They are fraudulent and make fake promises such as promising to give you the umrah visa but instead give the tourism visa. They give you the cheaper visa which is the tourism visa which does not cover medical help while on umrah. Typical south asians have many issues ie diabetes, high blood pressure who rely on umrah visa to be covered medically as they can not get travel insurance. To save £100 to get a umrah visa, they are putting people at risk. They place you in a cheaper hotel which will be 3 star or lower when you have payed for a 5 star hotel. Also under the tourism visa, you are not able to access certain areas e.g. jannat ul riyaz. Haji Riasat from Halifax which was my families agent, he promised my family 5 star hotels but booked them into a 1 star hotel while also charging for a 5 star hotel, also he stayed in a 5 star hotel himself while my family stayed in a cheap, dirty hotel when they payed for a 5 star hotel. this is a picture of haji riasat

My Hajj experience was truly spiritual and meaningful. I want to sincerely thank Hafiz Mohammad Riaz for his knowledge and guidance throughout the journey—he made things clear and helped us feel at ease. He's a real asset to the Sky Fly team. Brother Haleem and Brother Shahid were also excellent. They kept us well-informed and were always there when needed during the entire 17 days.
