I would like to say special thanks to brother Adil for his services. Myself, my wife and 2 children booked a 10 day package for Umrah between 5th August and returning on the 16th August. He was very patient in organising the visa for my wife who needed an Umrah visa. Also 5 days in Makkah- Transfer from Jeddah airport was great- nice friendly driver.Emaar Grand. Arrived for 9am, and checked in 1pm. Decent hotel with some little flows, i.e water coming out of the shower, and slightly old carpets. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly, including housekeeping. Walk to haram was about 15 minutes, felt that was a little bit further as we would have liked it. Madinah- Emaar Royal- very clean. Staff friendly. Short walk to gate 339/338-ladies entrance. Shops and eating places nearby. Also rawdhah accessible within 10 minutes from the ladies side. Transfer to Jeddah Airport. The driver arrived early 8:30pm and we left for 9pm. He drove excessively fast, despite me telling him to slow down and my wife and children feeling sick. Arrived at the airport at 12:30am for a 7:50 am flight. I was not happy and told him. I have also made a complaint against the driver,and brother Adil is looking into this. Flights I booked myself along with 1 transfer between Makkah and Madinah by train. That was superb. Overall brother Adil was supportive and kept in touch with any issues we had, and definately recommend to other pilgrims. Jzk Khair Imran

Excellent and very Efficient service. I applied Umrah visas for my family and within 24 hours visas arrived. Exceptional Customer Service, Quick and helpful responses to inquiries and requests were given. A massive thank you to Zubair Rasool brother who has been very Professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and efficient. Communication was clear and efficient.I highly appreciate that the process was smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. I have to give my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to brother Adil Hussain who supported my family throughout our Umrah trip. From the very start, prior to leaving the UK, brother Adil was very informative, communicating very clearly to us the transport arrangements arranged for us, the meet-up points and his contact details should there be any issues. Throughout our stay, he checked up on us regularly to make sure we had no issues. Upon experiencing an issue where the Saudi authorities decided visitors need to leave Makkah immediately, a very stressful time for us, brother Adil worked effortlessly to ensure appropriate transport arrangements were made for us so we could leave as required. Alhamdulillah, I have completed my first umrah journey through Labbaik Hajj and Umrah group with my family. Brother Usman helped us throughout our umrah journey. It was an amazing experience for all of us. Jazak Allahu khair brother Usman.
