I stayed at the Anjum Hotel for 7 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Muhammad Aala was an excellent chef who made my omelette perfectly every morning and even remembered my order each day. That personal touch really meant a lot. Room service was also great. I would especially like to mention Jamal Rahman on the 21st floor, he is a very hardworking young man and provided wonderful service. The hotel itself is good, comfortable, and well managed, though it is a bit far from Door 79 of Masjid al-Haram. Overall, it was a good stay. Read less

The stay from check-in was great and very helpful. They welcomed us warmly, took all our bags from taxi to carrier, placed them in our room, and arranged room exactly as we requested. The cleaning service is very polite and available 24/7. They clean even if you give them only five minutes while you’re in a rush they are always ready to help and make sure the room stays clean. I got ill during my stay and requested lemon with salt, and it always arrived within seconds. Ibrahem (Abu Amal), Chief of Staff, showed great hospitality. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, he always seek feedback to ensure services are top notch , and that is highly appreciated and rarely found, he must be definitely a valuable staff member. The room had a great view of Masjid Alharam, and the breakfast had everything fresh and well prepared. Highly recommend. Read less

i am staying at the anjum hotel for 5 days today is my fourth day and before i even end my trip i can Wholeheartedly say it is the best And most convenient hotel to stay at The location is In an amazing place, meaning the views from the window are beautiful Walking to the kaaba To perform Umrah Is so fast and convenient, especially After performing when you’re tired and all you want to do is go back to your hotel. The rooms are beautifully set up beds are made every single day without fail. The hotel provides water tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, razors, anything you may need Including an iron, a hairdryer and towels they even have a safe to put valuables in. The cleaners are Mostly Bengali and are extremely respectful They won’t touch a single item that Belongs to you, which I find very important. I even left a shopping bag full of rubbish and they didn’t take it just in case it was something that belonged to me. They have a lot of respect For visitors. And have helped us out a lot, They regularly topped up our Waters etc. And I just think they make the whole Umrah process so much smoother. The hotels have many lifts, although the lifts are busy it gets the job done They have communal seating areas And shops on the bottom floor in case you need anything. The entire hotel is spotless Which is constantly cleaned throughout the day it is beautifully decorated And definitely worth the money. We had booked the hotel with a breakfast buffet that was also good. It had a quick sign in system and you was free to eat whatever you wanted. The waiters are also respectful helping whenever they can. The Food is generally good there’s a huge variety Which is good for kids and picky eaters. Alhamdulillah my family and I had they opportunity to make umrah last week. We stayed in Anjum Hotel. Overall the experience has been wonderful. The hotel is of close proximity to the Haram. We booked a quad room and it was clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was luxurious. The only thing I wish the hotel would consider is to have shopping next to it. Good experience at anjum. The service is great, Housekeeping MD Taskin room 1121 there's a café with many options to eat from. The workers are also wonderful. One of the workers Shuaib, who works in the food service area was really nice, he made sure that we got anything we needed. Along side him was the breakfast manager Amjd, who is also kind and was helpful. The café on the ground floor is also a good place for food or for tea. I would highly recommend ordering the lamb chopps or the pizzas. The location is also wonderful , it's a 5 minute walking distance to masjid al haram. They dont allow to eat in other sections. And the Pakistani food is so spicy with same sort of food everyday. I had full board meal plan and literally got sour throat in just 3 days. The booking was for 8 days. Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel with food plan. Worst food discrimination and same spicy food everyday. It has been a smooth experience with Anjum hotel. For me it’s the first time however my brother are regulars during the last 10 days of holy month Ramadan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the booking however when we explained the matter the hotel staff were very considerate and understanding. I personally appreciate the housekeeping team Ma’amon, Mukhtar and their supervisor Kazi. They are very attentive, hard workers and friendly. Surely this hotel we will consider in our next visit. I am writing this review while I am at the hotel right now location is near the haram but you will walk a little bit to reach it as the doors are nearly 1 km away walking may be more but it may be the worst food I have had in any hotel I stayed in before. It is not about the variety it is about the quality of food even the bread you feel it is backed since a couple of days and the croissants is made of the same bread material Room service the worst thing in this hotel you must ask and call them a lot of times in order to have your request done even I asked the guy to pick the trash and left it for him outdoor and he was there doing another room but he left without picking it and you keep asking for new towels or any other default amenities you need The safe box is not working and they changed it 2 times till now and it is still not working Other Hotel facilities are good and the reception guys are helpful but they are the only ones here It is my 1st time in this hotel and it will be my last one for sure Read less

If you have confirmed your stay earlier they will treat you like goons. The worst side of the hotel is the location. You have to literally ride a 20 meter high road on the way back to hotel from haram. And trust me you would rather prefer walking 300 meters in the sun than this 100 meter steep road. After all of that we entered the room that was extremely dirty nuts on the carpet, dust on tables and tissues on the carpet. One of the toilets smelled so bad as if it wasn’t cleaned. Beds are not comfortable at all. No slippers in the room. No bath robe for shower. There is a Nespresso machine with no capsules; if you don’t want to add capsules remove the machine. The fridge was empty, 3 or 4 water bottles were in the room. When I book a Junior suite at a 5 star hotel, I would expect more!! Read less

Ahmad of the Front Office took very good care of us as we were checking in the hotel - I appreciate his generosity and warmth in welcoming us and making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Our suite was very comfortable and cosy. Housekeeping team did a good job making sure we had what we needed. Our daily buffet breakfast on the mezzanine floor was well attended to by the warm and eager staff ( I wish I had remembered to write down their names but they were all very helpful and kind). Walk to the haram is a short distance away especially to the ladies' entrance. I was happy to be greeted warmly by the doorman every day. We were really stressed out and tired from our travel, they made it easy for us to check in. The location and view is so beautiful! And there are a lot of shopping sites near the hotel like literally under the hotel. It’s also a two minute walk to al haram a very famous attraction which is perfect! The staff offers to come in to your room and give you some instructions about where things are and what numbers to call if you need anything and they take your bags and place them in the room for you. This was my second time staying at Dar Al Eiman Al Haram Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Haram, which makes it incredibly convenient for prayers and access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel manager and reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and their warm hospitality really stood out. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping was inconsistent — with some days where the room was not cleaned properly or on time. Room maintenance was also below expectations; we experienced leaking in the bathroom and signs of wear, which was disappointing, especially for a hotel that has recently undergone renovations. The condition of the rooms did not reflect the standard expected from a newly updated property. Additionally, the breakfast menu could be expanded to offer more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days or those with different dietary preferences. The location was great as it was a minute walk to the masjid directly by the ladies entrance. the room itself was quite small & not storage facilities for luggage. we had to put our suitcases under the desk. the bathroom was VERY bad, there was mold in the sink, it would make me gag every time I saw it. the shower wasn’t clean, open shower so water would go everywhere & very dated. I paid for breakfast but there was nothing good to eat. I wouldn’t waste my money on the breakfast and rather go out to eat as there’s many food places right outside. I’ve stayed at the Address hotel in Makkah and their breakfast options were 10/10. I wish this hotel had more variety; avacado, beans, toast, sausages, better quality of tea & juices. Read less

Honest Review: First impressions were wow! Very clean inside reception and very modern looking. Definitely looks like a 5* hotel compared to a 4* Check in was a breeze. Came with my wife and child and was very easy to go to masjid nabawi which was one street away. Estimate 1-2 minute walk go actual gate. For women it was very good as was near the women side. This was essential as we had a 11 month old. Very happy with location. Slightly abit longer for men if they want to pray inside. Had no trouble with getting down or up the elevators. Probably waited a minute max if it was currently in use. Room was very modern looking, beds were nice and tidy and tbh we never use the cleaning services when at hotels. Always put DND on to avoid people coming into rooms. This time i had used the services as there was always someone on the floor to help you. I had one issue with the shower handle falling off. I let the staff know and a handyman came within a couple of minutes. The one real issue i had at this hotel was the safe inside the room i always check if they are working before actually putting anything inside. This time i checked it and it had locked and was unable to get it unlocked. Rang reception twice about this issue and still no one has come which is disappointing. Bathroom was generally okay not the best or modern but did the job. Shower was large but did not have a handheld shower head only a rainfall shower head and a tap. They had a separate sitting bidet and a handheld shower bidet. Bath towels were slightly on the smaller side compared to my makkah hotel but did the job. They gave lots of amenities. Including dental kit, shaving kit, soap shower gel, shampoo etc. Free water was included with our stay. Anytime you was thirsty they were more than happy to give you how ever much u wanted. We used the tea service once. It didn't come with coffee pods but we had told reception and they had sent some. Came with green tea etc. COLD!!! If i had one thing to complain about it would be that the room we was in was cold. We didn't even use the AC during the time we stayed as room was generally at 20° constantly. No heat option availably. Our other room was much warmer it may have just been the room we stayed in. View: construction site of the mosque expansion. May be a better view once the construction has finished. I would definitely stay again :) Didn't get breakfast from here as much cheaper to eat out. You have Karak express and kudu about 30 seconds to 1 minute away. They also have a gissah in the lobby. There was also men and women only gyms available. The hotel is very close to Gate 339, which is the entrance for women. I stayed in a 4-bed room with three other pilgrims. The room was quite comfortable, and they provided bottled water and enough amenities for the four of us. Although I felt there wasn’t much space to put our suitcases and other belongings (but after comparing it with the room I stayed at in Makkah, the room at Deyar Al Eiman was still much more decent). The service was great, and the housekeeper was really friendly—turned out he was Indonesian too, just like me. His name was Mas Abdurrahman, and he was super helpful during our stay. As for the food, at first I thought the menu lacked variety, but again, after comparing it to the one in Makkah, this one was definitely better. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. Read less

Absolutely fantastic location with a short quick walk to gate 339. This location and gate is Ideal for families with kids and elders. We had a room with haram view alhamdulillah. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillow options. Service and staff were excellent and they are very generous with refills of supplies and water in the room. You can stay at this hotel without having to carry any toiletries. Multiple lifts which are quick and spacious even during busy times. Overall very impressed with the hotel, rooms and service. Highly recommend and will definitely book again inshallah. Read less

We had a really bad experience at this place. The hotel looks good from the outside but the rooms are stinky and really in a bad shape the washrooms are dirty full of dunk. The stuff was really good we asked to change the room and then they offered the room change second room was just like that but still manageable. The advertised food to be good however they cater mainly to the Malaysian Indonesian communities and they make breakfast and food for them specifically so if you like that kind of food I recommend that you go there if you don't like that kind of food try another hotel it is really close to the mosque and it's really close to the woman's entrance the men's entrance is also nearby so it doesn't really her too much. The elevators are really confusing and so is the corridor. The hotel opens up from Shop owners the try to sell you as you walk past them and force you into their shops. They also give a really bad steer to the women that are with you. So be careful when you book a hotel it is not my top most priority but if you want close proximity then by all means go for it. Only give star for its location that really close to gate 26 but the rest were big no no. I got my room key very late, it was the previous guest's fault for taking too long to check out but hotel staff did nothing, and the cleaning process was super slow that people from our tour management had to supervise them (🤣🤣🤣). Got the key finally when maghrib almost came so I didn't have time to clean myself, it was so tiring after 10 hours on airplane + 6 hours on road. I got my room still dirty with some garbage on the floor. Staying there for 3 days, not even once my room was tidied up until my husband himself a bit angry told the housekeeping to clean it. Come on guys, you serve Allah's guest with no hospitality at all and even so arrogant that you told us that we needed you. Careful for what happen later because Allah never be quite on His guests' difficulties. Read less
