I went by myself during end of January and it was an amazing trip thanks to Ibrahim from etihad travels ! He helped sort me the best price possible for hotels close to the haram. when I arrived at Saudi the driver wasn’t there to pick me up for transfer when I messaged Ibrahim he quickly sorted it in 5 mins and had another driver there. Would recommend for sure.

His manner was very professional, honest, and reassuring, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the booking. Alhamdulillah, the entire Umrah trip was extremely well organised. Brother Yassir arranged all hotels, transportation, and tour schedules. When we arrived, the driver was already waiting for us with no delays. The local partner company in Saudi Arabia, Makkah Tours, had excellent communication with the London office. Even though we were very busy in Madinah and Makkah, everything was arranged perfectly without us having to chase anyone. The hotel in Makkah, Vocco Makkah, was about a 30-minute walk from the Haram, but there was a shuttle bus every 10 minutes which made it very convenient. Overall, choosing 7 Continents Travel Ltd — especially working with brother Yassir — was one of the best decisions we made. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and our Umrah was a truly beautiful and stress-free experience with no difficulties at all. 7 Continents Travel arranged Umrah for myself and my parents, and as this was my first time performing Umrah, the entire experience was made easy and comfortable. Brother Adnan from 7 Continents was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He efficiently managed all arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and transfers, and remained professional and supportive from the beginning until our return, Alhamdulillah. As requested, Brother Adnan arranged accommodation at Al-Ebaa 4-star Hotel in Makkah, which was approximately a 6–10 minute walk from Masjid al-Haram, and Al-Ansar Golden Tulip 4-star Hotel in Madinah, located about a 5-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi. Both hotels provided excellent service and were ideally located close to the holy mosques. The transfer services arranged by the company were also highly efficient and well organised. We were contacted in advance and provided with clear details regarding the vehicle and the driver responsible for our transfers. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. I would highly recommend 7 Continents Travel to anyone planning Umrah, as they are reliable and maintain excellent communication.
