This is my second time staying at the Conrad Makkah Hotel and once again it has been an amazing experience. The location is ideal — as soon as you come out of the hotel, Gate 79 (Kaaba entrance) is right in front of you, which makes it extremely convenient for going to the Haram. The food is excellent with a great variety and high-quality options. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and rest after a long day. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, professional and always ready to help. A special mention to Mohammad Ali, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure guests are well looked after. Overall, Conrad Makkah provides a wonderful stay with excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again. Read less

Mohammad Ali front desk/hilton honors guest services manager was so helpful throughout our stay and as diamond member we were offered nice room upgrades. Executive lounge was amazing and they had great quality service and food. Always taking great care of the guests. Yaser Ahmed at front desk and executive lounge is the best and he took special care of us and our families. Excellent hotel in a convenient location minutes away from the holy Mosque. There is a Mall within the Hotel that links the Jabal Omar hotels which has an extensive food court on the top floor (C4) so you don't need to go out in the heat to get food. The luggage took more than 30 mins to arrive from the reception to our rooms. 2. A cleaner barged into the room without any permission claiming we had ordered water when we hadn't... we just heard the door click and open. We didn't feel comfortable after that and constantly made sure the doors were locked and latched while we were in. 3. The children loved their stay as well. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples and family. The Haram was literally a 2 minute walk we were able to perform tawaaf daily. Easy and convenient for us with 3 small children. We stayed two nights at the Conrad a few weeks ago and overall it was an okay stay. I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, all the workers at the breakfast buffet, and the housekeeping team. We loved our room, which was so clean and comfortable. However, there were a couple negative issues that made the trip less than enjoyable. My issues are with the check-in process and also with communication. Before I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for one of two nights. When I got to the hotel, I expected to be charged only for the remaining night. However, the check-in agent charged me for the full booking. He assured me that I would get my refund from finance within 5 days for the first charge. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve sent 4 emails over the last few weeks, but no one has answered me. It is a large refund (almost $200) and it is extremely upsetting that they are ignoring me. If these issues hadn’t happened, it would’ve been an amazing 5-star stay! Unfortunately, they kind of ruined the trip and this hotel for us. Read less

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Only thing I would suggest is having the cleaners do a clean every day rather than having to ask every time. No major complaints. Only thing I would advise other guests about is you need to go early to prayers or you will get moved to the back of nabawi making your walk a little longer anyway. Read less

Special thanks to the Hotel Canteen Manager, Sohel, who took care of us with great professionalism and hospitality throughout our stay. Housekeeping staff member Palash was also very sincere and dependable, making sure our room was perfectly maintained every day. The hotel offered free breakfast and dinner buffets, and both were excellent with a great selection of food. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality were outstanding. I absolutely loved the location. Right outside the Haram gate #305. My mum & family loved the easy access to Haram and they could and would go every time they get a chance due to the ease of access. The room were also a decent size. The staff from reception to couple of the bell boys as well the cleaner Mr. Suboj & receptionist Mr. Haris were very helpful. They were also able to accommodate my request for a late checkout at 2pm. In terms of the negatives, I feel the toilets were too small & congested. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and I sometimes struggled to sleep as a result. Overall, I think it’s a great underrated property despite being ranked as a 3* but the facilities were good and the location was superb. I think the price could’ve been cheaper though as I paid a fair bit for it maybe because I booked very last minute. Read less

The staff were warm, professional, and consistently attentive, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including plush robes, premium toiletries, and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standard throughout my stay. One of the most memorable aspects was the breathtaking view of the Green Dome of the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) Mosque, a truly spiritual and serene sight. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and well-prepared options to start the day. The location is absolutely ideal, just a short walk from Masjid Al-Nabawi, which made attending prayers and exploring the area incredibly convenient. Perfecto! I just visited with my wife and daughter to this hotel and it was very pleasant and enjoyed stay to this hotel even though we were mostly in Masjid Nabawi. The reception is very helpful and we were allowed to the early checkin (1 hour earlier). The location supperb just take a walk 5 minutes to the Haram Masjid Nabawi. At first we had an issue with the view at the room we stayed at and that was the only annoying thing but after speaking to the staff and explaining our situation, the staff was so nice to help us out!!! You can tell that they really care about their visitors! A special thanks to Taher, Sobuj and Sumon for their kindness, help and service! Another big thank you to the kind staff member who knew that I loved drinking apple juice and always brought it to my table from the kitchen even if it was not available in the dining room simply because he remembered who I was. We were surprised to see the view from our room.They upgrade our room to Rozaha view.we are very thankful for this and we all enjoyed all 3 days in madina with the religious spirit. The hotel was very close to Rozaha.The staff was very nice.The breakfast buffet was very outstanding. The cleanliness was extremely nice.I will recommend all my family members to stay here evey time they visit Madina.I myself will now always come here InshaAllaha. We spent in this hotel for 10 days with my wife in February. The restaurant service was excellent, especially Big Thanks for Suhail. It has been taken care of us when we had flu on the fifth day stayed. he made us remedy ginger, lemon, and honey without asking, and he knew if his clients needed it . The terrible case this hotel was, I had issues with the digital key cards. I don't understand why they didn't realize it and fix it right away since the first issue. It will be fine for us if only one or three times problems, but the big matter was, from the 10th floor, I had to go down and up to the front Desk total 17 times in ten days stayed just to asked them to fix or reactivate it. It's seems they ignored the problem.Also, the last three days of stayed, I asked one of the hotel stuff managers (forgot his name) to switch another room. But he refused it. Room service was great, but the receptionists were terrible. My daughter was having a terrible headache so I called the front desk and asked for an ice pack. An ice pack. They did not have one. So I was like, fine, do you at least have ice? Apparently they don’t have ice either. My husband had to go to the pharmacy near the hotel to get my daughter an ice pack. He complained at the front desk and left to go get her the ice pack. When he came back to the room, his key card didn’t work. They literally disabled his key card. Also, besides that, rooms were tiny. We got a room with four twin sized beds and the window was literally A fourth of the wall. We didnt get a good view or anything but whatever. Bathroom was tiny, you couldn’t really move around comfortably. But room service was great, always cleaned properly and everything. Read less

The location is excellent, directly across the entrance with full view of the green dome and close to the Raudah where you make salaam to Nabi SAW. It's on the opposite end of the ladies entrance to the Masjid so it's a small walk. Rooms were tidy, spacious and neat. Tiny fridge wasn't sufficient. Just checked out today I must say agree with all the other reviews. Excellent customer service which is rare in Saudi. Breakfast was top of the range and the restaurant manager was simply awesome. Abu Shaheen in concierge arranged transport for me and my family at cost price. Beat all other quotes. He ensured all bags was duly collected from our room and loaded in the minibus. Anything you need just ask, another concierge person told me where to buy dates at a good price. I probably saved 400 SAR. So overall amazing hotel and service I am definitely rebooking them again insha allah. Read less

Restauran food are very good..A lot of variety you can choose.. only no coffee or tea provided during lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly. Alot of shop lot around the hotel. Closed to Quba Avenue for night walk. Good place to stay during Haj or Umrah. Read less
