellent. 🏨 Hotel & Location: The hotel is very comfortable and ideally located close to the 25 Gate of the mosque, which made our stay very convenient and peaceful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. 👨💼 Service & Staff: The service was outstanding — very polite, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to mention Abu Taher Mesbah, one of the hotel staff members, who provided exceptional service. He guided us very well, was always supportive, and made our stay much easier and more comfortable. 👍 Overall Experience: Excellent hospitality, great location, and top-class service. I highly recommend Amaar Royal Hotel to anyone visiting Medina, and special thanks to Abu Taher Mesbah for his wonderful service.

Everytime you had to charge your device, you had to turn all the lights on. The elevator was so slow and made multiple stops even though none of the numbers were pressed. The only good thing about this place was the location as it is quite close to the mosque. The toilet doesn't flush properly and the view outside isn't great.

Very close proximity to the masjid, good location with shops nearby. Housekeeping staff are friendly and will make your room spotless, restaurant has a wide variety of good food and the "captain" of the restaurant Abdul Qadar went out of his way to ensure we were fully satisfied. Great location but poor customer service, room service, zero to non housekeeping service non existing. Don’t even know where to start from. Called the house keeping for broken Tv remote control never changed it. So the children never get use the TV. Order food from the room service that was my mistake. I should have never order from the room service. They mixed up order. Served me one item at a time. Please people order from outside or eat outside they serve you left over food from the night buffet, Bad and rotten food. Whomever managing this hotel have no clue on food and service. GM needs knowledge of food and service. Very bad experience. I am definitely not going back to this hotel. My next visit I will stay somewhere else.

A very disappointing experience, in terms of looks and feel the hotel is nice. The lobby always smells nice when entering and there are several lifts to get you to the required floor. The biggest disappointment has been the actual rooms, the electricity has been deliberately wired in a way to make it hard for people to sleep or charge their devices. This means in order to have power to the sockets and charge your devices, you will need to keep the rooms lights on, obviously this makes it so uncomfortable after a long day in the masjid, you just want to come back and relax with just one lamp on and devices on charge to communicate with your loved ones. We also had several issues with our bathroom, with clogged shower & sink drain, and toilet flushing issues. To top it off we had some water leak in the bathroom from the roof, this had me worried as I did not know if this water is clean or not, and could it get mixed electrical wiring and cause a fire. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel more like a 3/4 star. The hotel chain should be ashamed of making things difficult for the guests of Allah, instead of making things easier. Electrical charging points should be a standard feature in any hotel chain, never mind one that classes itself as 5 star. The beds are smaller than expected, especially when compared to the single beds we had at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah. The location is great as it is only 3-4 mins to get to the masjid and is ideal for ladies as it closer to their entry points by gate 339. Unfortunately I would NOT use this hotel again, purely because of the deliberate inconvenience it has caused with its intentional electrical wiring design.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was booked for 3 people and all three beds were comfortable. The location was great, you cross the road and the woman’s gate is right there which was super convenient. Plenty of shops around for food/shopping. Breakfast was okay, could be better in terms of variety but not that bad. The hotel is easily accessible for uber which made travelling further out convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are travelling with a lot of women.

While my stay wasn’t bad, I was shocked to discover that the hotel used my name to post a detailed positive review on Booking.com—something I never wrote! (Screenshot of the review they wrote is attached here). This is completely unacceptable and has never happened to me before. It raises serious concerns about how they maintain such a high rating (9 on Booking.com) despite being a fairly average hotel. If this is how they operate, I cannot recommend them.

The only good thing about it, it is close by the haram for woman and food places are close by too. Some shops around the area. Has a good view. The service is good when checking in.

This place is inside the ring road. Attitude of reception and security is bad. The property insists on payment even if you have the option of free cancellation after so many days claiming they don't have the option of getting the payment using the credit card. They agree to provide you with free parking and turn a deaf ear once you reach. Housekeeping people are dedicated to their work. Walkability to the masjid and to the female praying area are a huge bonus. Asian food options outside the property are too bad.

Pros: Close to Alharam and the food was nice. Cons: " we can't do anything currently since we are at max. capacity so deal with that for couple of days" is the standard response of the reception staff for any problem.. The room was small and elevators are not efficient so if you are not a fan of using stairs then this place is not for you..

The rooms don't have charger outlets and for those which are having lamps, if you put your charger it will stop charging once you switch off the lights. Ongoing noises coming from the AC vents, room door malfunction noise, water pipe bubbling from the toilet, it's like you are sleeping in a haunted hotel, once you go out of the room it looks good. The buffet was good, but not authentic cuisine, they had hummus which was not atlal authentic, seemed like you are eating something else . Like who goes wrong with the humus when the chef is arab . Overall food was good .

This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Very old furniture and beds squeaking every time someone moves. Bad smell in the bathroom and room wasn’t clean when we got there. Rather than changing the room the kept us 1 hour waiting. The only good thing is the location to Haram but better avoid it as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t be tempted by the pictures and the price. Not worth it at all.

I don’t know how it’s called a 5 star hotel with a 3 star room and facilities. Breakfast was worst, milk was so dilute. They cleaned the rooms on time but that was only the good part. The washroom clogged with water and didn’t go for so long. Sheets had stains. Would never ever go here.

Try and avoid this hotel, very old interior, the decor looks very bad. Only positive about this hotel is it’s not far from the mosque. They do clean the room daily but they do not change the bedsheets. Had to ask for toilet rolls et etc. #tryandavoid. This hotel Is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Very poor service I'm right now here at the emaar hotel This is definitely not a 5* star hotel The look and style is old... Toilet was continuesly flushing Kettle didn't work No cups for our tea Blood stains in bed sheets Take ten years to answer the call I asked one double bed There have four single beds once I entered my room. Terrible terrible service, booked for my elderly parents, told they would be in a group with a guide Toyful, he was not with them the entire trip and they were left to figure it out themselves. We were told the guide would even be on same flight hence we booked that specific flight, he was no where to be found. We tried to book expensive package, were advised to book a cheaper one that had hotels further away because the guide said he would be leading that group and would be with them, this did not happen. Many lies were sold to us, wish we had just booked the expensive one. Do not trust these people. Would put zero star if I could.

Booked the deluxe 17 day non shifting package for Hajj 2023 through the Nusuk Hajj website. Alhamdullilah excellent service received throughout. Brother Tofayel was our allocated guide. He was an excellent & thoroughly experienced guide. Realised pretty quickly our mindset had to change, this isn’t like a normal holiday that you’ve spent a huge amount of money on. This whole journey is a test THERE WILL BE DIFFICULTIES IN HAJJ so be warned most definitely your patience will be tested you’ve have been invited by the Almighty to perform Hajj so go with zero expectations. Again this isn’t like a holiday where you spent thousands so you demand & expect an equally high level of service. Things will go wrong, travel logistics will change this is test on how you react when they do. You spend 15K then demand that Allah swt forgives all your sins at hajj. Even if you spent 100k your money would never be worthy of having your sins forgiven. Alhamdullilah changing my mindset to this ensured I had a Fantastic experience with excellent levels of service and attention to detail from Al Bait guests. Would definitely recommend.

We are doing Hajj this year and Hijaz is the partner Nusuk paired us with. I would highly recommend prospective pilgrims to avoid them. There is lack of accountability, communication and organization. I understand hajj poses a lot of logistical challenges due to sheer number of people but that is no excuse for leaving pilgrims in limbo. Just a couple examples: When our flight reached Miqat 20-30 minutes before Jeddah, the pilot announced that we had just passed the miqat point. People were shy to start the Talbiya (Labbayk) and the guides sit there like everybody else. Few minutes later, a passenger took it upon himself walking down the aisle saying Talbiya aloud and encouraging others to join in. When we were doing the umrah the first night we arrived in Makkah, the “religious scholar†they appointed to lead the group in umrah said we are going to offer Tahiyyatul Masjid salah before starting the tawaf which is exactly what many books and workshops I attended said not to do. He later was corrected by someone in the group. Due to lack of communication and planning, lots of people from our group missed staying the night of 11 DhulHajj in Mina and were stuck in Makkah hotels because there was no transportation arrangement. They waited until 11pm to let some people know an alternative way to get to Mina. Those who tried spent the next 5-6 hours trying to get to Mina. Also, instead of communicating these transportation options in the Telegram groups for everyone’s benefit they just announced it one of the hotel lobbies for anyone who might be there. People were desperately asking questions on the group and were ignored. They removed the ability to post text messages to the Telegram group chats in the middle of the hajj. Arafat was another story with many people passing out due to non working A/C in the tents. No transportation was provided on 10th or 11th of DH from Mina or Jamarat back to Hotels. Again, may be understandable due to logistical challenges but there were no communication on what alternatives are there until it was too late. On top of 15,000 we spent on the hajj package people had to pay exorbitant taxi fares to get to and from Mina. It is very clear to me that the guides are not good communicators and they don’t take responsibility. Looks like most Hajj related 5 star comments are from 2022 and because they issued a full refund when people could not go.

I went to Hajj 2023 with Hijaz Travel, and I’m posting a five star review specifically because of Sisters Azra and Salina, and Brothers Kabir/Toufayel. My elderly mother became extremely extremely unwell on Arafat and I knew that I had to get her all the way back to her Makkah accommodations as soon as possible. Not only did they take my mothers condition seriously, they waited with us for hours to make sure we could get back from this restricted area to Makkah. They were also kind and gentle with us the entire time. I will never forget especially how Sister Azra was there for us in our time of need.

We registered ourselves for hajj last year but due to the change made by Saudi government, we couldn't go. Hijaz was open about the situation and refunded us immediately after they have confirmed the news. It must be hard for them. May Allah open other doors for Hijaz team.

Alhamdolilah Allah made possible for me and wife to perform Umrah thanks to Hijaz Travel last year in October. For someone who is from North Africa that speaks only Arabic and English my experience was excellent 10/10. Special thanks to Shabbir, Tofayl, Akheel, and the other Bengali brother who went above and beyond Masha’Allah. Going definitely with them again for either another umrah or Haj Insha’Allah. highly recommend. I was worried that because I don’t speak neither Urdu or Bengali that I might find it difficult to coupe with them but Alhamdolilah all went well and here is my experience: Started the process and once I provided them all the documents I was informed on every step needed or actioned by them. Very professionals Masha’Allah. Once dates were confirmed, a WhatsApp group was formed to keep those going up to date on each step. This was very useful as we kept using WhatsApp throughout the journey even after we arrived back to the UK. We had a plan every day and the leaders made sure their group was informed and kept up to date. Now there are few things I want to highlight to Hijaz Travel for the sake of improvement for the future Insha’Allah: 1- it would be better if in Mekka before starting the umrah, for everyone to have the same colour in the form of a bag or something so that the group wouldn’t separate or get lost and follow the leader/group. Some of the brothers like Akheel ( having orange bag ) and another brother ( sorry I forgot your name) who handed couple of green bags helped a lot when doing the Tawaaf as it was easy to identify everyone from the group. 2- when doing Tawaaf please bear with the sisters brothers and don’t rush. Some of the brother/leaders did stay behind to help the sisters which was very much appreciate it. 3- when doing the visits there was both Bengali and English translation but Bengali translation was more favourable. 4- because I was the only native Arabic speaking person in the group, I was approached few times by the hotel staffs both in Makkah and Madenah who raised few things that it bothered them. These are as follows: - when checking in/out please stay in group and don’t block the entrance. - when the bus arrive to pick the group, leaders should identify which bus it is for which group first before telling everyone busses are here! This caused issue as some of the group and staff had to put the heavy suitcases in the first bus, then they were told to remove it all and put it in the second bus. - shouting, arguing and fighting specially in Madinah. people in Madinah are very friendly and they are soft spoken. The hotel manager told me personally “ this is not a Wednesday market, people should not speak that loudly and shout over little things†5- this one is for the individual/group who are going for the umrah, yes I’m talking about you who are reading this review, please do not do the following when in Saudi: - when heading for visits ( Zeyarah), Makkah or Madinah the bus will make short/medium stops to rest or view the visit (e.g. Uhud mountain) the leaders will make it very clear how much time you are allowed to take e.g. 15/30 minutes, you will find people selling all sort of things and you will be tempted to buy few things for your family and friends which you are allowed to BUT do not make everyone waits for you! Just be reasonable. - you are there for a specific purpose to perform umrah/haj. Be prepared to be out of your comfort zone as you might be tired or sleepy and must push forward, please try to make all your prayers at the masjid on time and don’t miss any prayers and du’ua when possible. - buying gifts for family and friends are often cheaper around those visits places that you will attend so have a little bit of patience. - bring bottle of waters with you, backpack and some sunglasses You will thank me later - if you need to wash/dry clean your clothes there are plenty of places in both site who would do that for fair price Ask the hotel or you might see them outside your hotel giving cards. That is all from my end. Thank you regards Abdullahi

Very efficient. Very professional service. Good communication Sadly due to the new Hajj rules that came in very late in 2022, we were unable to proceed with our Hajj with Hijaz however they made the communications to us very detailed and also swiftly refunded the money without any hesitations. Many travellers and agents were effected by the new rules that Saudi introduced (the need to book directly with online system) however despite this set back, Hijaz communicated the situation with me and also refunded our deposit. I will use again for other travels in future inshallah
