I had one of the most memorable stays in Makkah. From the very beginning, Mr. Rayan truly made my day with a smooth and welcoming check-in experience that set the tone for the rest of my visit. The view was simply breathtaking — overlooking the whole of Makkah in a way that made every moment feel special. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering both comfort and tranquility. The buffet featured an impressively wide variety of options, clearly reflecting the extra effort and dedication of both the operations team and the kitchen staff to cater to such large numbers with excellence. Accessibility was outstanding — with seamless access to and from the mall, as well as convenient connectivity to the Makkah Haram side, making the entire stay even more comfortable and stress-free. We had booked a Haram view room with check-in time at 4 pm, but since we arrived at 8:30 am for Umrah, the reception staff were extremely friendly and supportive. He has demonstrated many qualities in tough times how to handle the guests kindly with a smile, while dealing with a crisis effectively in no time leading his team in person working hand in hand. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality we received — especially from Mr. Sakeer, the assistant manager, whom we had the pleasure of interacting with during the daily dining. He was incredibly welcoming, always checking in to see if everything was okay, asking if we needed anything, and offering to help in any way he could. His warm personality and attentiveness really made a difference and left a lasting impression on us. The buffet meals for both breakfast and dinner were phenomenal — so much variety, consistently delicious food, and the dessert bar was next-level. Even during the busiest times, there was always plenty to choose from, and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything well-stocked and fresh. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the in-room Adhan system was such a thoughtful touch that enhanced the spiritual experience of our trip. And of course, the location — 0 meters from Masjid al-Haram — couldn’t have been more perfect. I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.5 stars.. this was so expensive for finding mold in the bathrooms (video and picture) the bed is not comfortable, there is a beep sound in every floor and they don’t turn off at night time ( video). And when we asked them to turn off they said it’s like this and they can’t do nothing. It beeps every 10-20 seconds.. you can’t sleep.. Also the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything outside ( picture).. the minimum you should keep are things cleaned.. the safe was also locked and not working, so we didn’t want housekeeping since we had our passports in the room.. we contacted them, they could not fix and that’s it.. it’s broken. The inclusive dinner does not even include soda.. only water! I have nothing good to say. Even the short distance is not worth the money they charge. There are better options around. Sanitary and health services should be contacted for these molds.. True 5 star hotels would never be like this one. This hotel needs urgent updates.. And do you know what answer you get from them? Literally nothing! Any hotel that is 5 star would make sure things like these are working and cleaned and would at minimum provide 5 star Costumer service. Special shout out to Mr Faizan who was very courteous and helpful at all times. However compared to the money being paid, the rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The shower area is so small that a claustrophobic person would never get in there. The bathroom really needs working on considering the fact that this is a 5 star hotel. And the service isn't great. They have so many guests checking in every day and I guess this makes them indifferent or too tired to be hospitable to each guest. Read less

Room are big and especially the luggage box room is very handy as it keeps your room clear of suitcases. Bath and toilets are very clean and spacious. Only one area where there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different items but if you are from South Asian subcontinent, then you will feel disappointed because mainly the dishes are either Arabic and some European. Also when it was busy, there was problem to find cutlery like teaspoons resulting in cold tea. Overall a very good hotel and recommended to visit again. Read less

The cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities were next to none. We had a room facing the Kabbah, what an amazing sight that was! The buffet breakfast, “Well what can I say! The variety was amazing. I don’t think I could identify all the dishes they were so plentiful. If shopping is a key feature of you pilgrim then rest assured you won’t get a better hotel than this! I had a truly pleasant stay at Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel in Madinah. I was lucky to be checked in by Turki, one of the friendliest Saudis I’ve met during my omra - genuine, down-to-earth with a real interest in helping and accommodating guests. I had asked for a room on one of the highest floors with a view of Al Haram, which wasn’t possible at first, but to my surprise, Turki called just two hours later to offer one on the 8th floor. That small gesture made a big difference. There was a bit of water noise from the bathroom, but the beautiful view of the Prophet’s rawda made it worth it. The hotel itself pays great attention to guest satisfaction. I received a few thoughtful WhatsApp follow-ups during my stay, and even a personal knock at the door to ask if I needed tea, coffee or water. Turki personally checked again after check-in to ensure everything was fine - that level of care really stood out. The location is perfect - less than a five-minute walk to Al Haram, with views overlooking the Prophet’s Rawda side. That’s a huge plus. The breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had in both Makkah and Madinah - varied, rich, and delicious, all for 60 SAR between 6-10 AM. Bismillah, I wanted to share how wonderful our experience was with the staff at Elaf Al Taqwa, especially Reda Mohamed, Mohamed Ibrahim, and our room attendant Kabinur. From the moment we arrived, Reda welcomed us with such genuine warmth that we instantly felt at ease. He has a calm, kind presence and a natural way of taking care of guests that never feels forced. Every interaction with him made our stay feel special. Mohamed Ibrahim was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. He carried himself with sincerity and patience, and we truly appreciated the way he made everything feel smooth and comfortable for us. And our room attendant, Kabinur, was so attentive and thoughtful. He took great care in preparing our room, paid attention to the small details, and consistently showed kindness in every interaction. His effort really made us feel looked after. We are genuinely grateful for all three of them. Their hospitality, manners, and beautiful character left such a positive impression on us. I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah and coming from there my expectations were high, I would like to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The customer service and staff is phenomenal. Everyone here always has a smile on their face when they greet you and are always ready to assist to help with anything that you need. I would like to thank two staff members who were extremely helpful all throughout our stay Mr. Al Amin at front desk and Mr. Hazrat Ali from housekeeping staff. It was mine and my mother’s first time in Madina and I am so glad that we picked this hotel as it was recommended by my friend who had stayed here previously. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Haram and 4-5 minute walk to the ladies entrance for Rawda. Also a 4-5 minute walk from ladies entrance to inside the mosque. I would definitely recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone who is visiting Madina and inshAllah when I visit next I will be staying at the same hotel due to their excellent services and hospitality. The rooms and washrooms are super clean, tidy and the food options for in room dining are also pretty good. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. An absolute awesome experience at Elaf al Taqwa hotel, Every staff member was absolutely brilliant and were always their to help, from the cleaners to the managers. A special mention to Zeeshan who really helped and went above and beyond as my son who has multiple allergies was accommodated for food wise. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the masjid so a great location. The Golf Buggys line up outside to take you to Masjid Quba. Lots of shops and museums within walking distance.
