The view was simply breathtaking — overlooking the whole of Makkah in a way that made every moment feel special. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering both comfort and tranquility. The buffet featured an impressively wide variety of options, clearly reflecting the extra effort and dedication of both the operations team and the kitchen staff to cater to such large numbers with excellence. Accessibility was outstanding — with seamless access to and from the mall, as well as convenient connectivity to the Makkah Haram side, making the entire stay even more comfortable and stress-free. They're fantastic.. The view is amazing, one of the best if not the best. We had booked a Haram view room with check-in time at 4 pm, but since we arrived at 8:30 am for Umrah, the reception staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality we received — especially from Mr. Sakeer, the assistant manager, whom we had the pleasure of interacting with during the daily dining. He was incredibly welcoming, always checking in to see if everything was okay, asking if we needed anything, and offering to help in any way he could. His warm personality and attentiveness really made a difference and left a lasting impression on us. The buffet meals for both breakfast and dinner were phenomenal — so much variety, consistently delicious food, and the dessert bar was next-level. Even during the busiest times, there was always plenty to choose from, and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything well-stocked and fresh. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the in-room Adhan system was such a thoughtful touch that enhanced the spiritual experience of our trip. And of course, the location — 0 meters from Masjid al-Haram — couldn’t have been more perfect. I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.5 stars.. this was so expensive for finding mold in the bathrooms (video and picture) the bed is not comfortable, there is a beep sound in every floor and they don’t turn off at night time ( video). And when we asked them to turn off they said it’s like this and they can’t do nothing. It beeps every 10-20 seconds.. you can’t sleep.. Also the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything outside ( picture).. the minimum you should keep are things cleaned.. the safe was also locked and not working, so we didn’t want housekeeping since we had our passports in the room.. we contacted them, they could not fix and that’s it.. it’s broken. The inclusive dinner does not even include soda.. only water! I have nothing good to say. Even the short distance is not worth the money they charge. There are better options around. Sanitary and health services should be contacted for these molds.. True 5 star hotels would never be like this one. This hotel needs urgent updates.. And do you know what answer you get from them? Literally nothing! Any hotel that is 5 star would make sure things like these are working and cleaned and would at minimum provide 5 star Costumer service. Special shout out to Mr Faizan who was very courteous and helpful at all times. However compared to the money being paid, the rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The shower area is so small that a claustrophobic person would never get in there. The bathroom really needs working on considering the fact that this is a 5 star hotel. And the service isn't great. They have so many guests checking in every day and I guess this makes them indifferent or too tired to be hospitable to each guest. Read less

Room are big and especially the luggage box room is very handy as it keeps your room clear of suitcases. Bath and toilets are very clean and spacious. Only one area where there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different items but if you are from South Asian subcontinent, then you will feel disappointed because mainly the dishes are either Arabic and some European. Also when it was busy, there was problem to find cutlery like teaspoons resulting in cold tea. Overall a very good hotel and recommended to visit again. Read less

The cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities were next to none. We had a room facing the Kabbah, what an amazing sight that was! The buffet breakfast, “Well what can I say! The variety was amazing. I don’t think I could identify all the dishes they were so plentiful. If shopping is a key feature of you pilgrim then rest assured you won’t get a better hotel than this! Stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah from 13/02/26 to 16/02/26 with my family (one room for four persons). It is a very family-oriented hotel and the location is excellent—very close to Masjid A Nabawi, which made visiting the mosque very easy and convenient. A very helpful service was the bus provided for women to reach the specific gates designated for them to enter the mosque. This made the visit much more comfortable for our family. The stay was pleasant overall. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a sound system in every room connected to Masjid Nabawi so guests can listen to the prayers from their rooms. My father and I had a mixed bag of experiences at this hotel but ended up happy with the stay. When we arrived at the location we were told that there were no rooms at the upper floors. We were given a third floor room that hadn't properly been cleaned. We were then offered a room of the same size on the eighth floor... So obviously they didn't offer the best room to us in the first place. Another problem was that after extending for one day the hotel repeatedly called us insisting that we hadn't paid. It turned out it was a fault in their system. Finally, despite making booking for 2 people, the hotel said only one person could attend breakfast. How, in a room for 2, can you say only one person could attend breakfast? Now, despite all these problems the hotel staff did provide quick solutions and were courteous and apologetic. On the final day the hotel manager called us personally and went above and beyond in apologizing and providing us with ample time to check out. The room itself was not particularly stellar. The beds were fine and I appreciated the complimentary fruits, sweets, water and utilities like iron table, prayer rug, and so on. The bathroom could be better as I really don't like open showers. The roof floor restaurant and the staff working there are excellent. The best thing about this hotel is obviously the location. You can't beat it. Read less

Despite calling for water and amenities for hours, they ARE NOT RESPONDING! I AM HERE RIGHT NOW and even after complaining to their so called managers, none of them leading me to the real one, they are just making empty promises and doing nothing Please everyone, prefer a 1 star over this one. Trust me you would get better service and cleanliness there for the best price. I am literally being humiliated here for paying such a large amount of money. I have rated this hotel five stars based on earlier experience as I was impressed by the hotel service and the kindness of the staff, in addition to the newness of the hotel and its great location. However, based on my new experience I have taken two stars as it did not meet my expectations this time. The rooms’ furniture deteriorated, and so is the service especially from the reception. We asked for a room upgrade, and were told that no rooms were available although it was obvious that this was not the case, and rooms were available on the Booking. I had to speak to the shift manager to get the room upgrade. The breakfast arrived cold and did not meet the request. The laundry services are very expensive even by hotels’ standard. I am keeping the three stars for two reasons: - the swift response from the shift manager and his kindness in changing the room in a very short time. - the kindness of the housekeeping staff, especially, Suhail Rana. My family and I found the beds in the twin room in the executive suite were extremely soft. I literally was in pain sleeping in that bed. 😞 We found writing and scrabbles on the lamp in the living room, marks and scratches on the wall. More work needs to go into this hotel.
