I had one of the most memorable stays in Makkah. From the very beginning, Mr. Rayan truly made my day with a smooth and welcoming check-in experience that set the tone for the rest of my visit. The view was simply breathtaking — overlooking the whole of Makkah in a way that made every moment feel special. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering both comfort and tranquility. The buffet featured an impressively wide variety of options, clearly reflecting the extra effort and dedication of both the operations team and the kitchen staff to cater to such large numbers with excellence. Accessibility was outstanding — with seamless access to and from the mall, as well as convenient connectivity to the Makkah Haram side, making the entire stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality we received — especially from Mr. Sakeer, the assistant manager, whom we had the pleasure of interacting with during the daily dining. He was incredibly welcoming, always checking in to see if everything was okay, asking if we needed anything, and offering to help in any way he could. His warm personality and attentiveness really made a difference and left a lasting impression on us. The buffet meals for both breakfast and dinner were phenomenal — so much variety, consistently delicious food, and the dessert bar was next-level. Even during the busiest times, there was always plenty to choose from, and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everything well-stocked and fresh. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the in-room Adhan system was such a thoughtful touch that enhanced the spiritual experience of our trip. And of course, the location — 0 meters from Masjid al-Haram — couldn’t have been more perfect. Special shout out to Mr Faizan who was very courteous and helpful at all times. However compared to the money being paid, the rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The shower area is so small that a claustrophobic person would never get in there. The bathroom really needs working on considering the fact that this is a 5 star hotel. And the service isn't great. They have so many guests checking in every day and I guess this makes them indifferent or too tired to be hospitable to each guest. Read less

I don’t know how this hotel has a 4.5 stars.. this was so expensive for finding mold in the bathrooms (video and picture) the bed is not comfortable, there is a beep sound in every floor and they don’t turn off at night time ( video). And when we asked them to turn off they said it’s like this and they can’t do nothing. It beeps every 10-20 seconds.. you can’t sleep.. Also the windows are so dirty that you can’t see anything outside ( picture).. the minimum you should keep are things cleaned.. the safe was also locked and not working, so we didn’t want housekeeping since we had our passports in the room.. we contacted them, they could not fix and that’s it.. it’s broken. The inclusive dinner does not even include soda.. only water! I have nothing good to say. Even the short distance is not worth the money they charge. There are better options around. Sanitary and health services should be contacted for these molds.. True 5 star hotels would never be like this one. This hotel needs urgent updates.. And do you know what answer you get from them? Literally nothing! Any hotel that is 5 star would make sure things like these are working and cleaned and would at minimum provide 5 star Costumer service. Room are big and especially the luggage box room is very handy as it keeps your room clear of suitcases. Bath and toilets are very clean and spacious. Only one area where there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different items but if you are from South Asian subcontinent, then you will feel disappointed because mainly the dishes are either Arabic and some European. The cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities were next to none. We had a room facing the Kabbah, what an amazing sight that was! The buffet breakfast, “Well what can I say! The variety was amazing. I don’t think I could identify all the dishes they were so plentiful. If shopping is a key feature of you pilgrim then rest assured you won’t get a better hotel than this! It was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets we've had. What really made the experience special was the service. Captain Mohammed Rezaul was fantastic and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. He kept our table perfectly clean, made sure our drinks were always topped up, and brought everything we needed so our family didn't have to keep getting up. So first point convenient. Second rooms are spacious and very new. Third service is excellent from front desk to room service. Fourth point breakfast have a huge selection and everything is excellent. And the morning staff under the manger MR. RAJA and his whole team is very professional and ready to make you pampered by there great service. One of the server MR. SHAB I have to tell about him was so caring and remember what we liked and what we want. They do have cafe also it's serve Starbucks coffee plus non Starbucks too. They do have room service for dining & i had great experience in it . Food was great. lady who worked explain what is the local brand & which one is there. Excellent service there too. Coming from the U.S., we were looking for a place with close proximity to Madinah for us and our family members and this place did not disappoint. We were able to walk back and forth to and fro to the masjid for our prayers and back. It’s a one minute walk to Masjid Al Manawara and right in front of Masjid Al Qamama (the masjid where Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) prayed for rain. The service is amazing. The staff so hospitable, always giving Salams, and catering to whatever needs you need. Every day in Ramadan, they would have ghisr coffee and Sukari dates for all the guests. On Eid Day, they passed out roses, cupcakes, cake cookies, to all the guests. I loved the architecture of this hotel - beautifully designed - the elevator when the doors close ( inside) it has the doors of Masjid Al Munawwarah. The rooms are spacious,clean, and they have a water boiler with tea so you can have tea whenever you want. I highly recommend getting the breakfast and dinner at the hotel- it’s fantastically amazing! Fresh, with a variety of amazing choices and cuisines. I've stayed in this hotel for one night in a unit facing the ground mosque. The best thing about this hotel is its location, It's facing the mosque from the imam side. Which means that entering the mosque is much easier due to the smaller crowd compared to the hotels at the back of the mosque. The units are clean and well maintained, Especially that it is under heavy use all year long. I've been to more luxurious hotels, but they are not far off from what I've seen in this hotel.The restaurant in the hotel is good and the food choices are also good. Mild chlorine odour on water, especially if you use hottube. Housekeepjng team polite, dilgent and responsive but somehow not completed the job (i think this is management direrction, see below). Soundproof ness it was very good. Waterpresssure also good. Wifi internet speed good. Toiletries nearly completed but the housekeeping team not giving what it should, for example shavings kits, extra soap and shampoo (since the room occupied by 5 people, so you cannot only giving qty for 2 people isnt it?) Its also happened for th towel, tea/coffe/sugar, even you hide the water heater behind the cupboard , what a service.. just keep it out of the room if you didnt want your guests use it rather that hide it. Somehow management, please if you already take contract for accepeted Indonesian hajj guests, be full service or you may not take it at all. Yes, were not regular guest (umra) that only stay 2-3 nights. The staff at the restaurant are not very professional, we asked to order from the in room dining menu instead of buffet for dinner. The guy was hesitant at first & then asked us to sit at the far corner.. weird.. it wasn’t crowded. the food wasn’t great either, bland, and they took a long to serve even the starters! And something wasn’t cooked, the spring roll i believe was still frozen, as as a compensation they served us fresh fruits after. Overall, i dont think i would stay here again. Read less

People who have never met were put forcefully in the same hotel room. In all my travels I have never ever had such an experience. If you try to come to agreable understanding with the management of the hotel they point towards motawif. This is not in my view how a 5 star hotel should treat their guests. Read less
