We had a very good experience of staying here, not just because of its ideal location, but the services, housekeeping, professional staff. The breakfast buffets each day was extraordinary! WiFi was pretty solid. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the room throughly. It's a massive hotel and it's a good idea to stay here for Umraah.

I stayed at the Anjum Hotel for 7 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Muhammad Aala was an excellent chef who made my omelette perfectly every morning and even remembered my order each day. That personal touch really meant a lot. Room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Jamal Rahman on the 21st floor, he is a very hardworking young man and provided wonderful service. The hotel itself is good, comfortable, and well managed, though it is a bit far from Door 79 of Masjid al-Haram. Overall, it was a good stay.

Honest review I can say it's over my expectations. Pros: All rooms have good view. Cooperative room service Food quality is good and high material. The entire masjid is great for me because of my baby. Very near to haram but far from umra Cons: 500 sar insurance is little bit strange Room carpets need to be washed. Late check in. It was 5 PM

The stay from check-in was great and very helpful. They welcomed us warmly, took all our bags from taxi to carrier, placed them in our room, and arranged room exactly as we requested. The cleaning service is very polite and available 24/7. They clean even if you give them only five minutes while you’re in a rush they are always ready to help and make sure the room stays clean. I got ill during my stay and requested lemon with salt, and it always arrived within seconds. Ibrahem (Abu Amal), Chief of Staff, showed great hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, he always seek feedback to ensure services are top notch , and that is highly appreciated and rarely found, he must be definitely a valuable staff member. The room had a great view of Masjid Alharam, and the breakfast had everything fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend.

i am staying at the anjum hotel for 5 days today is my fourth day and before i even end my trip i can Wholeheartedly say it is the best And most convenient hotel to stay at The location is In an amazing place, meaning the views from the window are beautiful Walking to the kaaba To perform Umrah Is so fast and convenient, especially After performing when you’re tired and all you want to do is go back to your hotel. The rooms are beautifully set up beds are made every single day without fail. The hotel provides water tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, razors, anything you may need Including an iron, a hairdryer and towels they even have a safe to put valuables in. The cleaners are Mostly Bengali and are extremely respectful They won’t touch a single item that Belongs to you, which I find very important. I even left a shopping bag full of rubbish and they didn’t take it just in case it was something that belonged to me. They have a lot of respect For visitors. And have helped us out a lot, They regularly topped up our Waters etc. And I just think they make the whole Umrah process so much smoother. The hotels have many lifts, although the lifts are busy it gets the job done They have communal seating areas And shops on the bottom floor in case you need anything. The entire hotel is spotless Which is constantly cleaned throughout the day it is beautifully decorated And definitely worth the money. We had booked the hotel with a breakfast buffet that was also good. It had a quick sign in system and you was free to eat whatever you wanted. The waiters are also respectful helping whenever they can. The Food is generally good there’s a huge variety Which is good for kids and picky eaters. Hotel staff are also very Respectful who ever is reading I hope this review Helps you choose anjum hotel Because it truly is the best from my experience

Had a wonderful stay at Anjum Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Hotel mosque, lobby and outdoor sitting area were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay. Can't wait to come back!" Would you like me to customize it further? Special thanks to housekeeping supervisor #Saleh #Ibrahim who are very supportive, I was lost in B1 floor looking for a way to go haram.

Overall stay was good with anjum hotel makkah but I'd like to highlight that bellman service was poor, upon arrival no one was available to unloaded my stuff from car & I have to managed my self. Front office staffs were not proffesional in handling guest c/i and c/o, took me more than 25 minutes in queue than I left and cancelling my extra bed request. I special thanks to HK staff mr ismail as he so helpful, polite and proffesional during my 5 nights stay along with kids.

Alhamdulillah my family and I had they opportunity to make umrah last week. We stayed in Anjum Hotel. Overall the experience has been wonderful. The hotel is of close proximity to the Haram. We booked a quad room and it was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was luxurious. The only thing I wish the hotel would consider is to have shopping next to it. Because we had to go all the way to Clock Tower and Safwah Tower to shop for souvenirs and food.

Good experience at anjum. The service is great, Housekeeping MD Taskin room 1121 there's a café with many options to eat from. The workers are also wonderful. One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. Overall, wonderful experience and would recommend staying at. Thank you Mr.Ajaz from Super eagle travel from Baltimore Maryland for recommending this hotel for us.

Our stay at Anjum Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were immaculate – a solid 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort, and design. The services provided were outstanding – another 10/10, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The location gets an 8/10, as it’s slightly set back compared to some hotels, but still very conveniently located for easy access to the Haram. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. El Sayed Abd El Samad, the Restaurants Manager, who truly made our experience memorable. His hospitality, attentiveness, and warm demeanor were simply superb. We felt truly cared for. We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Aman and Imran from Rajhistan, whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team at Anjum Hotel for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning – again and

Any time we requested service, they arrived within minutes and did a wonderful job with our quad bedroom. We’re very grateful for the comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was good except for food. This is the 1st 5 star hotel which has so much discrimination for food. Has separate sections for food for international, Arabic, and for Pakistani/Indian food. They dont allow to eat in other sections. And the Pakistani food is so spicy with same sort of food everyday. I had full board meal plan and literally got sour throat in just 3 days. The booking was for 8 days. Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel with food plan. Worst food discrimination and same spicy food everyday. No other 5 star hotel discriminates food this way, and dictate their guests to eat only in specific food section only.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best thing ever, genuinely— you can tell everything is made with care. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the haram! I definitely recommend booking your stay here. Before I forget— the pistachio donuts/buns from the breakfast buffet are the best things I have ever eaten in my life. I wish to get them shipped to me and have an endless supply of them. So so delicious 😭 miss them a lot

The housekeeping cleaning service was excellent and staffs are very polite, professional and available to provide services when is needed. Especially Shujon, Riyadul, Mashud and his supervisor Mr Kazi are very caring individuals. Our room no: 270. Bed was very comfortable, however, the pillows are different to my needs as I uses feather pillow. I have inform Mr Kazi to address this issue and his is very prompt to meet my essential needs. I am ve ry happy as I have used the Anjum hotel services previously. Many thanks Muhammad Mustaq Ahmed

It has been a smooth experience with Anjum hotel. For me it’s the first time however my brother are regulars during the last 10 days of holy month Ramadan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ma’amon, Mukhtar and their supervisor Kazi. They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly. Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit.

Excellent hotel. Very clean spacious room. Impressive view. Shower rooms are very clean, good water pressure and shower doesn't leak outside of the shower. AC worked well. Housekeeping visit every day if selected, and remake the room tona very high standard. I only opted for breakfast, and it's probably the best breakfast options I've had. The hotel has excellent customer service throughout from the moment you arrive until check out. Highly recommended.

Great 5star hotel had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are cleaned daily beds are comfortable and cosy. Free complimentary tea water etc. Free complimentary toiletries bathrobe slippers etc. Air conditioning is always freezing so no complaints there. Building is big and can get a bit confusing as so many elevators. But overall experience is very good.
Location very near to Haram. Nice, comfy beds. Scrumptious breakfast. Beautiful open space, seating area between the two towers. Value for money

Great hotel with few mins walk to mosque, breakfast was really good variety, staff were more than helpful. Provided wheelchair service for elderly at no extra cost. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. Room were nice ans clean, however I down point of cleaning room were late. Restaurant food good however its ages for a beef burger or chicken burger. Always a 45 min wait. Other than that all was great.

Wonderful hotel. The management and staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. The food was delicious and they had a variety in place that caters for different tastes and likings. Very well managed and organized that we were impressed with the number of people staying there and how it was going very smoothly. It was also clean and close to the Haram. There is also an extension of the Haram under construction that is almost adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again.

I am writing this review while I am at the hotel right now location is near the haram but you will walk a little bit to reach it as the doors are nearly 1 km away walking may be more but it may be the worst food I have had in any hotel I stayed in before. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure

Must consider review before booking This is the worst 5 star hotel I have been too. Too small unclean rooms. The receptionists don't know how to talk to guests. If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. Completely rubbish experience overall. I had my old parents with me. It was painful experience for them considering their health. Money down the drain.

Sorry, I am reversing my review from 4star to 1star. The stay was good, but after 2 days of I checked out they automatically deduct money from my bank account. And I have no idea why. So they took the reservation amount twice without my permission. and still I am unable to take my money back.

The hotel is very nice. More than these five star ratings The pinnacle of sophistication, cleanliness and distinguished service. The food is very varied. And very close to the Grand Mosque. There is an escalator from the hotel that will take you directly to Al-Haram Street. We spent an irreplaceable time. And the year, God willing, I will go back to it again. Because I can't find a better one. at its price segment. There is no significant difference between it and the hotels in the courtyard of the Haram, even in the matter of distance. It does not exceed a minute's walk with the huge price difference between them
Despite a busy reception and last minute online booking. They have managed to prepare the room quickly on short notice with great support from the receptionist. Great customer experience

I wish there was a zero or negative rating. Check-in time is at 4, we arrived a bit early maybe we can check-in yet had to wait. At 4 the room was still not ready and staff working in the room. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!!

It's okay, but the staff cannot handle the volume of people they are not organized. The lifts also can't handle the volume of people. Also they did not ask to check my Tawakalna 😮â€ðŸ’¨ There was too much noise on the floor that I was on. With regards to cleanliness and food I would give it a 3. Will not be booking here again. It's only good because it's close to the Haram. This hotel is not up to 5 star standard.

The hotel’s location was convenient and made getting around very easy. However, the overall stay was disappointing due to poor room service and housekeeping. The room itself was not well maintained and basic services were lacking. We had to ask multiple times for towels, and they were only provided two days later. Housekeeping also informed us that the hotel only had around 10 towels available for 40 rooms and just one iron for the same number of rooms, which explains the delays but is clearly not acceptable for guests. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. We stayed here last year and it was a lot better but now its gone poor but the price has gone up

Excellent location. Food also very nice. But service on check in was bad by reception and manager mansoor nowhere to b seen.. We booked a Quad room to check in 22Feb26. We arrived at hotel at 2am on 23Feb. We paid for the night on 22nd feb. We got a room on 23rd at 7am. 5 hours waiting in hotel. And the room We gt was a triple instead of what we booked a quad. Mansour the manager is nowhere to b found and all the reception staff abdullah , amira ect continue to say that they will fix room after next prayer well: they brought a 4th bed in a triple room. But the room is too squashed. Why can't We get the Quad room we paid for. And the fact that they gave wrong room and it's already 2 nights of the 6 night. Seems like they not willing to fix. Service needs a shake up. Bathroom cleanliness is bad. As the bathrooms don't seem properly cleaned. Guest relation did finally call aft 3 days to check if all OK. There Quad rooms were full..we had to settle for triple with extra bed

I recently stayed at Emaar Grand in Makkah and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk to the Haram, depending on your pace and how busy it is. The walk is mostly flat, which makes it manageable even during peak times. There are plenty of grocery stores and food outlets surrounding the hotel, so finding essentials or a quick meal is very convenient. Taxis are also easily available nearby, which is especially helpful if you’re heading to Masjid Aisha. The hotel has a good number of lifts, but they can take a while due to the high volume of guests. The rooms are fairly basic, which is expected for a hotel of this standard, but they are comfortable enough for a short stay. The cleaning staff were generally very good and attentive. However, I did have to repeatedly request bathroom cleaning, which was a bit frustrating. I didn’t have much interaction with reception, so I can’t comment much on their service. They also offer a cleaning service for a fee, which takes a couple of hours. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for a reasonably located hotel close to the Haram with plenty of nearby amenities.

Honestly had one of the worst experiences with staff at this hotel. We had 3 rooms and stayed there for a week. On my first day the receptionist Motaz Ahmed helped me in ensuring that all 3 of our rooms were on the same floor. After that all experiences with the staff were awful. 1. First the rooms handed over to us had no soup, no slippers, no iron, and no towels. Can you imagine walking into a room with all those basic things missing. We tried complaining but the phones didnt work. I had to go downstairs and they provided towels within a few hours and soup, the next day. Still no slippers and iron. 2. Next morning, the tables were sticky and dirty when we went for breakfast/sahour. The staff responsible for cleaning certainly werent doing their job properly. 3. After that when Ramadan started, I had to extend my rooms' stay and it was a nightmare. The people at the reception werent helpful neither was the reservation office. I had to go back and forth for 3 hours to finally get it sorted. Pathetic. 4. Lastly, when we were checking out and needed a bellman, no one showed up for 30mins. Eventually, I had to drag the trolley myself and get my bags downstairs for which they started asking me questions as to why I did it. When your pathetic staff wont do their jobs, we the guests would have to do it. Good food but pathetic staff!!

My stay at the Emaar Grand Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for visitors in Mecca. The rooms were neat, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mootez Ahmed for his excellent service. He was professional, kind, and always ready to help, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the great hospitality.

It’s a nice hotel with good facilities and overall a pleasant atmosphere. But breakfast juices are crap. There were minor problems in bathroom but maintainace team sorted. However, one major issue I noticed is with the management. If you are not Arab, they tend to treat you differently — for example, asking you to sit in a separate seating area, even though we are all paying the same. This kind of behavior felt discriminatory and unfair. I hope the management improves in this regard, because apart from that, it could really be an excellent place for everyone.

Assalamu Alaykum, Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay here. The two biggest issues for me were the food and the cleanliness of the room. The buffet looks endless but has no taste. Even the viennoiseries were disappointing. The elevator works well and is easily accessible, and I noticed that the hotel entrance—though a bit dark—is being cleaned regularly, which gave me some comfort. But the room itself was the biggest letdown. From the first moment I entered, it felt dirty. The carpet was not clean, the air was stuffy, and even the bottles of water had dust on them, showing they had been sitting there for a long time. The closet and chandelier were also dusty and not well maintained. To be fair, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for three people. However, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything else. For me, this was very disappointing, and I would not want to stay here again.

We are currently staying here, in room 430 and we are very pleased with the service we have received from staff in this hotel. The cleaners are very attentive, the restaurant area for breakfast has a good variety of food and different food every few days. The room size is good and has everything you need, a hair dryer, towels and bidet. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the haram, depending on how fast you walk but along the way you get to see lots of different shops, which is nice. I am happy with my stay here.

NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The only hotel in the Emaar group worth staying is Emaar Andalusia. The rest are not trustworthy. I am inclined to give a one star review right at the time of check in. There are two towers of the hotel and only one deals with the online check in. In the reception there are four check in counters out of which two are unattended. The two functional counters are taking one hour per customer literally. There is a big cue but two counters are unattended and the two functioning are extremely extremely slow. Their computer software seems to be stuck. The deputy manager is relaxing on his computer and is rarely helping people. The hotel does not seem to have the physical availability of already booked hotel. The customers have to wait for very long in the check in lounge sometimes along with their children. Waiting time for an average customer is two hours. There were times when there was only one receptionist as the other one went out for fresh air for a very long time. Pathetic service. The hotel needs to be closed. Only one receptionist dealing with the long cue of customers and taking phone calls. No other person at the reception desk. The lifts are highly unsafe and dangerous. No sensors. Your hand can be squished if you squeeze in. The rooms are extremely small with no double beds. Not recommended to anyone.
Loved our visit to makkah. Stayed in emaar grand hotel. Group of 9. Everything was good. Just needed some toilet tiles work. The rest is 5*. Would visit again.

I recently stayed at the Emaar Grand Hotel in Mecca, booking a room advertised for five people. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially larger groups. The room itself was incredibly tight for five beds. We were practically on top of each other, and there was barely any space to move around or store our belongings comfortably. This lack of space made our stay very uncomfortable and frankly, quite stressful. Beyond the cramped quarters, the room service was also severely lacking. On multiple occasions, we tried to contact room service, but the phone simply went unanswered. This made it impossible to request basic necessities or address any issues we had. Considering the high price we paid for this hotel, the level of service and the size of the room were completely unacceptable. It felt like we were significantly overcharged for a very poor experience. If you are planning a trip to Mecca and require accommodation for more than a couple of people, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The Emaar Grand Hotel's cramped rooms and unreliable service are not worth the money or the frustration. Save yourself the disappointment and book a different hotel.

The only nice thing about the hotel is its interior. The hotel facilities were rubbish. The shower cubicle wouldn’t close properly and the water would wet the whole floor in the bathroom. The hair dryer in the bathroom has such low power that it will take you an hour to dry your long hair with it. The bathroom plumbing was horrific, whenever you run water you can smell of the gutter. The room ventilation system seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and would definitely make you sick! The place just looks fancy from the interior used but has little to no facilities available. Breakfast was super bland and basic. Didn’t enjoy it at all.

For a 4 star hotel, service was really poor. Consider distance from Haram as well, as it takes about 20 mins from hotel to gate 79 for example. Breakfast was good as we had breakfast included in our booking I'll consider other options (distance from Haram and room service), before booking it again.

Rooms are tight, 4 person bedroom. Service you have asked to get towels, and tip them. The sheets were not charged in total stay of nights. Nice hotel, plenty of lifts. Tra coffee in room with kettle. Plenty of food shops and clothing near bye. Walk to kabab sharif is about 15 minutes.

I am currently staying here and as I am writing this review i’m waiting for maintenance to come because my room power keeps stopping. We have only been here for two days tonight being the third and i am just honestly so ready to go home, which is upsetting. 1) the rooms are decent sized, as far as i know. our room was for three people so there were three beds. Very standard. However, the windows are broken and you can hear EVERYTHING outside. 2) the toilet smells and is always 24/7 hot. It’s very tight and cramped. and once again like every other review we were only given two towels despite being three people. Normally hotels i’ve been to you get at least two towels per person the second one being a smaller towel??! 3) THE LIFTS. If you want clarity and a peace of mind please don’t even consider booking here! There are so many lifts but there are WAYY MORE people. You can wait for the lift for almost 1 HOUR 4) Lastly the distance. It’s not worth your money it’s a long walk and isn’t “5 minutes”! All in all i definitely will not be staying here the only bonus points is the staff excluding reception!

Hi we’re would you like me to start unfortunately the room service staff are no we’re to be found. & when you find them it’s a game of hide & seek. Then when you go complain to manager they say no speak English & say ok by. We asked for are room to be cleaned & was told that we only change one bed as we have no bedding. How can that be for a hotel this big.3 years ago this hotel was brilliant & after Covid19 it’s gone down hill. Now let’s start food. Oh my days Imodium was very helpful as the buffet was cold & the food unfortunately was below standard. The banana 🌠was rock sold & not edible. I will not stay in this hotel ever again. The owners need to fix up the staff as the work force do t care about the customers. Who pay they wages. & the one time I asked them to clean the toilet they did not replace the loo paper the tissue paper & left the floor wet. We asked for a extra mug & still waiting the place is not a good place to stay at.

We were here in Ramadan, so had got Sahoor added to our package. This was the best part of our stay at this hotel. As we had chooses of continental dishes to choose from. The Haram felt quite away, as it was in the middle of April the heat was intense 42 Celsius most afternoon. And to walk to the the Haraam at Zohor time was so difficult.

I was so pleased to book my family flights to Pakistan for the Easter holidays with Super Destinations I had checked everywhere and could not find any good fares online. Luckily I contacted them and they managed to find me a very good price. Was so happy the staff was really friendly and helped us. I highly recommend Super Destinations to my family and friends to book flights and holidays. My next booking with them is for Umrah.

Mr Khan went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dream honeymoon. We had 0 stress relating to planning and everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped off the plane. We will certainly be booking with Super Destinations again and will definitely 100% recommend to family and friends. Thank you !

Worst experience ever. Booked package for saudi Arabia for pilgrimage and the hotels were disgusting . hotel in makkah was disgusting and dirty and they don't want to own up. Mr Arif has deceived us by telling us the hotel in makkah in the package and then puts us in a very cheap and old hotel. Then we had a car booked from medina to makkah and that wasn't even booked and we had to make our own arrangements. AVOID SUPER DESTINATIONS AT ANY COST
