Alhamdulillah, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were excellent—especially Md Nasir Molla, who was polite, attentive, and always quick to help. He made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Haram, which made everything very convenient. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Emaar Andalusia. Clean rooms, great service, an excellent location, and truly warm hospitality. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean though a bit small, and the room remained quiet throughout our stay. It was a lovely experience and great value for money. I would happily stay here again. Read less

DO NOT BOOK EVER!!! Staying here at the moment, please avoid at all costs. Firstly, they 'lost' our booking. Had to stay first night in a hotel 20 mins drive away, then returned to stay from 2nd night in a double room kitted with 3 lumpy single beds. No table or suitable cupboards to store our things. The bathroom is a death trap, raised shower tray with a curtain, so small, the water gets all over the floor. No-one did a risk assessment, and I was fearful for my life whilst showering. If you don't slip in the tray whilst showering, you will slip on the wet floor. What's the point in providing a squeegee for the floor? Absolutely abysmal. At a 15 minute walk from al-Haramain, they've packed tiny rooms and deathtrap showers to monopolise guests. Quite disgusting for where its located and the guests they should be serving. Read less

I recently stayed 8 days at Emaar Andalusia, and it was a truly pleasant and comfortable experience overall. The location is excellent, with very close proximity to the Haram. In fact, if you’re running late for prayer, you can even pray right outside the hotel — which speaks volumes about how close and convenient it is. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have a lovely ambience. They are on the smaller, compact side, but thoughtfully arranged and perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay, especially considering the location. A special mention to the housekeeping staff, who were consistently efficient and courteous. The reception team, especially Ms. Asma, were extremely helpful, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile. The manager, Mr. Saif, was kind, understanding, and very approachable, which really made a difference during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was good and reliable, which is a big plus for staying connected during a longer stay. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Emaar Andalusia. Clean rooms, great service, excellent location, and warm hospitality — I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, especially for Umrah or a longer stay. Read less

To be honest, I didn’t like my stay Hotel Emaar Taiba. I don’t understand why it has so many good reviews. The room was very small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The shower area was extremely tight and uncomfortable to use. On the day I checked in, they didn’t provide proper parking. They told me parking was available in B2, but the ramp was too tight and my car didn’t enter properly, so it was very inconvenient. Considering the hotel’s location and the price I paid, I didn’t feel comfortable or satisfied. The biggest issue was the noise. I stayed on the 6th floor and could clearly hear neighbors talking. It was very noisy, and I could hardly sleep for more than one hour. Overall, my experience was disappointing and not worth the price. Read less

All our group rooms had an extra bed in. This meant they had removed the desk/dressing table that sits under the TV which meant no where to put anything. Room was close to impossible to move around in due to extra bed. We stayed in early January. Some rooms were cold and there is no heating option. Bell boys are like non existent. When we arrived we unloaded the coach and when we left we had to load the coach ourselves. No iron in room so will have to chase housekeeping. Beds were also a little on the hard and cheap side. It needs amupgradung to be honest. Pros: Room service was good and on-time daily Check-in was organised and smooth. Just one road behind is the area where all the desi food shops are. Location isnt bad. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel if you're on a tight budget. Read less

That may sound obvious but holds true. Emaar Taibah very much met our personal objectives and expectations. Our focus was to visit the nearby Masjid An Nabawi and maximise spiritual benefit. All we required was a hotel in relatively close proximity, clean rooms, clean bathrooms and essential facilities. Emaar Taibah delivered on all of the above. The location was ideal – only an estimated 6-7 min walk to the Masjid. As mentioned above, clean rooms and washing facilities. For us overall – it was ideal. Read less

Firstly the hotel had its own parking underground which was the biggest positive as parking in Madinah can be a headache. All you have to do is ask reception and they'll give you a slip. Secondly the location was pretty good with many shops and small cafes located just a minute or 2 walks away and the walk to the Prophets mosque was around 5-7 minutes with the nearest gates being 313 - 316. The customer service was overall good and the check in process was quick and easy. The room itself and the bathroom were both okay. Bit on the small end and outdated but they did the job. The bed was pretty good and they provided some bathroom amenities. Now, the price. Nearly 600 SAR for ONE night for a room like this is absurd! A room like this should cost no more than 300 or 350 if you really want to push it. Disgusting price for what it was. The bathroom/shower area was a bit cramped and uncomfortable. Overall a decent hotel in a good location. The parking and location is what saved this hotel tbh lol Read less

Great stay! I forgot to take pic of the room but it was great experience. From the check in time until check out, all staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Seham met us and did an early check in without any problems. I highly appreciate that as my mom was tired and needed to get some rest in the bed after flight. Eyad allowed us for late check out so we could rest and got ready for our late flight in comfort and without rush. All HK team was very attentive and providing amenities and water without any problems upon request. Unlike Drama Queen receptionist Riyadh. We called the reception to request some water late night as we forgot to get some before returning to the room and got rude answer like "no water! You want water go and buy!" unbelievable, thank you Riyadh for instructions, I couldn't think of it lol, You are genius! Overall, hotel good and clean, highly recommended! I ignore drama queen as wherever you go there is such type of person 🤡 among the team, so don't let such type of personalities to ruin your experience. Read less

I have just stayed here for 7 nights. It was an average 4 star hotel. The rooms were clean. We had a double room booked and were given 3 single beds which worked well for us as I have 2 children. The beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom was quiet compact not very spacious. Not even a table which is strange as most 4 star hotels have a table and chairs in room which is helpful when you bring food into the hotel room to eat. There is a fridge and kettle in room. I was surprised that no water and tea/coffee is provided in the rooms so please take note about this if you do expect to have this provided. The hotels towels didnt smell very nice at all. The lifts were quick which was good. A staff downstairs named Mohammed Tajul Islam, this brother was extremely helpful and kind. If anyone needs any help or advice definitley go to him. The haram wasn't far at all. I would say a walk of 5-7 minutes and you come to gate 310. Along the way are many food shops. This hotel is very close to masjid ghamama a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Then masjid ghamama leads you to gate 310 of masjid nabawi. I had a pleasant stay overall 8/10. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of staying at Emaar Taibah Read less

I recently stayed at Emar Taiba Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As someone in the hospitality industry, I hold hotels to a certain standard, and this establishment fell far short. Firstly, the room had a persistent smoking smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. I called the front desk multiple times to report the issue, but there was no response. The phone in the room was not functioning, which only added to my frustration. Additionally, the condition of the washroom was poor, with inadequate maintenance evident throughout. The water spray was also not working, making the situation even more unacceptable. I’m baffled by the positive reviews I've seen; my experience was anything but satisfactory. Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I will also be reporting my concerns to the MINISTRY in Dammam for further investigation. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation.WATER WAS LEAKING FROM TOILET AND DULL LIGHTS . Was not pleasant to stay with kids. Read less

We asked for coffee upon arrival but they never replenished again. Always having to ask for toilet rolls. The geyser is a switch in the bathroom that we put off accidentally. Needless to say we had cold water for two days until they showed us the problem. No cupboard space so you have to live out of a suitcase. You have to make up your own bed. There is no space in the room so salaah has to be made in the passage by some. Read less

There are plenty of shops nearby, and the on-site café is a great addition. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience. However, the main drawback for me was the consistent lack of toilet tissue and towels. Despite repeated requests, these essentials were never provided, which seems to be a recurring issue at this hotel. If management could address this, it would significantly improve the experience and elevate the hotel to a five-star standard, especially given its affordability. Read less
