The rooms are always well-maintained, the check-in process is smooth, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make my stays enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Monir Yousuf from the restaurant staff for his outstanding service. He is always professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We recently stayed at the Hilton convention in February, just before Ramadan. Let’s be clear- This is not 5 star by any means. Maybe a solid 4 star The positives are that the breakfast is great (at breakfast, Aktaruzzaman was attentive and lovely!). Also that the cleaning and food service staff are friendly and happy to help. The location is good ( just a small uphill walk that can be tiring but still very close) The partial view from our room of the haram was enjoyable. The negatives are; The main desk staff can often be busy as there have only ever been two available at a time- so it takes longer to be seen. They can sometimes be a-little rude. The phone in our room wasn’t working - I asked if it could be replaced but it didn’t happen. The iron wasn’t working but that was surprisingly replaced quickly when asked. The kettle didn’t work always. Some of our plugs also didn’t work in our room and made a crackling sound when used. Our room had some small bits that also needed fixtures like the cracked light shade in the bathroom or the tear in the lamp (maybe I’m being picky but if you call yourself 5….) Read less

The hotel is immaculately clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from the Haram – making it ideal for anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished, with breathtaking views of the Holy Mosque. The overall atmosphere is calm and respectful, which made our spiritual journey even more meaningful. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to MD Parvez from housekeeping. He always greeted us with a warm smile and ensured that our room was spotless and well-stocked every day. His kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. A special mention also goes to Yousef Abu Alqasim, a breakfast waiter who truly made our mornings brighter. We booked breakfast as well, and I must say there were so many varieties to choose from, and your plate was never empty. It was delicious. I also ordered room service for my son, who only has English food and didn't want to take him out to feed him, but me and my husband and I enjoyed our traditional foods outside. Room service food was a delight, and my son really enjoyed it. They also rang to get feedback, which I thought was very nice. The chick in procedure could take a while as for some new guests should confirm about parking is included in there stay or not. One thing that they should have done is there was no security guard to guide for parking in basement and there is a slope at the parking entrance which whole entering during the day is not much visible, I would like if the hotel came with a solution for that. According to my family this room is perfect. The hotel service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, especially the Falafel which has a savory taste. In the afternoon and evening, we went to the lounge for Afternoon Tea and dinner. The dinner is very good, especially if there is rice. Absolutely amazing stay and brilliant service! In-detail review below: Check-In Experience 5/5 We were a family of 5 (Adults) and we checked in around 12.30am and the hotel lobby was quiet. Luggage was offloaded by the staff and taken inside and was told to check-in at the reception. Was greeted well and I provided by booking details to the receptionist. He was very attentive and answered any questions I had. As we had two rooms booked, he asked if we would like to have the rooms on the same floor. Paid the remainder of the rooms via credit card which went smoothly. Took around 10 minutes for the whole check in process which was very good. Rooms 4/5 Rooms were perfect and clean. We were given a 4-bed room for 3 of us which was ample. and a 2-queen bed for the ladies. View was partial haram which was good. Some amenities listed on Booking.com were not present such as the slippers and bathrobe but we weren't too concerned about these. Only given 4/5 for this because someone else might require these amenities and if they are listed they should be provided but weren't big of a deal for us. Also one out of the two rooms booked did not have any drinks or snacks in the mini fridge although the other room did. Laundry Service 5/5 Quick and efficient and offered us free ironing and folding which are usually charged. Could not complain about this service as it was perfect as you'd expect. Customer Service 5/5 Calls from the room landline were answered immediately and always helpful on the other side. All queries answered thoroughly. Shuttle Service 4/5 24-Hour shuttle is a good service to provide, however was not as expected as it only takes you to the flat part near the shops at the bottom. Does not take you the front of the marbled area of the masjid. So you still need to walk around 4-5 minutes to get to the marbled area. Sometimes takes very long to come especially in the late night hours between 1 and 4am. Read less

I was booked at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel and when I arrived in Makkah I was transferred to the Hilton Convention Hotel without prior notice or a letter stating that the hotel will be changed. I had to wait in the lobby of the hotel for three hours after a long travel trip under the pretext that my reservation information had not been transferred from the first hotel (Double Tree) even though the hotel had been booked a whole week in advance. I just want to notice that it will be my first and last experience of this bad hotel The rating on the reservation sites page and Google Maps will be poorly rated + never mention this place to anyone Regards , Read less

I stayed from the 2nd of March till 8th of March Ramadan 2026 the hotel Is clean beautiful and all the front staff and reception staff and restaurant staff are so kind polite and helpful and welcoming I had a really nice positive stay the only reason I am giving one star is because the cleaning staff on the 7th floor is a group Bengali boys and men who are every rude arrogant and disrespectful and do not clean the room properly they clean half like the toilet and leave beds and floor not hoovered and no bed make up and they don’t provide all the refills you have to constantly call reception and let them know about this situation then the boys and room make up boys come back and clean a bit more and leave a bit more and when they come back there behaviour and attitude is really bad and they say they have run out of amenities everyday and lie and talk with a very bad rude attitude I had to complain to the supervisor of house keeping one day then he made the housekeeping boy come and do room properly again then the house keeping group on the seven floor all day when they see me give me dirty rude looks and if I asked for any help they say go downstairs to reception and tell them they would try and make my stay very difficult and cause distress to my mood I really didn’t like these group of bengali house keeping cleaning room group boys on the 7th floor they are not welcoming or helping or polite and do not have manners because of there behaviour I do not think we will return to this hotel again it’s a shame because I really liked the rest of all staff at reception and restaurant and lobby and the bell boys and the hotel is so nice and clean and very good location unfortunately this group of Bangladeshi boys and men from the 7th floor house keeping and room cleaning made me feel very uncomfortable and un welcomed Read less

I stayed here for 3 nights & I would highly recommend this place. It’s perfectly situated right next to Mosque Nawabi, literally within 5 mins. I was able to attend the mosque & get a space inside to do my prayers after hearing the azan in my hotel room. All of the staff were polite and so helpful. The room is really spacious & clean. Everything worked perfectly and the mini fridge kept the drinks cold. I wish we stayed here longer. The breakfast was good - more catered towards Arabs/turkish rather than British breakfast, omelette chef is a really nice guy, if you requested fried eggs he would make it without any fuss. House keeping did a great job too, our room was cleaned and topped up whenever we wanted it. I’d also like to say a huge thank you to Muhammed Ali - concierge, he helped sort a green taxi to Mecca at a cheaper price than uber was quoting. The driver was honest and reliable, got us to Mecca safely. Inshallah when I return to Medina again, I hope to stay here again. 10/10 Read less

Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff deserve a big mention. They were friendly, professional, always happy to help, and great at communicating. I genuinely felt at home during my stay. The location is also spot on, only about a 7 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed – from fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning & a clean bathroom. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping the space spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – a delicious and varied selection of fresh food. The restaurant staff were friendly and always ready to help. I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, but regrettably, my experience fell short of expectations. I would like to share some observations in the hope that they contribute to improving the experience for future guests: Room Assignment & Layout: I booked a 3 pers room and it was a 2 pers room with extra bed. It was too small for 3 persons also the floor carpet is very dirty it never has been cleansed with a carpet cleaner. Noise Disturbance: The window was not soundproof, resulting in continuous noise from traffic and street activity during the night, which significantly impacted my sleep quality. Air Conditioning: The AC unit functioned intermittently, switching on and off without maintaining a stable room temperature. This made the room climate inconsistent and uncomfortable throughout the night. It also made a lot of noise that we could not sleep. I had to buy earplugs, Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was disappointing and raised concerns about hygiene standards the corners where very dirty. Food Quality: Unfortunately, the food served did not meet expectations. It lacked both warmth and flavor, and the variety offered was limited, especially for a hotel of your class. Staff Interaction: I found the staff to be somewhat distant and unengaged. While operations seemed efficient, the warmth and attention to detail that often define quality service were lacking. At checkout, there was no acknowledgment or farewell—something as simple as a “thank you” would have left a better impression. Read less

I checked into Jayden hotel on 20th March and booked a twin standard room. The room was lovely but I had a slight issue which house keeper Asik attended straight away and was so efficient and hardworking and was extremely attentive, also the head of house keeping Delowar Hussain also assisted and apologised for any inconvenience and was very understanding. Housekeeping provided us with brilliant customer service. We really appreciated their effort. In addition Management also attended and kindly upgraded our room to a king bed room. So far me and my partner are having a great experience. This hotel is modern , clean and only 5mins away from Masjid an Nabawi. We stayed in Pullman zam zam last year and we found Jayden Hotel to be a lot closer. We highly recommend. We hope to contuine to have a wonderful experience in this hotel. Read less

I had a wonderful stay at Jayden Hotel. The property feels new, clean, and modern. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and respectful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. They gave me a beautiful room with a great view, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the Prophet’s Mosque. As a nice touch, they even provided a complimentary fruit basket. Overall, my stay was lovely, and I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Read less
