I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Taj Park Hotel. The biggest issue was the complete lack of response from reception. No matter how many times we called, they simply did not pick up the phone. It honestly made us wonder why they even have telephones in the rooms — it feels like they are just there for show. Every time we had an issue or needed any service, we had to go personally from the top floor all the way down to reception. Not just once, but sometimes two or three times for the same request. This was extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially after a long day. The management seriously needs to improve communication and customer service. Ignoring calls and making guests run up and down the building for basic needs is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless they make major improvements in their service and responsiveness. Read less

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations with the quality of its services, from the room amenities and cleanliness to its excellent location. The hotel provides shuttle buses every 25 minutes, running 24/7, and you can also reach the Haram on foot in just 10–13 minutes, which I personally preferred. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hospitality felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. They even allowed me to check in early, which made it much easier to prepare for Umrah. The surrounding area is very convenient, with shops, money exchange offices, restaurants, laundry services, and supermarkets just steps away. You will find everything you need in one place. There are plenty of rooms available but is always advised to book ahead for better price. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast with wide choice of food. Sadly, a lot of food is wasted. Our stay at Taj Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better — close to the Clock Tower, surrounded by plenty of local shops, restaurants, and pharmacies, which made everything super convenient. The staff were the most pleasant, friendly, and helpful people we’ve met — they truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after our travels. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Clock Tower. The hotel also offers free buses to and from Al Haram, which made our visits so easy and stress-free. It’s a very family-friendly place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the transportation service to the Haram, which runs every few minutes. One of the highlights was the daily breakfast buffet served in a spacious dining hall with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to assist. The location is also very convenient, with food spots, money exchange bank, and markets just seconds away from the hotel. Additionally, there’s a shuttle bus to Al Haram every 20 minutes, which makes getting there easier. The only downside is that you’ll still need to walk about 10-15 minutes to reach Al Haram, but honestly, walking is part of the experience regardless of where you stay. Read less

Fantastic location on ladies side of Haram, if you want to be close to shopping and amenities this side has way more shops and malls. If you want less distractions stay on the men's side. Nice staff, good service, room was a disability room and was very large with comfortable beds and good shower. Only downside was windows did not open at all. Restaurant food is good and tasty but extremely busy in Ramadan and difficult to find seating for iftar. For the price, I'd stay again. Read less

I should have never order from the room service. They mixed up order. Served me one item at a time. Please people order from outside or eat outside they serve you left over food from the night buffet, Bad and rotten food. Whomever managing this hotel have no clue on food and service. A very disappointing experience, in terms of looks and feel the hotel is nice. The lobby always smells nice when entering and there are several lifts to get you to the required floor. The biggest disappointment has been the actual rooms, the electricity has been deliberately wired in a way to make it hard for people to sleep or charge their devices. This means in order to have power to the sockets and charge your devices, you will need to keep the rooms lights on, obviously this makes it so uncomfortable after a long day in the masjid, you just want to come back and relax with just one lamp on and devices on charge to communicate with your loved ones. We also had several issues with our bathroom, with clogged shower & sink drain, and toilet flushing issues. To top it off we had some water leak in the bathroom from the roof, this had me worried as I did not know if this water is clean or not, and could it get mixed electrical wiring and cause a fire. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel more like a 3/4 star. The hotel chain should be ashamed of making things difficult for the guests of Allah, instead of making things easier. Electrical charging points should be a standard feature in any hotel chain, never mind one that classes itself as 5 star. The beds are smaller than expected, especially when compared to the single beds we had at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah. The location is great as it is only 3-4 mins to get to the masjid and is ideal for ladies as it closer to their entry points by gate 339. Unfortunately I would NOT use this hotel again, purely because of the deliberate inconvenience it has caused with its intentional electrical wiring design. Read less

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was booked for 3 people and all three beds were comfortable. The location was great, you cross the road and the woman’s gate is right there which was super convenient. Plenty of shops around for food/shopping. Breakfast was okay, could be better in terms of variety but not that bad. The hotel is easily accessible for uber which made travelling further out convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are travelling with a lot of women. Read less

They agree to provide you with free parking and turn a deaf ear once you reach. Housekeeping people are dedicated to their work. The buffet was good, but not authentic cuisine, they had hummus which was not atlal authentic, seemed like you are eating something else . Like who goes wrong with the humus when the chef is arab .
