I stayed at the Anjum Hotel for 7 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Muhammad Aala was an excellent chef who made my omelette perfectly every morning and even remembered my order each day. That personal touch really meant a lot. Room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Jamal Rahman on the 21st floor, he is a very hardworking young man and provided wonderful service. The stay from check-in was great and very helpful. They welcomed us warmly, took all our bags from taxi to carrier, placed them in our room, and arranged room exactly as we requested. The cleaning service is very polite and available 24/7. They clean even if you give them only five minutes while you’re in a rush they are always ready to help and make sure the room stays clean. I got ill during my stay and requested lemon with salt, and it always arrived within seconds. Ibrahem (Abu Amal), Chief of Staff, showed great hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, he always seek feedback to ensure services are top notch , and that is highly appreciated and rarely found, he must be definitely a valuable staff member. The room had a great view of Masjid Alharam, and the breakfast had everything fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend. Read less

i am staying at the anjum hotel for 5 days today is my fourth day and before i even end my trip i can Wholeheartedly say it is the best And most convenient hotel to stay at The location is In an amazing place, meaning the views from the window are beautiful Walking to the kaaba To perform Umrah Is so fast and convenient, especially After performing when you’re tired and all you want to do is go back to your hotel. The rooms are beautifully set up beds are made every single day without fail. The hotel provides water tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, razors, anything you may need Including an iron, a hairdryer and towels they even have a safe to put valuables in. The cleaners are Mostly Bengali and are extremely respectful They won’t touch a single item that Belongs to you, which I find very important. I even left a shopping bag full of rubbish and they didn’t take it just in case it was something that belonged to me. They have a lot of respect For visitors. And have helped us out a lot, They regularly topped up our Waters etc. And I just think they make the whole Umrah process so much smoother. The hotels have many lifts, although the lifts are busy it gets the job done They have communal seating areas And shops on the bottom floor in case you need anything. The entire hotel is spotless Which is constantly cleaned throughout the day it is beautifully decorated And definitely worth the money. We had booked the hotel with a breakfast buffet that was also good. It had a quick sign in system and you was free to eat whatever you wanted. The waiters are also respectful helping whenever they can. The Food is generally good there’s a huge variety Which is good for kids and picky eaters. We booked a quad room and it was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was luxurious. The only thing I wish the hotel would consider is to have shopping next to it. Good experience at anjum. The service is great, Housekeeping MD Taskin room 1121 there's a café with many options to eat from. The workers are also wonderful. One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. They dont allow to eat in other sections. And the Pakistani food is so spicy with same sort of food everyday. I had full board meal plan and literally got sour throat in just 3 days. The booking was for 8 days. Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel with food plan. Worst food discrimination and same spicy food everyday. It has been a smooth experience with Anjum hotel. For me it’s the first time however my brother are regulars during the last 10 days of holy month Ramadan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ma’amon, Mukhtar and their supervisor Kazi. They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly. Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure Read less

If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!! Read less

The room cleanliness was excellent, the hotel services were well organized, and the staff were polite and respectful, which I truly appreciate. However, I was disappointed during check-out. I requested assistance with my luggage more than once and waited about 30 minutes without any response. In the end, I had to carry the luggage myself, even though it was quite heavy. I expected better attention to such a basic service, especially in a hotel. As for the buffet, it was quite average, with limited variety and almost the same food choices repeated daily. The location of the hotel is excellent — very convenient and ideal for visiting the Haram. The rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable. A special mention must go to the housekeeping team on the 13th floor, especially Mohammed Al Amin and Mohamed Retik. They were outstanding throughout our stay — professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their effort, attention to detail, and warm service truly made a difference to our experience. Unfortunately, the general hotel service was inconsistent, particularly with in-room dining. We were travelling with a child who has allergies, and communication with the team was sometimes difficult. On one occasion, a serious mistake was made regarding dietary requirements. While this was concerning, being in Madinah we chose patience and mercy over anger. We shared feedback with Guest Relations multiple times during our stay. Although promises were made to improve matters for the remainder of our visit, we unfortunately did not see meaningful changes. Overall, if it were not for the exceptional housekeeping staff — Mohammed Al Amin, Mohamed Retik, and the rest of the team — we would not consider returning. For our future visits, we would choose elsewhere for better service and better communication regarding allergies. Read less

The rooms are brand new, very spacious, and super comfortable. The location is perfect, and I really appreciated that the hotel wasn’t overcrowded which made the whole stay feel peaceful and relaxed. It even smells amazing throughout the hotel, such a small detail but makes a big difference. The art pieces and open spaces give it a really nice atmosphere too. Full board stay for the guests would come up with buffets breakfast, lunch & dinner. Inside the room is available mini-kitchen for tea, room fridge which contains biscuits, chocolates, water & juice bottles etc. Cupboards with prayer mat, bathroom shoes, safe for money, precious items are also available. Inside room are sufficient plugs for using charging of mobiles, table and chair and comfortable chairs to sit in the room. Large LCD to view more than 100 channels was also provided. Beds were very cozy in the air-conditioned room and table lamps around the beds for night use could be seen. We booked 8 rooms (mix of double, triple and quad) we have one quad room which is big while other quad are small. Check-in time is late 4.00pm we received one room before 3.00 while other room by 4.45pm as the other guest left the room only by 3.50!! We request iron for one room and they bring fast, next day we request for other room and they keep saying not available or we will bring but till last day we didn't see the iron. One room air-condition keep leaking water which makes the stay bit uncomfortable. Elevators system needs to be enhanced as you have to click on different ones and keep looking between them to know which one will come. The mentioned points are things which they need to look on. Wow what a fantastic hotel, i have been to some highly rated hotels but this is the best so far. This hotel has it all! The hotel has new fresh rooms, great ambience and great facilities, the staff are all professional and friendly, the breakfast has a great range for all tastes. The location is minutes away from the mosque and close to all the shops and new restaurants. Truly a great place that you must add to your hotel list. Read less

1. Avoid this hotel! This hotel is new but very very incomplete. My room's boiler was leaking, repaired many times, eventually have to call for inspection, who confirmed the problem. Boiler was in the ceiling of the bathroom and leak was very bad, could not pray !, Our bathrooms kept flooding with delayed help or assistance from the hotel team. 2. The rooms are incomplete; Service was good but plumbers/ cleaners were so busy! 3. The breakfast was very very so poor, prices too high especially in Ramadan, cheap to buy from outside. I started to eat from outside. 4. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but not worth living with that much disturbance. 5. Guest relation officer is very good with good English communication but when to help/ support she may not have the power to do so or things are very delayed. 6. Only thing they want all the money in front and good luck with your stay. 7. Their marketing is very good but believe me not worth staying! 8. We were even given a fruit plate whilst we were out so that was a nice gesture, but I think it was for everyone, just to feel good. Read less

First Impression on the hotel , looks fabulous and very clean, as it's in it's initial stage it needs more improvement. The best part are their room service guys , excellent cleaning and attending when required. Need to mention some name they were very helpful and exceptional Mr Simon , this guy's has gone beyond and above to help me and my family have a clean and comfortable stay. Others who have not just cleaned and helped in us having a good environment are Mr. Imran and Al Amin. I hope to visit and stay at the hotel on my future visits. I would like them to do some improvements on their customer service call line 0. WiFi , as it drops most of the time. No Iron or Iron Board available in rooms which should be provided as pressing of clothes are essential need of a visitor. Read less

This hotel was such a decent hotel compared to others i have stayed in previous years. The location is central to local food shacks, food shops, coffee shops. The walk to haram is not that far. If your going out then you can walk out the hotel and catch a cab as you have the main road there which is useful. The rooms were clean, shower was amazing. All amenities were provided within the room. We were even given a fruit plate whilst we were out so that was a nice gesture. The staff were really good in terms of cleaning the room, emptying our bins and topping us up with water bottles. We were based on the 12th floor which had 4 beds. The space was so ideal as I had a toddler so she could play. I would certainly choose to stay here again for sure. Read less
