The location is good. You are close to everything you need and the walking distance to the Haram is manageable. The service is good if you ask for it. If you ask them to clean your room, they will do it, or if you ask for new towels. The room was quite disappointing for €100 per night (during the Ramadan period). There was no hairdryer or iron. The toilet was not cleaned properly, and if you want to take a warm shower, only a very small stream of water comes out, which makes it difficult to wash yourself properly. That is very unfortunate. The windows can not open. There is not much sunlight coming in so sometimes you will feel inside a box (I was on the 17th floor). The WiFi is not always very strong. WhatsApp works fine, but video calls do not. Be aware that staff may knock and then simply enter your room. They do not say something like “housekeeping” or announce themselves. This happened several times, even at times when no room cleaning was scheduled (21:00). Since then, I have always had to lock the door or hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign. More respect for guests’ privacy would be appreciated. All in all, I do not think €100 is worth it for what you get. Read less

Well I was not hoping a 4 stars hotel, but however few things can be improved. First before booking, it was mentioned that the check in can be done at 10 am, however we could not do it beofre 12pm. Room is a good size comparing to other hôtels in Mekkah, the room was clean, with no smell, I noticed that there was no ventilation working in the bathroom and the Windows cannot be opened. The ladies in the reception ( Saudi ones) are delightful and very supportive. There is a prayer room in the hotel and a mosque very close, Al Haram is 15 minutes walk but you will access from doors 104/107 , for Tawaf you need to consider going the other way around. The négative point was the restaurant, they offer buffet iftar was between 6 and 9pm, we went at 7 pm and there was littéraly NOTHING! we had to wait for 15 minutes and then all what they had was chicken and rise plus soupe, breuvage was water and tea, and for the salad it was barely vegetable and hot sauce. This is a good and budget-friendly (economy) hotel. It has good security and services, and the staff are amazing, very supportive, and cooperative. The crowd was also good, and the hotel provides a good number of shuttle buses. The only downside is that you mostly have to rely on the shuttle service. However, it is still only about a 5–8 minute walk to Haram Gate 79, which is reasonable considering the lower price. Overall, everything else was very good. One thing I really liked about this hotel is the staff and the people who stay there. The guests are very diverse, from many different nationalities, and everyone is very friendly. Stayed here with my parents and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is at a good distance from Haram, around a 10–15 minute walk, and the shuttle service makes it even easier. Rooms were clean, hot and cold water was always available, and ventilation was excellent. Elevators are a big plus. Very fast and plenty of them, so no long waits. Having shops inside the towers is super convenient. Mattress felt a bit old, but everything else was well maintained. Would definitely book again. Read less

Recommended in terms of Location wise only for those who are healthy and in winter season and don’t need wheel chair because of really big steep hill when going to mosque not recommended in summer even for healthy individuals too much heat takes at least 15-25 mins to walk to mosque. The 24 hour free shuttle service was really helpful, it sometimes got a bit too crowded but new buses came every few minutes. I lived on floor 21 and the view was awesome. One improvement could be the tech. The phone did not work properly sometimes, and the TV was like 15 years old. Overall, it was a great experience. Read less

Our worst hotel experience ever. We stayed in Building 3, Floor 16, Room 40. The cleanliness was unacceptable. probably the worst we’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bathroom door was in terrible condition, and it looked like the blanket hadn’t been changed in weeks. I hope someone from the management can check that room. To make things worse, the receptionist didn’t even answer the phone. what if there was an emergency? I understand this might be what we get for the amount we paid, but even at a budget level, there should be basic standards of cleanliness and service. We definitely won’t be coming back. Read less

One of the best things is that there are several good restaurants right downstairs and a grocery store nearby for anything you might need. Overall it is a comfortable and hassle free experience. First of all, location is super great. 10 minutes walk and you will be infront of gate 114. There are 24/7 shuttle buses that drop you to jarwal bus station. However, we stayed with a baby and it was a hassle to get on the bus. Because people are so inconsiderate that they don’t offer you a seat if you are standing while holding the baby. Moreover, If you leave the haram right after any salah for example isha then it will be very difficult to walk towards hotel or bus stop due to crowd and street vendors occupying most of the space on the roads. Therefore, we always waited half an hour after isha salah and then walked towards hotel. (That was after eid) Regarding our stay, we were four adults, one baby. Check-in wasn’t smooth, had to wait for an hour to get the keys. Rooms are just ok, probably its time for some renovations. Right after check-in, I found bathroom is dirty with hairs on floor. Service people are super nice and coordinate with you very well for cleaning and other stuff. There are plenty of baqalas, restaurants around. Food delivery apps works just fine and they can easily get to the location. Wifi internet sucks, even mobile internet wasn’t fully available in our room. I will definitely stay again just for 10 minutes walk to haram 😀 Read less

Good 4 star hotel near to all amenities. 24/7 access to shuttle service and all sort of food ang groceries shops at the doorstep. Hotel is very busy itself and you’ll always find husstle bussle around the area. Hotel has its own shopping center to buy all necessary stuff. Drop of of shuttle bus leads you straight to the gate 60. If you prefer to walk, it still not very far. If you’re taking taxi from airport to get to the hotel just say “Abrazul Kiswa” and it will drop you staright infront to the hotel building. Highly recommended. Read less

I cannot believe the utter disaster that is this hotel! It's beyond belief, the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in my entire life. The air conditioning is an absolute nightmare. It's like a malfunctioning beast that never stops. The temperature just keeps rising and rising, and you have to practically break the remotes and wrestle with the plugs to get it to work, but even then, it's a lost cause. The state of the walls is simply appalling. They are literally falling apart before my eyes. When my poor mother attempted to switch on the lamp it resulted in the entire wall board collapsing on my mother, it was an outright health and safety hazard! Can you imagine? It's absolutely unacceptable! Now let's talk about the mat. Oh, what a joke! It's placed haphazardly, creating a health hazard in itself. It's filthy beyond words, littered with all sorts of food and insects crawling around. Disgusting! And don't even get me started on the beds. They're so unstable and rickety, it feels like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The duvet cover is a disaster in its own right – ugly, torn, and reeking of sweat. It's repulsive! Can you believe they won't even provide basic necessities like toilet rolls and clean towels unless you specifically ask for them? It's outrageous! And let's not forget the muck surrounding the basins, adding to the overall filthiness of this wretched place. To top it all off, the shower head decided to take a dive on my sister's toes. Can you imagine the pain and discomfort? This place is a nightmare! The cherry on the cake was when, after lodging complaints, we were rudely woken up in the middle of the night to switch rooms. Guess what? The other room was even worse! I can't believe they have the audacity to call this a hotel. This whole experience has been a heart-wrenching disappointment. It's simply the worst hotel in the entire world, and I'm absolutely devastated that I wasted my hard-earned money and valuable time on this nightmarish excuse for accommodation. Read less

The very first stay I got a decent city view. The second time, I booked a room with a city view again, but instead, I got a pigeon/alleyway view as apparently there were no more rooms available. Also, the carpet wasn't the cleanest. It's a decent place to stay provided it's not overpriced because you're basically paying for a room full of beds. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's not at right at the haaram, but it's good enough to walk there or take the free shuttle bus. It's about a 5 minute walk to where the shuttle bus drops you off, then another 10-15 minutes to actually walk into the haaram. It's decent for a short-term stay or if you'll be at the haaram a lot and just need a place to sleep. Read less

I am speechless honestly, i have read so many reviews about this place and was actually recommended to stay here but the state the room i was provided is in left me with my jaw on the floor. I can not take enough pictures to show how dirty this room is and when i tried to call the reception the phone was unplugged then when i plugged it and called no one answered.. this is not worth the price at all, i do not recommend (also there were no toiletries just a bar of soap) Edit: i got bitten by bed bugs too Read less
