Hi everyone ! I come back from umrah alhumdulliah went through "Qaba tour" it was so amazing journey with this company everything was as it is as i expected like quick visa, direct flight,Good hotel bookings,And especially the transport services really amazed me comfy everytime availability and very friendly.i strongly recommend all of my brothers and sisters who are planing to go for umrah or haj must go through this company you will be amazed inshallah, especially the company coordinator "Abdullah" helped me a lot regarding any issues with 24/7 available service.must try any trip with them "QABA TOUR".
I have been using this company for around 6 year's now, I use them atleast a couple time's in a year, for ticket's visa's and for general travel advice, there service is outstanding. What ever I need is provided the same day, they are very professional and responsive I would recommend them for your one stop travel all in one. 10/10 service keep up the hard work and friendly professional service.
Dawood was extremely helpful from start to finish with Umrah visa and arrg. He was professional, patient, and transport. quick to respond to any questions or changes. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident knowing everything was well taken care of. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone planning their travels.
I would like to say I have had a bad experience with this travel agency still waiting for a manager to call no call been 2 weeks since I have been back. the trip was booked and was said the hotels and taxi included each hotel we went to had to wait 3 to 4 hours first hotel was not nice rooms were in a bad condition. I then was with my small child and wife outside the hotel waiting no booking confirmation ref number were not sent so while i was in Saudi had to keep calling the agency no answer. The sales agent said he done me a good deal when the other firm was charging £200 more that I should of paid with breakfast and better hotels, the taxi on one ride took us to the wrong hotel and the booking was wrong and the communication from agent to taxi firm was poor. Best to stay away from this firm pay a little more they don’t even have the courtesy to get a manager to call me and I have sent messages on wtapp he did not want to give me manager name so I can complain as was my first trip to Saudi to perform Umrah was really disappointing in Saudi was beautiful Allah home but the agency not good 1 star I would give zero if I can.
