We had a very good experience of staying here, not just because of its ideal location, but the services, housekeeping, professional staff. The breakfast buffets each day was extraordinary! WiFi was pretty solid. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the room throughly. It's a massive hotel and it's a good idea to stay here for Umraah.

I stayed at the Anjum Hotel for 7 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Muhammad Aala was an excellent chef who made my omelette perfectly every morning and even remembered my order each day. That personal touch really meant a lot. Room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Jamal Rahman on the 21st floor, he is a very hardworking young man and provided wonderful service. The hotel itself is good, comfortable, and well managed, though it is a bit far from Door 79 of Masjid al-Haram. Overall, it was a good stay.

Honest review I can say it's over my expectations. Pros: All rooms have good view. Cooperative room service Food quality is good and high material. The entire masjid is great for me because of my baby. Very near to haram but far from umra Cons: 500 sar insurance is little bit strange Room carpets need to be washed. Late check in. It was 5 PM

The stay from check-in was great and very helpful. They welcomed us warmly, took all our bags from taxi to carrier, placed them in our room, and arranged room exactly as we requested. The cleaning service is very polite and available 24/7. They clean even if you give them only five minutes while you’re in a rush they are always ready to help and make sure the room stays clean. I got ill during my stay and requested lemon with salt, and it always arrived within seconds. Ibrahem (Abu Amal), Chief of Staff, showed great hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, he always seek feedback to ensure services are top notch , and that is highly appreciated and rarely found, he must be definitely a valuable staff member. The room had a great view of Masjid Alharam, and the breakfast had everything fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend.

i am staying at the anjum hotel for 5 days today is my fourth day and before i even end my trip i can Wholeheartedly say it is the best And most convenient hotel to stay at The location is In an amazing place, meaning the views from the window are beautiful Walking to the kaaba To perform Umrah Is so fast and convenient, especially After performing when you’re tired and all you want to do is go back to your hotel. The rooms are beautifully set up beds are made every single day without fail. The hotel provides water tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, razors, anything you may need Including an iron, a hairdryer and towels they even have a safe to put valuables in. The cleaners are Mostly Bengali and are extremely respectful They won’t touch a single item that Belongs to you, which I find very important. I even left a shopping bag full of rubbish and they didn’t take it just in case it was something that belonged to me. They have a lot of respect For visitors. And have helped us out a lot, They regularly topped up our Waters etc. And I just think they make the whole Umrah process so much smoother. The hotels have many lifts, although the lifts are busy it gets the job done They have communal seating areas And shops on the bottom floor in case you need anything. The entire hotel is spotless Which is constantly cleaned throughout the day it is beautifully decorated And definitely worth the money. We had booked the hotel with a breakfast buffet that was also good. It had a quick sign in system and you was free to eat whatever you wanted. The waiters are also respectful helping whenever they can. The Food is generally good there’s a huge variety Which is good for kids and picky eaters. Hotel staff are also very Respectful who ever is reading I hope this review Helps you choose anjum hotel Because it truly is the best from my experience

Had a wonderful stay at Anjum Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Hotel mosque, lobby and outdoor sitting area were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay. Can't wait to come back!" Would you like me to customize it further? Special thanks to housekeeping supervisor #Saleh #Ibrahim who are very supportive, I was lost in B1 floor looking for a way to go haram.

Overall stay was good with anjum hotel makkah but I'd like to highlight that bellman service was poor, upon arrival no one was available to unloaded my stuff from car & I have to managed my self. Front office staffs were not proffesional in handling guest c/i and c/o, took me more than 25 minutes in queue than I left and cancelling my extra bed request. I special thanks to HK staff mr ismail as he so helpful, polite and proffesional during my 5 nights stay along with kids.

Alhamdulillah my family and I had they opportunity to make umrah last week. We stayed in Anjum Hotel. Overall the experience has been wonderful. The hotel is of close proximity to the Haram. We booked a quad room and it was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was luxurious. The only thing I wish the hotel would consider is to have shopping next to it. Because we had to go all the way to Clock Tower and Safwah Tower to shop for souvenirs and food.

Good experience at anjum. The service is great, Housekeeping MD Taskin room 1121 there's a café with many options to eat from. The workers are also wonderful. One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. Overall, wonderful experience and would recommend staying at. Thank you Mr.Ajaz from Super eagle travel from Baltimore Maryland for recommending this hotel for us.

Our stay at Anjum Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were immaculate – a solid 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort, and design. The services provided were outstanding – another 10/10, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The location gets an 8/10, as it’s slightly set back compared to some hotels, but still very conveniently located for easy access to the Haram. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. El Sayed Abd El Samad, the Restaurants Manager, who truly made our experience memorable. His hospitality, attentiveness, and warm demeanor were simply superb. We felt truly cared for. We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Aman and Imran from Rajhistan, whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team at Anjum Hotel for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning – again and

Everything was good except for food. This is the 1st 5 star hotel which has so much discrimination for food. Has separate sections for food for international, Arabic, and for Pakistani/Indian food. They dont allow to eat in other sections. And the Pakistani food is so spicy with same sort of food everyday. I had full board meal plan and literally got sour throat in just 3 days. The booking was for 8 days. Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel with food plan. Worst food discrimination and same spicy food everyday. No other 5 star hotel discriminates food this way, and dictate their guests to eat only in specific food section only.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best thing ever, genuinely— you can tell everything is made with care. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the haram! I definitely recommend booking your stay here. Before I forget— the pistachio donuts/buns from the breakfast buffet are the best things I have ever eaten in my life. I wish to get them shipped to me and have an endless supply of them. So so delicious 😭 miss them a lot

The housekeeping cleaning service was excellent and staffs are very polite, professional and available to provide services when is needed. Especially Shujon, Riyadul, Mashud and his supervisor Mr Kazi are very caring individuals. Our room no: 270. Bed was very comfortable, however, the pillows are different to my needs as I uses feather pillow. I have inform Mr Kazi to address this issue and his is very prompt to meet my essential needs. I am ve ry happy as I have used the Anjum hotel services previously. Many thanks Muhammad Mustaq Ahmed

It has been a smooth experience with Anjum hotel. For me it’s the first time however my brother are regulars during the last 10 days of holy month Ramadan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ma’amon, Mukhtar and their supervisor Kazi. They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly. Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit.

Excellent hotel. Very clean spacious room. Impressive view. Shower rooms are very clean, good water pressure and shower doesn't leak outside of the shower. AC worked well. Housekeeping visit every day if selected, and remake the room tona very high standard. I only opted for breakfast, and it's probably the best breakfast options I've had. The hotel has excellent customer service throughout from the moment you arrive until check out. Highly recommended.

Great 5star hotel had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are cleaned daily beds are comfortable and cosy. Free complimentary tea water etc. Free complimentary toiletries bathrobe slippers etc. Air conditioning is always freezing so no complaints there. Building is big and can get a bit confusing as so many elevators. But overall experience is very good.
Location very near to Haram. Nice, comfy beds. Scrumptious breakfast. Beautiful open space, seating area between the two towers. Value for money

Great hotel with few mins walk to mosque, breakfast was really good variety, staff were more than helpful. Provided wheelchair service for elderly at no extra cost. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. Room were nice ans clean, however I down point of cleaning room were late. Restaurant food good however its ages for a beef burger or chicken burger. Always a 45 min wait. Other than that all was great.

Wonderful hotel. The management and staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. The food was delicious and they had a variety in place that caters for different tastes and likings. Very well managed and organized that we were impressed with the number of people staying there and how it was going very smoothly. It was also clean and close to the Haram. There is also an extension of the Haram under construction that is almost adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again.

Sorry, I am reversing my review from 4star to 1star. The stay was good, but after 2 days of I checked out they automatically deduct money from my bank account. And I have no idea why. So they took the reservation amount twice without my permission. and still I am unable to take my money back.

The hotel is very nice. More than these five star ratings The pinnacle of sophistication, cleanliness and distinguished service. The food is very varied. And very close to the Grand Mosque. There is an escalator from the hotel that will take you directly to Al-Haram Street. We spent an irreplaceable time. And the year, God willing, I will go back to it again. Because I can't find a better one. at its price segment. There is no significant difference between it and the hotels in the courtyard of the Haram, even in the matter of distance. It does not exceed a minute's walk with the huge price difference between them

I am writing this review while I am at the hotel right now location is near the haram but you will walk a little bit to reach it as the doors are nearly 1 km away walking may be more but it may be the worst food I have had in any hotel I stayed in before. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure

Must consider review before booking This is the worst 5 star hotel I have been too. Too small unclean rooms. The receptionists don't know how to talk to guests. If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. Completely rubbish experience overall. I had my old parents with me. It was painful experience for them considering their health. Money down the drain.

Despite a busy reception and last minute online booking. They have managed to prepare the room quickly on short notice with great support from the receptionist. Great customer experience

They also have maintained the rooms in very good shape after years ..they offer free car parking Their only problem is being quite distant from Haram in compsrison to 5 star hotels with similar prices

I wish there was a zero or negative rating. Check-in time is at 4, we arrived a bit early maybe we can check-in yet had to wait. At 4 the room was still not ready and staff working in the room. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!!

It's okay, but the staff cannot handle the volume of people they are not organized. The lifts also can't handle the volume of people. Also they did not ask to check my Tawakalna 😮â€ðŸ’¨ There was too much noise on the floor that I was on. With regards to cleanliness and food I would give it a 3. Will not be booking here again. It's only good because it's close to the Haram. This hotel is not up to 5 star standard.

Unforgettable stay in Medina! Our stay at Bosphorus Hotel Waqf Safi in Medina was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Everything was perfectly arranged and the level of comfort was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to fully relax. The location is simply perfect: only a three-minute walk to Masjid an-Nabawi, and the mosque is literally right in front of the hotel. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better location! It is such a blessing to stay so close, especially for prayers. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a beautiful direct view of Masjid an-Nabawi. Waking up every day to such a stunning sight made our stay even more special. The food was absolutely excellent: super delicious, varied, and always fresh. There was a wide selection, and everything was prepared with great care and quality. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted. They were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. In short: we 100% recommend Bosphorus Hotel Waqf Safi to anyone visiting Medina. A stay we will never forget — we will definitely return, in shaa Allah!

Wonderful stay! Le Bosphorus Waqalsafi Hotel in Madinah truly deserves a 10+++ rating. Excellent hotel with outstanding service, especially from the bellboy Sanallah. From arrival to departure, he took great care of my luggage with kindness and professionalism. Due to heavy traffic, my Uber couldn’t reach the hotel entrance, and Sanallah kindly helped carry my luggage several meters to reach the car and avoid the traffic. Truly extraordinary service. I hope the management appreciates his dedication. May God bless him and the hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Le Bosphorus Waqf Al Safi Hotel in Dec 2025 for 9 nights with our family including two teenagers, and I can confidently say this will be our hotel of choice going forward whenever we return to Madinah Sharif. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Check in was 100 percent smooth and the staff welcomed us warmly. Throughout our stay, every single staff member was friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful. Most of the service staff are from Bangladesh and they are genuinely hardworking, polite, and attentive. It is honestly difficult not to tip them because of the level of service they provide. The room was outstanding. Cleanliness, room size, bed comfort, and overall quality were all a solid 10 out of 10. The bathroom amenities felt like a five star hotel, and everything was provided including air conditioning, TV, tea and coffee, safe, fridge, prayer mat, and Quran. Wi Fi was excellent throughout the stay. Our room faced the back towards Novotel, and while we would have loved a Haram view, the comfort and quality of the room more than made up for it. Public areas and lounges were spotless, and the hotel is very well maintained. There are two sets of elevators which worked well even during busy salaah times. Parking is available on B1 and B2 which is a big plus. The hotel can get busy around prayer times, but that is expected for any hotel this close to Masjidun Nabawi. Location is excellent. It is about a 5 minute walk to Masjidun Nabawi via King Saud Gate. The hotel is easy to find and is close to the new Novotel and the hospital currently being built. There are plenty of nearby food options, shops, and laundries, making it extremely convenient for families. Value for money is exceptional. This hotel is rated lower on Google than it deserves. In my opinion, this is a five star quality hotel in every sense. I have stayed at several five star hotels in Madinah before, and this hotel matches them in comfort, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah Sharif. May Allah reward the staff and management for their excellent service.

We having an absolutely wonderful family stay at Waqf Al Safi Hotel during our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness, making us feel completely at home after our long journey. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for families. The attention to cleanliness and care in every detail really stood out. Everything about our stay feels more like a 5-star experiencethan a 3-star one. The hospitality, service, and comfort were exceptional. We’re truly grateful for such a pleasant experience and highly recommend Waqf Al Safi Hotel to anyone visiting — especially families or pilgrims looking for peace, comfort, and kindness. 🌟 Great service, the staff assit where needed, via the phone or the messing service. We still enjoying it and in honest opinion simply world class service. Great with children, groups, couples ..

Best place to stay in Madinah, close to Haram Nabawi, (near gate 322, women section) The service is excellent. Hotel concierge staff will lift your suitcase from the moment you get off the car or bus and bring it to your room even you're in group, not like othe 3 star hotel in Madinah. All staffs are very friendly, from receptionist to restaurant attendees. The whole hotel, especially the room are very clean, the would clean up the room everyday as per request. The buffet for breakfast and dinner are all delicious, with wide selections of salad, main course, pastry to desserts. Mostly Mediterranean menu.

I stayed at Waqf Safi Bosphorus Hotel for seven nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel's location — just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi — made everything even more special. What impressed me the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff; they were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and exceeded all my expectations. When I visit Madinah again, this will definitely be my first choice. Thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality!

Exceptional Experience — Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this hotel. The location is great — just a short, easy walk to Masjid An-Nabawi, making it perfect for daily prayers. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of food options and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully updated and extremely clean, with a luxurious feel in every detail. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and welcoming, adding to the overall sense of peace during our stay. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. We left with beautiful memories and would return here without hesitation. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Madinah!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to relax without feeling cramped. One of the small but thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the bed light – it created a cozy atmosphere, perfect for winding down in the evening. But the real highlight was the view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, just looking out the window was a treat. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and scenic place to stay.

If you're looking for a hotel that balances affordability with comfort, this is a great choice. The rooms were impressively clean, reflecting the care and attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. It's always a relief to step into a space that feels fresh and well-maintained. The location was another strong point—convenient and accessible Overall, the combination of good value, cleanliness, and a great location makes this hotel a solid option

This hotel was not good at all. Service was super slow, upon check in the receptionist was busy chatting away while customers are waiting. Had to call room service many times for water bottle and toilet roll as they said they would bring it up but they didn't. Once house keeping did come over they did a nice job in the room. Breakfast is super limited and tasted not great and we had a tummy bug right after. So they wouldn't refund us the breakfast and we couldn't eat that for the rest of our stay. I was so ready to cut my loses and book another hotel but we were only staying her for 4 nights so sabr was key here. The last day not a single house keeping came to take the bags down I had 3 large suitcase and 2 small ones... then before we go out the door a lobby guy helped us put the luggage in the car. Will ever come here again, never. The pictures are lies. The shower and toilet is not the same as shown in the pic and we had the executive room. Overall room layout wasn't bad but facilities were the worst I've seen. When showering the water goes into the whole bathroom. Toilet is a old style where the water rises. A lesson learned with this hotel. P.s it's 25mins walk to the rawda area gate 37

For the price, one can stay so close to the Masjid that it's worth it . Overall, it is clean and efficient. But rooms are below average for this kind of hotel. Due to traffic and the kind of customers they have , I can understand. I still recommend it.

I initially paid 50% for my reservation after being notified via text message; due to construction/renovation that it had been moved to a different branch. Upon checking in, I made the remaining payment, only to discover that my reservation had been moved again. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a better room. However I was moved to their location that had going contraction of my talking metal sheets right accross from the hotel. There was content noice for a period of 5 days. I later requested an extension of my stay from March 8th-17th to April 1st, specifically mentioning that I wanted to be present for Eid. Before making the payment, I confirmed that my average daily rate would remain the same and that my checkout date would be honored. However, upon reviewing my payment, I discovered that I had paid almost 2000 SAR, Eid was not included in my stay, and my checkout date was incorrectly set for March 31st. Extremely disappointed in their service, the response time and the way they communicate things. No matter how many times you ask them for a manager, they can never reach a manager. The manager is never available in this hotel actually the managers don’t even respond back to any request that you make one of the worst management team ever. Despite bringing this to their attention three days ago, the issue remains unresolved. I have left multiple messages however I would appreciate if somebody can look into this and resolve it .

It’s a simple hotel , clean and staff are nice. Room: We were upgraded to the executive floor by the receptionist , we asked for a room with a view and she did. Room is very spacious with a nice view. It was clean tidy. Food : Very clean , different types of dishes As soon as the dish is empty , they quickly refill it. I wish they had more fresh fruits cut up but overall I am very satisfied. If you ask for anything, they deliver it quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel since the female prayer area is right in front of the hotel. I hope the hotel would keep up their level of cleanliness and hygiene. And focus on that more.

The hotel was very clean, always smelled nice. Check in was very smooth. The location to Al Haram was excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is the room service. We had to ask several times for them to come and clean the room. Maybe if we would have complained it would have been done straight away but given the place we were in we did not feel like complaining. Also the lifts were quite slow during prayer times.

It was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The 4 bedded room was beautiful with its own closet room and the amenities were more than sufficient. The buffet breakfast was amazing and they had someone cook omlette to your liking in front of you. I think next time I will book with them directly without any third parties.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night only and we had a very rich experience for the hospitality and service from the staff. Rooms had 10/10 cleaning, comfortable beds, very cool AC, and fast internet. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of continental food varieties, juices, and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay in this Turkish styled hotel.

You can forget about it

I stayed here for around 2 nights. The service from the two helper staff downstairs was excellent and they were very very helpful. The room was ok and hygiene was kept to high standards. And the location was excellent. There wasn’t enough variety in the breakfast buffet and the food warmth wasn’t also kept to high standards. The service from the reception staff was not pleasant as our shower head in the room wasn’t working and after telling them twice the problem still wasn’t resolved. So we unfortunately had one day we’re we couldn’t shower properly which is very disappointing. Other than that the stay was decent. Hence why the three stars.

Excellent location. Very close to Haram. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet was fresh and delicious. This hotel has an amazing staff. Front desk, servers, porters, everyone was nice, helpful and welcoming. I requested a delayed check-out and I was able to do so without any hiccups and very little fee.

Excellent stay and managed to get early check in at 1pm. Not to far from ladies entrance gate 13 / 322 of the Great Mosque. Not too crowded area. Good room with coffee tea and expresso machine. Breakfast suitable for the Turkic people - that us why the name is Le Bosphorus I think.

Only good thing is the location otherwise the hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom is very worse the commode is filled with water and the shower water comes out to the whole bathroom. Water pressure is very low and the rooms is too cold. Even if you turn off the AC I believe they have a central cooling system. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking forward for a comfortable stay.

Lifts not working, we had to come down from 10th floor using stairs along with luggage. Even some old people had to come down using stairs. Even didn't fix the stairs issue despite informing the reception staff. One of my friends room AC was not functional, hotel staff took one hour but couldn't fix the AC, so gave another room on another floor. No water bottles in the room. Cleaners and room servants least bothered. Don't care about guests services.

Very fast check in and check out process. I thank to the reception staff, she gave me room with Haram view (just ask for it). Walking distance from hotel to Masjid Nabawi gate is around 300 meters Room is good and clean but not wide enough, elevator access also good Food at the restaurant also good (dinner 150 riyal for 2 persons) Parking slot is limited (paid), for free park just opposite the hotel (park with your own risk)

Numayar brother made the journey easy and accommodated me from my initial enquiry, making the whole experience from initial call to flying out extremely straight forward. I even shared a room with him! Fantastic direct flights, great accommodation and location. I have wanted to see Al Aqsa my whole life, Allhumdulilah this trip was a dream come true. Great itinerary and guides, changed plans when needed we were lucky enough to experience West Bank normal life. Don't hesitate to book, Numayar will look after you guaranteed.

We travelled to Palestine with Zaarvel during Easter…. I cannot fault the experience! Alhumdulillah it was not our first time so we decided to spend more time in the haram and Skip some of the ziyaarah’s, the brother was so flexible and accommodating…. Always at hand if ever needed him for anything! Before we left i found his vids on the little things like plugs amd sockets and money exchange tips really handy! These are details that are small yet significant so he covered it all for us just so that we dont forget! Once there, he provided us with trusted places to shop, exchange money etc and some other visits we did too that were humbling!! You cannot get this when travelling alone! Brother went out of his way to make the stay as comfrtble as possible not just for adults but the kids too! And the trolley for the luggage at the end of to the trip was icing on the cake! Jzk for an unforgettable experience… i am already planning my next trip! ❤️

This was my first time travelling to Al Aqsa and with Zaarvel, I have been to many destinations and this was by far one of the best trips. From the very beginning brother Numayar looked after us and stayed with us until we got through the checkpoints at Tel Aviv. We were understandably very nervous but we soon realised we really had nothing to worry about. Everything was organsied perfectly from the transport to hotel to the very educational tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and have already recommended to others. We would definitely travel with Zaarvel again.

Zaarvel Team had made this a memorable experience for me and my family. In our group there were between 50/55 people from London, Leicester, Manchester, Dubai, etc. Before we travel, Zaarvel make it clear what is needed and essentials for trip. We have video conference for any questions that you may have, very in depth. This is my 2nd time at Al Aqsa and can't get enough. What amazing trip, very well organised and packed everyday with things to do. Day 1, walking around Al Aqsa Compound and learning the history by experienced tour guild. Day 2 visiting locals or doing walking tour outside the compound. Day 3 coach trip from 8am to 9pm, visiting famous Ibrahim Mosjid and Musa Mosjid, Banksy Museum, Jericho, Mount of Olives, etc. Day 4 Jummah and shopping, Day 5 return. Action packed. When visiting Al Aqsa alot of Sabr patience is needed. At airport any foreigner they will keep few hours and may question what your visit is about. Insha'Allah I will be going again and again.

Visiting Al-Aqsa was honestly one of the most emotional and spiritual things I’ve ever experienced. From praying in the blessed compound to the amazing excursions organised by Zaarvel, every part of the trip reminded me how powerful and deep our history is as Muslims. The itinerary was so well thought out — I loved how the guides mixed in historical facts with spiritual lessons, whether we were at the Mount of Olives, Masjid Umar, or visiting the tombs of the Prophets. Praying in those places was something else… it really hit the heart. Alhamdulillah, my group was also amazing — supportive, kind, and filled with beautiful souls that made the journey even more special. This trip wasn’t just sightseeing — it was healing. I left with a heart that honestly just wants to return again, inshaAllah. May Allah let us all visit Masjid Al-Aqsa, protect its people, and keep our hearts connected to it. Ameen.

I recently had the honour of going on a Zaarvel tour to Palestine and honestly, it was one of the most eye opening and emotional experiences of my life. From the moment we landed to the moment we left, everything was organised with so much care and thought. The whole trip ran smoothly, the tour guides were brilliant, and you could tell they were genuinely passionate about sharing the truth and history of Palestine. This trip really changed me. Before coming, I never took the boycott seriously. I’d hear about it now and then, but I would just brush it off thinking it doesn’t really matter. But after seeing the reality with my own eyes, even just the small day to day struggles the Palestinians go through, I realised how important it actually is. What we saw was only a tiny part of what they deal with every single day. It broke my heart and it opened my eyes. From now on, In Sha Allah, I will do my part and take the boycott seriously. What Zaarvel offered was more than just a tour. It was a journey that touched the heart and soul. Every stop, every moment, felt like it had real purpose. It was clear that the team behind this trip put in a lot of effort and that they truly care about the cause. I’m honestly so grateful I got the chance to be part of it. This wasn’t just about seeing places. It was about learning, reflecting and understanding the deeper truth. I would 100 percent recommend Zaarvel to anyone who wants a real, honest and powerful experience in Palestine. May Allah SWT reward the whole team for everything they’ve done.

Blessed to have had the opportunity to visit the Holy Land with Zaarvel! Amazing trip with a well organised tour operator who is experienced with this destination. Excellent communication and guidance pre and during the tour by Numayar who made the whole journey seamless. Zaarvel arranged excellent local guides from Jerusalem and their knowledge was outstanding providing great depth to the tours. Everyone should try to visit Palestine if they have the opportunity and show solidarity and support to the people of Al Quds. Zaarvel is highly recommended to anyone wishing to embark on this amazing cultural and spiritual journey!

I’ve been on group tours but going with Zaarvel was a cut above the rest for sure! From the booking process to returning from the Al Aqsa trip, the service was undeniable. They were swift in all responses and queries and put any worries to bed. The entire time we were treated like guests with all our needs catered to. Even if something was not on the itinerary but we were interested to go there or do something, it was arranged for the ones who wanted to go. Zaarvel team knew everyone on the ground and are well connected on the other side so you feel completely at ease knowing you’re in safe hands. We were treated like guests, friends and family. Through their genuineness and sincerity, they created an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. Thanks and best wishes for a successful future!
