We had a very good experience of staying here, not just because of its ideal location, but the services, housekeeping, professional staff. The breakfast buffets each day was extraordinary! WiFi was pretty solid. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the room throughly. It's a massive hotel and it's a good idea to stay here for Umraah.

I stayed at the Anjum Hotel for 7 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Muhammad Aala was an excellent chef who made my omelette perfectly every morning and even remembered my order each day. That personal touch really meant a lot. Room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Jamal Rahman on the 21st floor, he is a very hardworking young man and provided wonderful service. The hotel itself is good, comfortable, and well managed, though it is a bit far from Door 79 of Masjid al-Haram. Overall, it was a good stay.

Honest review I can say it's over my expectations. Pros: All rooms have good view. Cooperative room service Food quality is good and high material. The entire masjid is great for me because of my baby. Very near to haram but far from umra Cons: 500 sar insurance is little bit strange Room carpets need to be washed. Late check in. It was 5 PM

The stay from check-in was great and very helpful. They welcomed us warmly, took all our bags from taxi to carrier, placed them in our room, and arranged room exactly as we requested. The cleaning service is very polite and available 24/7. They clean even if you give them only five minutes while you’re in a rush they are always ready to help and make sure the room stays clean. I got ill during my stay and requested lemon with salt, and it always arrived within seconds. Ibrahem (Abu Amal), Chief of Staff, showed great hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, he always seek feedback to ensure services are top notch , and that is highly appreciated and rarely found, he must be definitely a valuable staff member. The room had a great view of Masjid Alharam, and the breakfast had everything fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend.

i am staying at the anjum hotel for 5 days today is my fourth day and before i even end my trip i can Wholeheartedly say it is the best And most convenient hotel to stay at The location is In an amazing place, meaning the views from the window are beautiful Walking to the kaaba To perform Umrah Is so fast and convenient, especially After performing when you’re tired and all you want to do is go back to your hotel. The rooms are beautifully set up beds are made every single day without fail. The hotel provides water tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, razors, anything you may need Including an iron, a hairdryer and towels they even have a safe to put valuables in. The cleaners are Mostly Bengali and are extremely respectful They won’t touch a single item that Belongs to you, which I find very important. I even left a shopping bag full of rubbish and they didn’t take it just in case it was something that belonged to me. They have a lot of respect For visitors. And have helped us out a lot, They regularly topped up our Waters etc. And I just think they make the whole Umrah process so much smoother. The hotels have many lifts, although the lifts are busy it gets the job done They have communal seating areas And shops on the bottom floor in case you need anything. The entire hotel is spotless Which is constantly cleaned throughout the day it is beautifully decorated And definitely worth the money. We had booked the hotel with a breakfast buffet that was also good. It had a quick sign in system and you was free to eat whatever you wanted. The waiters are also respectful helping whenever they can. The Food is generally good there’s a huge variety Which is good for kids and picky eaters. Hotel staff are also very Respectful who ever is reading I hope this review Helps you choose anjum hotel Because it truly is the best from my experience

Had a wonderful stay at Anjum Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Hotel mosque, lobby and outdoor sitting area were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay. Can't wait to come back!" Would you like me to customize it further? Special thanks to housekeeping supervisor #Saleh #Ibrahim who are very supportive, I was lost in B1 floor looking for a way to go haram.

Overall stay was good with anjum hotel makkah but I'd like to highlight that bellman service was poor, upon arrival no one was available to unloaded my stuff from car & I have to managed my self. Front office staffs were not proffesional in handling guest c/i and c/o, took me more than 25 minutes in queue than I left and cancelling my extra bed request. I special thanks to HK staff mr ismail as he so helpful, polite and proffesional during my 5 nights stay along with kids.

Alhamdulillah my family and I had they opportunity to make umrah last week. We stayed in Anjum Hotel. Overall the experience has been wonderful. The hotel is of close proximity to the Haram. We booked a quad room and it was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was luxurious. The only thing I wish the hotel would consider is to have shopping next to it. Because we had to go all the way to Clock Tower and Safwah Tower to shop for souvenirs and food.

Good experience at anjum. The service is great, Housekeeping MD Taskin room 1121 there's a café with many options to eat from. The workers are also wonderful. One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. Overall, wonderful experience and would recommend staying at. Thank you Mr.Ajaz from Super eagle travel from Baltimore Maryland for recommending this hotel for us.

Our stay at Anjum Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were immaculate – a solid 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort, and design. The services provided were outstanding – another 10/10, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The location gets an 8/10, as it’s slightly set back compared to some hotels, but still very conveniently located for easy access to the Haram. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. El Sayed Abd El Samad, the Restaurants Manager, who truly made our experience memorable. His hospitality, attentiveness, and warm demeanor were simply superb. We felt truly cared for. We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Aman and Imran from Rajhistan, whose kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team at Anjum Hotel for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning – again and

The housekeeping and room service were excellent! Alhamdulilah, our stay during Hajj 2025 was truly amazing. Zabed was especially friendly, professional, and efficient in cleaning our room. Any time we requested service, they arrived within minutes and did a wonderful job with our quad bedroom. We’re very grateful for the comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was good except for food. This is the 1st 5 star hotel which has so much discrimination for food. Has separate sections for food for international, Arabic, and for Pakistani/Indian food. They dont allow to eat in other sections. And the Pakistani food is so spicy with same sort of food everyday. I had full board meal plan and literally got sour throat in just 3 days. The booking was for 8 days. Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel with food plan. Worst food discrimination and same spicy food everyday. No other 5 star hotel discriminates food this way, and dictate their guests to eat only in specific food section only.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best thing ever, genuinely— you can tell everything is made with care. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the haram! I definitely recommend booking your stay here. Before I forget— the pistachio donuts/buns from the breakfast buffet are the best things I have ever eaten in my life. I wish to get them shipped to me and have an endless supply of them. So so delicious 😭 miss them a lot

The housekeeping cleaning service was excellent and staffs are very polite, professional and available to provide services when is needed. Especially Shujon, Riyadul, Mashud and his supervisor Mr Kazi are very caring individuals. Our room no: 270. Bed was very comfortable, however, the pillows are different to my needs as I uses feather pillow. I have inform Mr Kazi to address this issue and his is very prompt to meet my essential needs. I am ve ry happy as I have used the Anjum hotel services previously. Many thanks Muhammad Mustaq Ahmed

It has been a smooth experience with Anjum hotel. For me it’s the first time however my brother are regulars during the last 10 days of holy month Ramadan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ma’amon, Mukhtar and their supervisor Kazi. They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly. Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit.

Excellent hotel. Very clean spacious room. Impressive view. Shower rooms are very clean, good water pressure and shower doesn't leak outside of the shower. AC worked well. Housekeeping visit every day if selected, and remake the room tona very high standard. I only opted for breakfast, and it's probably the best breakfast options I've had. The hotel has excellent customer service throughout from the moment you arrive until check out. Highly recommended.

Great 5star hotel had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are cleaned daily beds are comfortable and cosy. Free complimentary tea water etc. Free complimentary toiletries bathrobe slippers etc. Air conditioning is always freezing so no complaints there. Building is big and can get a bit confusing as so many elevators. But overall experience is very good.
Location very near to Haram. Nice, comfy beds. Scrumptious breakfast. Beautiful open space, seating area between the two towers. Value for money

Great hotel with few mins walk to mosque, breakfast was really good variety, staff were more than helpful. Provided wheelchair service for elderly at no extra cost. Staff were always smiling and happy to help. Room were nice ans clean, however I down point of cleaning room were late. Restaurant food good however its ages for a beef burger or chicken burger. Always a 45 min wait. Other than that all was great.

Wonderful hotel. The management and staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. The food was delicious and they had a variety in place that caters for different tastes and likings. Very well managed and organized that we were impressed with the number of people staying there and how it was going very smoothly. It was also clean and close to the Haram. There is also an extension of the Haram under construction that is almost adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again.

I am writing this review while I am at the hotel right now location is near the haram but you will walk a little bit to reach it as the doors are nearly 1 km away walking may be more but it may be the worst food I have had in any hotel I stayed in before. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure

Must consider review before booking This is the worst 5 star hotel I have been too. Too small unclean rooms. The receptionists don't know how to talk to guests. If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. Completely rubbish experience overall. I had my old parents with me. It was painful experience for them considering their health. Money down the drain.

Sorry, I am reversing my review from 4star to 1star. The stay was good, but after 2 days of I checked out they automatically deduct money from my bank account. And I have no idea why. So they took the reservation amount twice without my permission. and still I am unable to take my money back.

The hotel is very nice. More than these five star ratings The pinnacle of sophistication, cleanliness and distinguished service. The food is very varied. And very close to the Grand Mosque. There is an escalator from the hotel that will take you directly to Al-Haram Street. We spent an irreplaceable time. And the year, God willing, I will go back to it again. Because I can't find a better one. at its price segment. There is no significant difference between it and the hotels in the courtyard of the Haram, even in the matter of distance. It does not exceed a minute's walk with the huge price difference between them
Despite a busy reception and last minute online booking. They have managed to prepare the room quickly on short notice with great support from the receptionist. Great customer experience

I wish there was a zero or negative rating. Check-in time is at 4, we arrived a bit early maybe we can check-in yet had to wait. At 4 the room was still not ready and staff working in the room. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!!

It's okay, but the staff cannot handle the volume of people they are not organized. The lifts also can't handle the volume of people. Also they did not ask to check my Tawakalna 😮â€ðŸ’¨ There was too much noise on the floor that I was on. With regards to cleanliness and food I would give it a 3. Will not be booking here again. It's only good because it's close to the Haram. This hotel is not up to 5 star standard.

My Third Stay at the Dal Al Hijra in Madina. I have to say I can’t wait to come back. The staff were beyond excellent from the minute I walked in for check in super helpful. The guys also for the morning Sahoor again were just outstanding the food and options were amazing. It’s shame I can’t eat much in the Morning as I wanted to try everything. All made fresh the rooms were spacious and clean and 2’mins away from the Mosque. Just absolutely superb and can’t thank the team enough for making my stay perfect once again. Thank you to all the staff see you all again very soon InShaAllah

amazing hotel just a 2-minute walk (or even less) from Masjid Nabawi, with plenty of food shops and activity going on outside - location wise it’s great to get to and from the masjid around namaz times. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well maintained by the friendly and helpful housekeeping team. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the breakfast staff were especially lovely — a special thank you to them for taking such good care of us every morning and the lovely coffee’s. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again, inshaAllah. 😊

Hotel is due an upgrade (which is coming apparently!). Rooms are nice and spacious. The level of customer service was impressive, special thanks to Ibrahim and Shahin during breakfast. All staff were extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. This hotel is a short walk to Masjid Al-Nawabi and in a very good location, food, shopping, mosque all in close proximity. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff who are always ready to help. My family has been staying here for more than 20 years and the way they have maintained the stanadards is admirable. Mr.Reazul, F&B in charge has taken great care of us from the beginning along with his colleagues such as Mr. Ibrahim at the restaurant who would regularly check to see if we needed anything when having our breakfast. The dining experience is truly grand with a wide variety of delicious items at all times. Thanks to the whole team for the great experience. We look forward to continuing our stay with the Dar Al Hijra team as always.

Very good experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bellman especially Saiful Islam always greeted us with a smile when we entered. Hotel wise it is slightly dated but there are plans of upgrades and modernisation of the hotel in the works. We also had breakfast included which had a wide variety of food that was mostly always fresh (bakery section was hit and miss). Overall a very good experience

By a strike of chance, I managed to get a very good deal to stay at the hotel with breakfast. The reception was warm. The housekeeping was timely. The room was terrific. It appeared they are planning to change the carpet which would be only thing I might propose for a change. The breakfast was rather sumptuous, though to some it was only decent but for me it’s already plenty to choose from.

I booked three rooms for myself, my children and my parents a full nine months in advance of my planned stay. However, 3 months before my trip, the hotel cancelled my reservation for no acceptable reason. Initially they cited a policy issue, then said it was a legal issue citing Hajj regulations and then stopped responding. I made several enquiries with travel agents and the Saudi consulate and they all confirmed there are no legal restrictions on visiting Madinah during Hajj season. The only restrictions apply to the city of Makkah. I also contacted IHG elite member support, and they sided with the hotel, repeating that it's due to a legal issue without providing any evidence or documents of the associated regulations. I just completed my trip on my originally planned dates and stayed at the Sofitel Shahd al Madinah instead. There was no legal issue that would have required the hotel to cancel my reservation - as evidenced by the fact that I was able to stay at another hotel during the same dates. I am a diamond elite ambassador member and it’s shocking and disappointing that this is the way I was treated. I contacted IHG elite member support and they refused to help and came up with a different reason for the cancellation each time I tried, and eventually stopped responding. I highly recommend the Sofitel in Madinah. It is closer to Masjid Nabawi than the Intercontinental and the staff and service are excellent. After many years of loyalty to IHG, unfortunately this incident has turned me away from them for good.

I stayed here with my wife after being apart for some notable time, making this a second honeymoon of sorts—and what a perfect setting it was. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Feras, whose exceptional care set the tone for an unforgettable stay. His manners, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality were simply unmatched. ✨ The room itself was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful, authentic vibe. 🛏️ The bed was super comfortable and absolutely massive—perfect for a truly restful stay. ☕️ Each room came with a kettle and coffee machine, and the soft bathrobes were a romantic touch that added to the experience 🤍 I can’t wait to see how their new rooms will turn out - if this was anything to go by, they’ll be spectacular! Throughout our stay, both reception and Mr. Feras called to check in on us, making sure everything was perfect. It genuinely made us feel special and showed just how much they care about their guests. ❤️ Would I recommend staying here? Without a doubt. If you’re looking at hotels on the northern side—or honestly any side—of the Masjid, this is the one to choose. 🕌 This was my third stay here, and honestly, I would pick Dar Al Hijrah over a cheaper or “better deal” elsewhere every time—and that’s my sincere advice to you too. ‼️⭐️

We had a small issue with our first room but it was taken care of quickly and we were moved to an another room. Great laundry service, very clean and prompt, thank you Al Amin ! Rooms need some refurbishing which is apparently happening soon, we look forward to coming back soon again insha Allah.

Our stay at the hotel was more than wonderful and excellent. InterContinental hotels in general are excellent, and Dar Al-Hijra Hotel in Medina in particular is my first choice for several reasons, all of which met my needs. The most important of these are: * Location, * The spaciousness and size of the suites (Royal Suite # 910), their cleanliness, and their fully equipped kitchen and a private room for the maids, * The availability of multiple elevators, including private elevators for the suites, which is a great help during rush hour and prayer times, * Cleanliness and organization, * Parking availability, * The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. I would like to especially mention Ms. Iman Al-Ahmadi at the reception for her excellent service, kindness, and prompt check-in and check-out procedures. Thanks to her and to all staff. I will always "Insha'ALLAH" come again, Wishing you all the best .. MANSOUR BOKHARY

It was a nice experience to enjoy couple of days at that hotel. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was comfy but the bathroom needs some maintenance, it was little bit old as the glass cabinet door was sliding back and the toilet shataf was leaking. The breakfast was so good and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect as it’s near to women prayer place so i didint need to walk long distance to reach it.

My friend and I recently stayed here and we both loved our time here. The service was absolutely excellent and they frequently like to check in to make sure that everything is going well for you. Complimentary fruits were brought upon arrival and were so sweet. The rooms and sheets were also all so incredibly clean. The only thing that seemed to be quite dirty was the curtains, but we barely touched those. The only other downsides of the room was that the walls were thin so you could hear neighbors all around you very easily, and the carpet and doors seem to be really old, so it's not the most aesthetically pleasing design. And as you go upstairs the air quality can get really Humid and damp in the hallways, but it's fairly well controlled in the room. Overall I'd still say this is a super reliable place to stay. Service was easily a 10/10. They helped us out so much from room service cleaning, to ordering from the restaurant, and front desk staff. The concierge employee, Mohammed Ali, was particularly helpful with getting us a taxi on our last day when we were running late and needed more time and support with catching our train. Overall we loved our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. I was a bit weary about how far this hotel would be but it turned out to be much closer than I imagined. On top of that, the service from start to finish was excellent. They really care about customer service and are striving hard to maintain high quality. Would definitely recommend! Room was excellent. We had suhoor and the food was excellent filled with various options including made to order omelettes and pancakes. Lots of variety that changed daily. The first morning we arrived, two of my kids were quite sick and we were dreading going to the clinic or hospital especially given how tired we were after 24 hours of travel. Luckily the front desk arranged for a doctor to come to our room and not only diagnosed but also administer an injection on my daughter and prescribe antibiotics.

Very convenient location. We stayed five nights in one of the suits at the ninth floor. Overall experience was very good and we all loved it. The suit was very spacious but not at the same standard as in US. It needs some upgrades. But it was clean and live-able. The big plus was the breakfast and we all enjoyed all of the fancy choices. For sure we will be coming back and do recommend others to try it too.

We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the Haram, on the map it appears far but the location is great. The service from all staff was amazing. Getting a wheelchair from the hotel was no problem and we kept it for the duration of our stay. They hotel also arranged a private taxi to take us to some sites, and he was best guide ever. Thank you to all at the hotel. Great little food places just outside the hotel.

The staff behind the front desk were helpful and there was a nice selection of food for breakfast. However, the room keys constantly needed reprogramming so every time you needed to get into your room you needed to go to the front desk for a new key. This seemed to be a problem for multiple guests as there was often a queue of people wanting new keys. The rooms were also not very clean. The cleaning staff did not clean the room well during our stay either. We had to ask for it to be vacuumed, for clean cups/glasses and for fresh towels repeatedly. Overall I would not recommend this hotel based on the lack of cleanliness of the rooms.

We travelled to Palestine with Zaarvel during Easter…. I cannot fault the experience! Alhumdulillah it was not our first time so we decided to spend more time in the haram and Skip some of the ziyaarah’s, the brother was so flexible and accommodating…. Always at hand if ever needed him for anything! Before we left i found his vids on the little things like plugs amd sockets and money exchange tips really handy! These are details that are small yet significant so he covered it all for us just so that we dont forget! Once there, he provided us with trusted places to shop, exchange money etc and some other visits we did too that were humbling!! You cannot get this when travelling alone! Brother went out of his way to make the stay as comfrtble as possible not just for adults but the kids too! And the trolley for the luggage at the end of to the trip was icing on the cake! Jzk for an unforgettable experience… i am already planning my next trip! ❤️

This was my first time travelling to Al Aqsa and with Zaarvel, I have been to many destinations and this was by far one of the best trips. From the very beginning brother Numayar looked after us and stayed with us until we got through the checkpoints at Tel Aviv. We were understandably very nervous but we soon realised we really had nothing to worry about. Everything was organsied perfectly from the transport to hotel to the very educational tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and have already recommended to others. We would definitely travel with Zaarvel again.

Zaarvel Team had made this a memorable experience for me and my family. In our group there were between 50/55 people from London, Leicester, Manchester, Dubai, etc. Before we travel, Zaarvel make it clear what is needed and essentials for trip. We have video conference for any questions that you may have, very in depth. This is my 2nd time at Al Aqsa and can't get enough. What amazing trip, very well organised and packed everyday with things to do. Day 1, walking around Al Aqsa Compound and learning the history by experienced tour guild. Day 2 visiting locals or doing walking tour outside the compound. Day 3 coach trip from 8am to 9pm, visiting famous Ibrahim Mosjid and Musa Mosjid, Banksy Museum, Jericho, Mount of Olives, etc. Day 4 Jummah and shopping, Day 5 return. Action packed. When visiting Al Aqsa alot of Sabr patience is needed. At airport any foreigner they will keep few hours and may question what your visit is about. Insha'Allah I will be going again and again.

Visiting Al-Aqsa was honestly one of the most emotional and spiritual things I’ve ever experienced. From praying in the blessed compound to the amazing excursions organised by Zaarvel, every part of the trip reminded me how powerful and deep our history is as Muslims. The itinerary was so well thought out — I loved how the guides mixed in historical facts with spiritual lessons, whether we were at the Mount of Olives, Masjid Umar, or visiting the tombs of the Prophets. Praying in those places was something else… it really hit the heart. Alhamdulillah, my group was also amazing — supportive, kind, and filled with beautiful souls that made the journey even more special. This trip wasn’t just sightseeing — it was healing. I left with a heart that honestly just wants to return again, inshaAllah. May Allah let us all visit Masjid Al-Aqsa, protect its people, and keep our hearts connected to it. Ameen.

I recently had the honour of going on a Zaarvel tour to Palestine and honestly, it was one of the most eye opening and emotional experiences of my life. From the moment we landed to the moment we left, everything was organised with so much care and thought. The whole trip ran smoothly, the tour guides were brilliant, and you could tell they were genuinely passionate about sharing the truth and history of Palestine. This trip really changed me. Before coming, I never took the boycott seriously. I’d hear about it now and then, but I would just brush it off thinking it doesn’t really matter. But after seeing the reality with my own eyes, even just the small day to day struggles the Palestinians go through, I realised how important it actually is. What we saw was only a tiny part of what they deal with every single day. It broke my heart and it opened my eyes. From now on, In Sha Allah, I will do my part and take the boycott seriously. What Zaarvel offered was more than just a tour. It was a journey that touched the heart and soul. Every stop, every moment, felt like it had real purpose. It was clear that the team behind this trip put in a lot of effort and that they truly care about the cause. I’m honestly so grateful I got the chance to be part of it. This wasn’t just about seeing places. It was about learning, reflecting and understanding the deeper truth. I would 100 percent recommend Zaarvel to anyone who wants a real, honest and powerful experience in Palestine. May Allah SWT reward the whole team for everything they’ve done.

Blessed to have had the opportunity to visit the Holy Land with Zaarvel! Amazing trip with a well organised tour operator who is experienced with this destination. Excellent communication and guidance pre and during the tour by Numayar who made the whole journey seamless. Zaarvel arranged excellent local guides from Jerusalem and their knowledge was outstanding providing great depth to the tours. Everyone should try to visit Palestine if they have the opportunity and show solidarity and support to the people of Al Quds. Zaarvel is highly recommended to anyone wishing to embark on this amazing cultural and spiritual journey!

I’ve been on group tours but going with Zaarvel was a cut above the rest for sure! From the booking process to returning from the Al Aqsa trip, the service was undeniable. They were swift in all responses and queries and put any worries to bed. The entire time we were treated like guests with all our needs catered to. Even if something was not on the itinerary but we were interested to go there or do something, it was arranged for the ones who wanted to go. Zaarvel team knew everyone on the ground and are well connected on the other side so you feel completely at ease knowing you’re in safe hands. We were treated like guests, friends and family. Through their genuineness and sincerity, they created an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. Thanks and best wishes for a successful future!
