i visited the Mecca Mukarrama for Umrah. i stayed Hotel Palestine for 5 nights. It has awesome location to access to Kaba. You need to walk just 10 mins to Kaba. Rooms were clean. And Mr. Favzi is one of the most kindest person in Mecca Mukaarrama. He helps us a lot. Thank you for make our trip easier. i recommend the Palestine. It has affordable prices Read less

Disappointing Stay - 4/10 Overall Rating: 4/10 I stayed at this hotel for one night from 9 jan to 10 jan 2026, and unfortunately, it was a mixed experience with several significant drawbacks. The Positives Reception & Staff: The reception staff were generally polite, and the restaurant staff were very professional and helpful during my visit. The Negatives Booking Errors: Although my reservation explicitly included breakfast, the reception staff forgot to add it to my room profile. This led to a very embarrassing and awkward situation at the restaurant when I was told I wasn't on the list. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The variety was extremely limited, and I would rate the food selection a 3/10. Room Facilities: One of the biggest issues was the lack of accessible power outlets. I couldn't find a single plug near the desk or bed to charge my laptop, and I was forced to use the bathroom outlet just to get some work done. This is unacceptable for a modern hotel. Conclusion While the staff members are friendly, the lack of attention to booking details and the poor room layout made for an inconvenient stay. I hope the management addresses these facility and coordination issues. Read less

Not happy with the stay 1 toilets are not clean the water stay on the floor after the shower 2 wifi signals are very bad it hardly works in the room or even in the lobby. 3 reception staff seems helpless in response to fix the issues. 4 location is quite far it takes 20 mins to reach outside the haram 5 the hotel and rooms are full of flies 6 overall bad experience I will not recommend staying in here if u want peaceful stay. 7 I asked to change the room from they day I stay in this hotel but they did not help although there were empty rooms available next to my room. I had to go and check on my mother every other hour because there was not internet or other way to communicate. 8 The TV remote were broken not working, Live makkah tv signals were extremely bad 9 pillow quality is very bad they are so hard and big 10 Toilet seat cover moves and they are tiny in size 11 room size are not appropriate for a 4 single beds. If anything falls you effort to pick it between the beds 12 its not a five star hotel as mention on Google or 3 star hotel as mention on the hotel entrance its a 1 star hotel so think carefully before u book it Read less

The rooms are relatively small for 3 or 4 beds. Wi-Fi was very weak and sometimes doesn’t work at all. Housekeeping was good and friendly, and the reception staff were also welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to Haram, about 05–10 minutes away. Read less
