About Al-Arafah Hajj Services Ltd

Quick Verdict
Al-Arafah Hajj Services is a UK-based Hajj and Umrah operator with Saudi Ministry of Hajj permit, ATOL credentials. Their regulatory accreditations are a positive sign, but limited publicly visible customer reviews make it harder to assess day-to-day service quality. A solid choice for pilgrims who prioritise financial protection.

Booked with Qari Wafi and Jibraan just after Ramadhan this year after a recommendation through some brothers in Wolverhampton. Went with my mother and sister. They are some of the nicest people you could go with. They really looked after us and explained everything that we would need. To be honest even all the people in our group were Mashallah really chilled and friendly. Any Issues (even though minor) that did occur were dealt with a smile on the group leaders faces. They have plenty of patience. During Ziyarats and throughout the journey they would explain in Urdu/English depending on who they were talking to which helped a lot with us. Everything was explained and with Qari Wafi knowledge & Experience any questions and concerns were answered. The food setup was great, never had any stomach issues and zamzam was given with all meals and even provided in the coolers throughout the hotel in Makkah. Would recommend them highly.
