The hotel’s location was convenient and made getting around very easy. However, the overall stay was disappointing due to poor room service and housekeeping. The room itself was not well maintained and basic services were lacking. We had to ask multiple times for towels, and they were only provided two days later. Housekeeping also informed us that the hotel only had around 10 towels available for 40 rooms and just one iron for the same number of rooms, which explains the delays but is clearly not acceptable for guests. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. We stayed here last year and it was a lot better but now its gone poor but the price has gone up

Excellent location. Food also very nice. But service on check in was bad by reception and manager mansoor nowhere to b seen.. We booked a Quad room to check in 22Feb26. We arrived at hotel at 2am on 23Feb. We paid for the night on 22nd feb. We got a room on 23rd at 7am. 5 hours waiting in hotel. And the room We gt was a triple instead of what we booked a quad. Mansour the manager is nowhere to b found and all the reception staff abdullah , amira ect continue to say that they will fix room after next prayer well: they brought a 4th bed in a triple room. But the room is too squashed. Why can't We get the Quad room we paid for. And the fact that they gave wrong room and it's already 2 nights of the 6 night. Seems like they not willing to fix. Service needs a shake up. Bathroom cleanliness is bad. As the bathrooms don't seem properly cleaned. Guest relation did finally call aft 3 days to check if all OK. There Quad rooms were full..we had to settle for triple with extra bed

I recently stayed at Emaar Grand in Makkah and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk to the Haram, depending on your pace and how busy it is. The walk is mostly flat, which makes it manageable even during peak times. There are plenty of grocery stores and food outlets surrounding the hotel, so finding essentials or a quick meal is very convenient. Taxis are also easily available nearby, which is especially helpful if you’re heading to Masjid Aisha. The hotel has a good number of lifts, but they can take a while due to the high volume of guests. The rooms are fairly basic, which is expected for a hotel of this standard, but they are comfortable enough for a short stay. The cleaning staff were generally very good and attentive. However, I did have to repeatedly request bathroom cleaning, which was a bit frustrating. I didn’t have much interaction with reception, so I can’t comment much on their service. They also offer a cleaning service for a fee, which takes a couple of hours. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for a reasonably located hotel close to the Haram with plenty of nearby amenities.

Honestly had one of the worst experiences with staff at this hotel. We had 3 rooms and stayed there for a week. On my first day the receptionist Motaz Ahmed helped me in ensuring that all 3 of our rooms were on the same floor. After that all experiences with the staff were awful. 1. First the rooms handed over to us had no soup, no slippers, no iron, and no towels. Can you imagine walking into a room with all those basic things missing. We tried complaining but the phones didnt work. I had to go downstairs and they provided towels within a few hours and soup, the next day. Still no slippers and iron. 2. Next morning, the tables were sticky and dirty when we went for breakfast/sahour. The staff responsible for cleaning certainly werent doing their job properly. 3. After that when Ramadan started, I had to extend my rooms' stay and it was a nightmare. The people at the reception werent helpful neither was the reservation office. I had to go back and forth for 3 hours to finally get it sorted. Pathetic. 4. Lastly, when we were checking out and needed a bellman, no one showed up for 30mins. Eventually, I had to drag the trolley myself and get my bags downstairs for which they started asking me questions as to why I did it. When your pathetic staff wont do their jobs, we the guests would have to do it. Good food but pathetic staff!!

My stay at the Emaar Grand Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for visitors in Mecca. The rooms were neat, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Mootez Ahmed for his excellent service. He was professional, kind, and always ready to help, which made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the great hospitality.

It’s a nice hotel with good facilities and overall a pleasant atmosphere. But breakfast juices are crap. There were minor problems in bathroom but maintainace team sorted. However, one major issue I noticed is with the management. If you are not Arab, they tend to treat you differently — for example, asking you to sit in a separate seating area, even though we are all paying the same. This kind of behavior felt discriminatory and unfair. I hope the management improves in this regard, because apart from that, it could really be an excellent place for everyone.

Assalamu Alaykum, Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay here. The two biggest issues for me were the food and the cleanliness of the room. The buffet looks endless but has no taste. Even the viennoiseries were disappointing. The elevator works well and is easily accessible, and I noticed that the hotel entrance—though a bit dark—is being cleaned regularly, which gave me some comfort. But the room itself was the biggest letdown. From the first moment I entered, it felt dirty. The carpet was not clean, the air was stuffy, and even the bottles of water had dust on them, showing they had been sitting there for a long time. The closet and chandelier were also dusty and not well maintained. To be fair, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for three people. However, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything else. For me, this was very disappointing, and I would not want to stay here again.

We are currently staying here, in room 430 and we are very pleased with the service we have received from staff in this hotel. The cleaners are very attentive, the restaurant area for breakfast has a good variety of food and different food every few days. The room size is good and has everything you need, a hair dryer, towels and bidet. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the haram, depending on how fast you walk but along the way you get to see lots of different shops, which is nice. I am happy with my stay here.

NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The only hotel in the Emaar group worth staying is Emaar Andalusia. The rest are not trustworthy. I am inclined to give a one star review right at the time of check in. There are two towers of the hotel and only one deals with the online check in. In the reception there are four check in counters out of which two are unattended. The two functional counters are taking one hour per customer literally. There is a big cue but two counters are unattended and the two functioning are extremely extremely slow. Their computer software seems to be stuck. The deputy manager is relaxing on his computer and is rarely helping people. The hotel does not seem to have the physical availability of already booked hotel. The customers have to wait for very long in the check in lounge sometimes along with their children. Waiting time for an average customer is two hours. There were times when there was only one receptionist as the other one went out for fresh air for a very long time. Pathetic service. The hotel needs to be closed. Only one receptionist dealing with the long cue of customers and taking phone calls. No other person at the reception desk. The lifts are highly unsafe and dangerous. No sensors. Your hand can be squished if you squeeze in. The rooms are extremely small with no double beds. Not recommended to anyone.
Loved our visit to makkah. Stayed in emaar grand hotel. Group of 9. Everything was good. Just needed some toilet tiles work. The rest is 5*. Would visit again.

I recently stayed at the Emaar Grand Hotel in Mecca, booking a room advertised for five people. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially larger groups. The room itself was incredibly tight for five beds. We were practically on top of each other, and there was barely any space to move around or store our belongings comfortably. This lack of space made our stay very uncomfortable and frankly, quite stressful. Beyond the cramped quarters, the room service was also severely lacking. On multiple occasions, we tried to contact room service, but the phone simply went unanswered. This made it impossible to request basic necessities or address any issues we had. Considering the high price we paid for this hotel, the level of service and the size of the room were completely unacceptable. It felt like we were significantly overcharged for a very poor experience. If you are planning a trip to Mecca and require accommodation for more than a couple of people, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The Emaar Grand Hotel's cramped rooms and unreliable service are not worth the money or the frustration. Save yourself the disappointment and book a different hotel.

The only nice thing about the hotel is its interior. The hotel facilities were rubbish. The shower cubicle wouldn’t close properly and the water would wet the whole floor in the bathroom. The hair dryer in the bathroom has such low power that it will take you an hour to dry your long hair with it. The bathroom plumbing was horrific, whenever you run water you can smell of the gutter. The room ventilation system seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and would definitely make you sick! The place just looks fancy from the interior used but has little to no facilities available. Breakfast was super bland and basic. Didn’t enjoy it at all.

For a 4 star hotel, service was really poor. Consider distance from Haram as well, as it takes about 20 mins from hotel to gate 79 for example. Breakfast was good as we had breakfast included in our booking I'll consider other options (distance from Haram and room service), before booking it again.

Rooms are tight, 4 person bedroom. Service you have asked to get towels, and tip them. The sheets were not charged in total stay of nights. Nice hotel, plenty of lifts. Tra coffee in room with kettle. Plenty of food shops and clothing near bye. Walk to kabab sharif is about 15 minutes.

I am currently staying here and as I am writing this review i’m waiting for maintenance to come because my room power keeps stopping. We have only been here for two days tonight being the third and i am just honestly so ready to go home, which is upsetting. 1) the rooms are decent sized, as far as i know. our room was for three people so there were three beds. Very standard. However, the windows are broken and you can hear EVERYTHING outside. 2) the toilet smells and is always 24/7 hot. It’s very tight and cramped. and once again like every other review we were only given two towels despite being three people. Normally hotels i’ve been to you get at least two towels per person the second one being a smaller towel??! 3) THE LIFTS. If you want clarity and a peace of mind please don’t even consider booking here! There are so many lifts but there are WAYY MORE people. You can wait for the lift for almost 1 HOUR 4) Lastly the distance. It’s not worth your money it’s a long walk and isn’t “5 minutes”! All in all i definitely will not be staying here the only bonus points is the staff excluding reception!

The location is about 7-8 mkns walks from the entrance of haram gate 79 . The hotel itself looks very presentable but rooms are very dated and need refurbishment. Frontbif house need better Customer service skills especially the lady at reception who when posed with a problem seems to uses gestures and arrogance as her way to deal with issues. The gentlemen and the service guys are very helpful and pleasant. Having stayed for a few days with several problems and then room changes this seemed to be common as many other guests had the same issue and same broken promises. For a hotel with ample rooms it seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. Broken telephones broken lights , lack of facilities and 1 iron to use amongst the hundreds of rooms and you won't get one for 3 days and even then you only can use for 1 hr, constant trips to reception but all broken false promises. The good things about the place is it is value for money and you could see that once upon a time it was 5 star but now pushing 3 stars. The location is on Ibrahim al khalil St with plenty of food and shopping available nearby.

Alhamdulillah We arrived on the 24th July 2023 from Malaysia. The lady reception is really nice and polite. She makes the check in process really straight foward and fast for me and my father. May Allah ease her life. The breakfast is good. The hotel is around 10-12 minutes to Haram. Room is big and toilet is clean.Aircond is superb. Wifi also very fast. Im grateful to found this hotel even is not like the nearest or higher star to masjid.. Its still a good and clean room. Also theres a lot of shop/food along the way to hotel from masjid. So you wont be feel like walking far. InsyaAllah will come back.

To be honest when I read the reviews of this hotel I had a different image in my head. But my stay proved the reviews wrong. It was a lovely hotel. House keeping were 5 âï¸. Always helpful, gave everything i needed. Cleaned the room when I asked. Like I said housekeeping were just GREAT. The location of the hotel was in the BEST place. Everything in my convenience and the best thing was that it was just a 10min walk to haram shareef. I will give it 5/5

Terrible service and hotel management. Booked a 4 persons room, it was terrible as the beds were laid out in a very awkward position that left no other space in the hotel room, we barely had enough space to open our suitcases. The hotel management in general is poor, they don't clean the rooms properly. Everytime we ask for water bottles they either only give 2 or don't give any. We had a minor incident where we needed to check the CCTV footage for our floor, it took 3 days for us to finally get somewhere with this. Hotel manager is rude and walked off as we were speaking to him. The reception staff again is incompetent and does not seem to care about anything. The switches are really strange as the sockets are connected to the lights in the room, everytime u want to charge your phone etc u have to keep the light on which is really really strange. The only thing that was decent was the food. Breakfast and dinner items are always fresh and they change the dishes they make quite often . The tables are cleaned frequently and food gets replenished every time it finishes.

It was quite far from Haram, a good 15mins walk. Bathroom had mould and coffee area had sugar and dust all over. When we request to clean the room, everything was still there. Receptionist lady at the Restaurant upstairs on Thursday 23rd February 2023 during dinner time was so rude. She doesn’t have basic manners. I asked nicely if they can heat my kids food, instead of refusing nicely, she pointed me to the door in front of everyone. SO RUDE!

Absolutely awful..!! Worst hotel ever. Starting from reception service to room conditions, everything was way below standard. I can't believe they are rated as 5 star. Totally scammed!! Please don't waste your valuable money. Toilets are so dirty that we had to shift to another room but again no better! Overall, very very poor. Customer service was unacceptable. Also there is no WIFI connection only accessible in ground floor but no access in rooms, the food is quite acceptable Will never recommend this....

Room was not carpeted, sockets were not working or the socket was linked with the table lamp so you don't have option to keep your mobile on charge while you want to keep the table lamp off. Bathroom was not in good condition as most of the time water wasn't flowing out and was gathering in the Bathroom. Staff and services and parking facilities are nice

Good decent hotel. Stayed here with 4 kids in very busy December season. Their facilities are of 4-star Hotel. Room service was excellent guys were there every day offering to clean our room. Lifts are not too busy. The Guys in reception are not very helpful and can be better with their customer service attitude It's a 10-minute straight walk to harm. No uphill or downhill. So was comfortable for kids to walk. They have a separate floor for a restaurant which we didn't use. Floor for Parking and a floor for Prayer hall.

This is a very good hotel compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. It’s located in Ibrahim Al Khalil street, about 1 Km walk from the Haram (about 15-20 minutes walk depending on your speed). I have booked a quad room. It was spacious, clean and doesn’t smell. It had street view, from the 8th floor, beds and linen were clean, bathroom was well maintained and clean. The room is spacious enough for the needs, there is a kettle and facility to make coffee, and there is a small fridge. Electronic card keys work fine with no issues. There is a small wardrobe / hanger for clothes. The single beds and mattresses are comfortable. I would give this room / hotel an overall rating of 8/10. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was almost seamless with no issues. It did take few minutes longer to check in more than necessary, but compared to other hotels in the region and previous experiences, it was really good.

There is two hotel towers we were in tower A so I don't know about tower B. From the outside, lobby restaurant tower A was 4 star but the room was a little 3 star - no carpet and the bathroom was not as modern for 4 star rating. Also there was no WiFi connection in the room even though we were 4 floors up - only in the lobby could you get a better connection. Breakfast buffet was good.

The location is good, very close to the mosque. Elevators during rush hours are insane. We had to wait +5 mins sometimes for the elevator. The food is really good, its very home-like flavors. The restaurant design is a bit weird like circular so the flow of traffic and people cramp it up really fast. I think the bedding needs to be updated, its a bit too sunken in. I think the staff needs to be also reviewed, housekeeping members should be able to communicate in Arabic, because this is mostly what people speak easily as the demographic is very wide and also in the older generations.

This was my second stay at Al Muna Kareem Hotel and I honestly recommend it to everyone. The location is amazing, just a 1–2 minute walk to Gate 339, and it’s on a really peaceful side of the mosque, which makes it so much nicer than being in the busy areas. The rooms are a good size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and fresh every day. The staff are friendly and helpful too, which makes the stay even better. A relative of mines had also stayed here a week before and had lost her gold jewellery. I went and asked the duty manager about it, and they were able to give it back to me. I was told they keep items for a year if you forget or lose them in the room, which was really reassuring. Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want something close to the Haram, peaceful, and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Stayed in a Suite. Clean, Neat, Spacious and very Comfortable. Ambiance and aesthetic of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Under 2 minute walk to gate 339 of the Haram near ladies entrance. Close walk to restaurants and shopping amenities. All staff professional and hospitable. Breakfast Buffet had a large variety of fresh baked goods. Enjoyed the Live Omelet and Pancake Section.

Couple of minutes walk from gate 339, not far from ladies entrance. In a quiet part of the north east quadrant basically on the border of the first ring road. Currency exchange, other shops nearby. Hotel buffet is on level 2, food selection and temperatures ok. Hotel clean, bathrooms could do with a update. We booked two rooms via our agent, agent only gave us one reference number, despite giving the 2 x lead guest names, receptionists could not find the second room on their system which I found odd, I then had to get HCN numbers from agent to get both of our rooms despite both rooms being booked in my name and another family members name. Some language issues with receptionists as their English was limited. I was having date samples delivered and I asked the reception staff in english, have any date samples been delivered for room 109? Neither receptionist could understand what I was saying? They thought i wanted to book another date ! Lucky for us, there were Bangladeshi workers so I asked them in bengali and they said they put samples in our room. Hotel seemed clean otherwise, no pests were visible.

The hotel is just 5 mins walk to Masjid Nabawi Gate 339. The room is small and the bathroom is very small. The food at the Buffet has a lot of varieties and plenty. The F&B staff, including the Chefs were all friendly. I like the unique circular room structure, but the building is outdated and looks old structure so it cannot be rated as 5 star hotel it would be a 3 star hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying here just before Ramadan. GREAT location and easily accessible to everything. Rooms were clean and spacious and fridge was working! A great service by staff, Breakfast staff are amazing. The options for breakfast was amazing. Nice spacious restaurant. They also offer lunch and dinner which looked just as amazing. But didn’t realise until the end of our stay! But great food options for my young son also. Staff were very prompt and used the laundry service which was excellent for a small fee. Cleaning staff are amazing and helped empty bins when requested. It is a very well run hotel and would definitely stay there again with my family next time we come to Medina in sha Allah. Thank you for a great stay!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When I stepped onto the hotel room, it smelt of smoke, and you could tell the cleaners tried to cover it up with light spray. The smoke left over smells on all of the beds including pillows, even though there’s a sign on every door that has a no smoking sign. I have a family of 6, and we wanted enough for each, but instead 1 of the room has 3 beds, and the other has 2. Dust is left everywhere and there are prints of fingerprints and white stuff everywhere. Even worst than this, somethings you can’t even eat breakfast due to the amount of people and how sqaushed it is. The WiFi barely does anything even though in every room it says ‘enjoy free high speed internet.’ The only thing they actually care about is the look of the elevators, but they’re also really bad due to the smallness and how much people enter, with only 5 lifts available. I am very disappointed with this hotel, and the money was not worth any of it AT ALL.

Very good experience. When we arrived, couldn't find change anywhere for the taxi. When we asked the concierge Bilal he went asking local shops, when that failed he gave his own money and said to pay him back later in our stay. The receptionist were very helpful as were all the staff. The lifts are very well laid out which help make using them really quick without large queues. Taking into account the quality of most hotels in madinah. Muna Kareem was very laid out and designed really well. It was a 5 min walk to the ladies section and was very close to other amenities like the laundry services and shops. Would definitely recommend to others.

I’m someone who goes to top notch hotels such as Waldorf Astoria , Marriot Executive and even the Ritz! However this hotel came with a package going for Umrah , as it didn’t come with a choice and it was “5 stars†I had no issue. Little did I know , when I entered I thought that the reception was very small with weird blue lighting that makes it look like a fast food restaurant but that pales in comparison with the rooms and hotel service. Rooms had peeling paints with clashing colored walls that didn’t go together and bathrooms filled up with hair. Pillows (as you can see in the pic) are hard as if it had been stuffed with rocks , who is going to sleep on there?!? As I’m writing this review my neck is still hurting… Then we order room service for milk for my kid at 9:30… how can a bloody 5 star hotel tell you that they ran out of milk?!? On top of that they don’t have water at times and when you call them for the basic necessities such as shampoo or conditioner they come just three hours later WITH NOTHING IN THEIR HANDS!!! asking what I want despite me already saying it!! All staff members barely speak English and act so rude when you tell them you don’t speak it I would upload images but they don’t allow it P.S. the Wi-Fi sucks so make sure to buy a sim before entering or a mini Wi-Fi box

Very near to gate 339. Only 200 m/5 minutes to Nabawi mosque by foot. The bed was comfortable. The room is not too large. But that's fine since we spent most of our time in the mosque. The food was delicious. (-) the restaurant is small so we have to manage our time so we can get the table.

I had the best experience with this hotel eventhough for me, i think the room is smaller however the service is good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Those in the front desk were also helpful. The distance from Masjid Al Haram is not that far from gate 339. Overall it was a good experience.

The rooms were well furnished and equipped, but the level of cleanliness needs improvement . The receptionists were so sweet and helpful especially Ms. Amar. The location is perfectly close to the Masjed. Two problems though, the elevators numbervand speed and the breakfast restaurants, do not accommodate for the number of rooms/guests of the hotel.

A bit further away from Masjid Nabawi. Room is small and we can't even put 2 big luggages. Space is a bit tight. Toilet is not big but the bath tub makes it hard to climb for those with leg problem. Food is good. Menu change daily. Nice and clean hotel. A lot of shops outside of hotel.

We had a bad time the hotels rooms are very small when compared to the Online photos. Initially the staff were helpful but when we went to talk about the issues we had their attitude was completely different and didn't want to be helpful at all. When we asked to check out their response was come back tomorrow. They were not easily found.

I checked in the hotel for next four nights. Was worried after reading the comments of other previous guests of the hotel. Yes, the breakfast place is absolutely not meant to handle all the guests in this hotel. All floors have twenty rooms. The hotel Ground, Mezzanine and 14 floors over that. It has four basement floors as well. Yes, the elevators are slow and not according to large number of hotel guests. The hotel is otherwise comfortable, the staff is good. Room size and the facilities are good. It is not more than 3 minutes walk from the Masjid e Nabawi.

Masha Allah stayed 5 days with no issue. Clean good service. Good breakfast, good decor and very good easy walk to haram. Lifts are a bit slow but understandable when its busy. 3 of us had a decent room and enjoyed our stay in Medina. May Ally bless you. Ameen
Slow service, rude response Not five star breakfast No sleeper, no toothbrush No king bed size Put in mind the hotel service is 3stars Good thing is close to the haram

Very beautiful hotel helpful reception and porter service is good, but beds were all single and we were a couple so we asked the reception and they sorted it out happily, the AC was working fine had hot water and provided with shampoo and body wash etc the hotel was quite empty when we went on 8th August 2021 so the lifts were always available too, distance from muna kareem to haram entrance (gate 339) for ladies is very near like a 5 minute walk or less I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit madina al munawwarah.
A very good hotel in Al Madina Al Monowarh with a reasonable prices. It's location very nice.
Rooms are so small, even one cant open cupboard, no room sleepers, no iron, very congested cooridors, old bathrooms, old towels, highly non recommend
Well, a good place to stay. Its is normal and good for breakfast. The best thing at the hotel is the cleaning crew. Don't expect to have a parking lot open because they only have 27 spaces and it's always full and the car parking security is not friendly at all.
Great location close to Haram, There is no enough parking space, It needs upgrading on many criteria.. Hope the management will take that on their consideration.

Big rooms, comfy beds, great and quick service. 5 minutes walk to Harm. The only concern is the hotel parking design; one way in and out. As a control on visitors, there must be a smoke detection as we have smelled shisha and cigarettes around the room we are in.
Very nice. Reception staff very good.
overall good. Some of the receptionist are not cooperative. card keys got disconnected every day and i need to reactivate. Parking is very narrow and one entrance and exit.

Brother sharif made my family's umrah so easy and straightforward. From the time of booking to when we got back to England, he was available to us for any questions or guidance we needed. He organised everything and we only had to turn up and focus on our ibadah. He was especially helpful with organising wheelchair support for my mum. The hotels he booked where very close to the harams and were both nice with good facilities. He always gave us any information we would find useful whenever necessary. I would definitely recommend booking with him.

Alhamdulillah myself and my wife travelled to Hajj 2019 with Al Sharif tours and truly we received above and beyond services. We also received a free upgrade in Madinah which was very kind of them. Sharif and his sons are very welcoming and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with how they treated us. May Allah bless them all. The price is very reasonable and fair after shopping around we received an affordable and quality service.

Have just finished a 23 day Hajj tour with Al Sharif. I am so pleased we choose the right company to manage our Hajj. The level of service is excellent. Sharif himself is available at all times to attend to your queries and resolve any issues. His son Mohammed is well versed in Islamic knowledge and his guidance throughout the experience has been faultless. From the very first time we met Sharif he explained the process in detail and told us what to expect. The seminar which we attended is a must if you decide in the future to go for Hajj. It gives a detailed appraisal of what to expect. Our 5 star hotel (Swissotel) In Mecca was only 5 mins walk to the king Abdul Aziz Gate. Food was excellent and rooms were clean. Remember when you go to Azzizia the hotels are not 5 star but very clean and we had food served three times with unlimited access to drinks. Al Sharif have access to a number of group leaders who were excellent in managing the process. Hajj involves a lot of patience because a lot of the travelling is strictly controlled by the ministry of Hajj. Despite this Al Sharif managed to get us all the necessary coaches to and fro from the important venues. We all had one WhatsApp group chat so it was easy to communicate with each other. If you are thinking of planning a Hajj or Umrah tour then I would seriously consider Al Sharif as top of the list. The level of services is so personal it's almost like we were family. Thanks Sharif and ustaad abutaymiah for giving us a memorable Hajj. Hope to inshallah travel with you again in the future.

Al-Sharriff Tour very nice services trust worthy company provide an amazing service overall, they went above and beyond what was expected and all promises were met. Mr Sharriff and His son Muhammad group leaders made sure that all queries were explained to my satisfaction. The Hajji's were informed and updated regarding the day's activities through whatsapp giving you a sense of reassurance and also allowed independence should you want to go ahead and do things Independently. I'd definitely recommend Al-Shariff to anyone wanting to go for Hajj or Umrah. Allah reward them for all their time and effort ameen.

Quick Verdict Al Sharif Tours is a UK-based Hajj and Umrah operator with IATA, ATOL credentials. Their regulatory accreditations are a positive sign, but limited publicly visible customer reviews make it harder to assess day-to-day service quality. A solid choice… Read full review →
