⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Muslim-Friendly Stay at Holy Land Hotel Alhamdulillāh, I had a truly wonderful stay at Holy Land Hotel Jerusalem, and I highly recommend it, especially for Muslim families and groups. This is a Muslim-friendly hotel, and all food served is 100% halal. The breakfast and meals were delicious, fresh, and well prepared every day. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, and it was very comforting to eat with complete peace of mind. The staff were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. From reception to service staff, everyone was welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. A special appreciation goes to the cleaning crew, who did an outstanding job daily. Housekeeping was punctual, thorough, and very respectful of our privacy. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Old City and major holy sites, making it very convenient for pilgrims visiting Masjid Al-Aqsa and surrounding areas. Overall, Holy Land Hotel offers excellent hospitality, cleanliness, halal food, and comfort. May Allah reward the entire team for their service. In shā’ Allāh, I look forward to staying here again.

We asked for a spare key since there are two of us staying in the room with separate schedules. Every time we ask, the front desk says its coming right now i will send it up. After two nights, we gave up asking. Also, the rooms face the busy road for University of Jordan, so you are constantly hearing cars honking, when asked to change another room, the front desk said no, they are all the same. Lastly, the breakfast is depressing, its a few sachets of instant coffee, and a few pieces of tomato and cucumber. Not worth the price at all!

Me and my mum had a lovely stay at Holy Land Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a beautiful view of Al-Aqsa from our room. All of the staff were really nice and very helpful, outstanding service from Faraz. Breakfast and dinner were both lovely, the flavours were spot on and enough choices and variety. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Al-Aqsa when going through Herod’s gate, about a 5 minute walk from the old city in general. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in future visits to Jerusalem!

The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the bath door wouldn’t close at all. Towels were stained every day, and the bedding had stains with a strong chlorine smell. The curtains were also stained. The rooms weren’t very clean overall, and the bathroom trash can was unhygienic since you had to push it with your hand to open it. We also had issues with noise from loud tourists, and none of us slept well during our stay. At one point, staff even entered our room without asking. Eventually, we decided to change hotels.
Nice and clean hotel at Jerusalem

Honest review!! Visiting Israel for the 5th time. This is the first time I am so touched by the customer care of the hotel staffs. Amazingly supportive and always ready to attend our queries and suggestions. This review won’t be complete without mentioning few staffs:- 1st and the Best of the team:- Hussain (F&B Manager)- Brother, you are an amazing person with a kind heart to understand others needs. So surprised by the kind gestures you showed to me during my staff at the hotel. I was fasting in the day time during our Holy Week. Mr. Hussain understands that I am not able to have the breakfast;which comes with my booking. What he did was, every night he sent a food box to my room with the staff!! This is unbelievably a great kindness. Hussain, my bro, if you are reading this:- Thank You from the bottom of my heart for the support and kindness. Next, Housekeeping staffs:- I stayed other 4 hotels during my previous visits. This is the only hotel I found, “every single day” the housekeeping team is coming to the room and changing towels, toiletries, tea bags, coffee sachets etc. when I reach my room after my day time Pilgrimage, I always found my room was spotless!! Dear housekeeping team:- Thank You so much!! The Maintenance guy:- when I had an issue with the AC airflow, he personally checked and suggested me a solution. Thanks my dear. The wonderful guy with a nice smile in the reception, named- TRAINEE😊 Bro, thanks for listening to the concerns and addressing it to the right person. You did your job excellent. Overall:- I am so glad for my 8 days stay at the Holy Land Hotel. Location is right in front of the gate of Old City. Definitely, this hotel will be my first choice when I visit next time. 👍Good work team Holy Land hotel👏🏼👏🏼

Had a very difficult and stressful experience with asking for an extra towel as house keeping may have accidentally forgot there were 3 guests in my room. The request with the receptionist had turned into an unimaginable and unforeseeable altercation ! On the event of Asking manager to intervene with the situation as my trip was meant to to be a spiritual visit in which I wasn’t in a mindset to quarrel - he simply sided with her ! Nightmarish to say the least .. had to book another hotel the next day due to the lack of basic peaceful hospitality
Good breakfast. Clean and modern. The registered location on Google Map was incorrect. This hotel is NOT on the Manger St.

2 times staid here, not by chance because I came with a group. Dirty everywhere , 1st staying: lights didn’t work and AC couldn’t start, they gave me different room where shower hose was broken, on second day they replaced it but I had ask twice. 2d time staying: it was heat working only, mirror cracked, walls are dirty, soup dispenser is broken and 12 + another 3 steps from elevator to climb up, nasty carpet dirty steps and I can’t even climb due to my construction, I was sitting on the steps and waiting for them to do something because it was too hot in the room, after 20 minutes waiting they came back and took to another room with AC remote working than 10 minutes later man came in and took good remote control for AC and left not working one from previous room where inside the battery opening was green acid and I explained him in first room that remote won’t work due to acid inside, I was totally shocked that it was very difficult for them just to give normal remote, I was so tired but while they were looking for remote I cleaned bathroom sink which had somebody’s hair in it, and I wiped the surfaces in the room too because it was dust on them, they forgot to put trash bags, so I had a bag with me glad it was just right for one of trash cans, I missed the dinner of course but I had some bread and jam with me and water. If I had an option I would give minus 3 and next day they will do something nasty things like the 1st stay : switch the pillows from ok ones to very bad ones, and they took my friend’s towel when they came to clean, dirty rooms spread virus, after 1st stay passed 24 hours some people from our group got sick with virus and it still spreading to others. Sheets in second room weren’t changed, I wiped all surfaces with alcohol wipes and went to sleep over the blanket and covered myself with extra one from wardrobe, staff smokes on the emergency steps and smoke is coming to the room, I turned AC on and put extra winter blanket to the bottom of door to create barrier for the smoke.
This is a great hotel with amazing hospitality and food and solid rooms for a 3* hotel. I highly recommend it
Horrible food, poor service but fairly good rooms. Rooms had good views of Bethlehem but that's all for the pluses. Don't stay here.

Fantastic location on ladies side of Haram, if you want to be close to shopping and amenities this side has way more shops and malls. If you want less distractions stay on the men's side. Nice staff, good service, room was a disability room and was very large with comfortable beds and good shower. Only downside was windows did not open at all. Restaurant food is good and tasty but extremely busy in Ramadan and difficult to find seating for iftar. For the price, I'd stay again.

I had an incredible stay at the Emaar Royal Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Madinah. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish; the staff was genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. I was especially grateful when they provided a room upgrade to better accommodate me, which made the stay feel even more special. The location is perfect, being just a short, convenient walk to Masjid an-Nabawi, making daily prayers and visits seamless. Between the excellent service and the prime location, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Amaar Royal Hotel, Medina was truly memorable, and the biggest reason for this wonderful experience was the exceptional service provided by Abu Taher Mesbah. From the very beginning, he was extremely kind, respectful, and professional. He guided us perfectly, helped us with every small detail, and was always available with a warm smile. His attitude made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home. It is rare to find staff members who genuinely care about guests, and Abu Taher Mesbah is definitely one of them. His dedication, patience, and excellent manners truly reflect the high standards of Amaar Royal Hotel. Because of his outstanding service, our stay became stress-free and very pleasant. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and highly recommend this hotel — especially because of staff members like him.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Amaar Royal Hotel in Medina, Saudi Arabia, near the 25 Gate of the Prophet’s Mosque, and my experience was truly excellent. 🏨 Hotel & Location: The hotel is very comfortable and ideally located close to the 25 Gate of the mosque, which made our stay very convenient and peaceful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. 👨💼 Service & Staff: The service was outstanding — very polite, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to mention Abu Taher Mesbah, one of the hotel staff members, who provided exceptional service. He guided us very well, was always supportive, and made our stay much easier and more comfortable. 👍 Overall Experience: Excellent hospitality, great location, and top-class service. I highly recommend Amaar Royal Hotel to anyone visiting Medina, and special thanks to Abu Taher Mesbah for his wonderful service.

Everytime you had to charge your device, you had to turn all the lights on. The elevator was so slow and made multiple stops even though none of the numbers were pressed. The only good thing about this place was the location as it is quite close to the mosque. The toilet doesn't flush properly and the view outside isn't great.

Very close proximity to the masjid, good location with shops nearby. Housekeeping staff are friendly and will make your room spotless, restaurant has a wide variety of good food and the "captain" of the restaurant Abdul Qadar went out of his way to ensure we were fully satisfied. An excellent hotel with great facilities and would highly recommend. Definately more than 5 stars.

Great location but poor customer service, room service, zero to non housekeeping service non existing. Don’t even know where to start from. Called the house keeping for broken Tv remote control never changed it. So the children never get use the TV. Order food from the room service that was my mistake. I should have never order from the room service. They mixed up order. Served me one item at a time. Please people order from outside or eat outside they serve you left over food from the night buffet, Bad and rotten food. Whomever managing this hotel have no clue on food and service. GM needs knowledge of food and service. Very bad experience. I am definitely not going back to this hotel. My next visit I will stay somewhere else.

A very disappointing experience, in terms of looks and feel the hotel is nice. The lobby always smells nice when entering and there are several lifts to get you to the required floor. The biggest disappointment has been the actual rooms, the electricity has been deliberately wired in a way to make it hard for people to sleep or charge their devices. This means in order to have power to the sockets and charge your devices, you will need to keep the rooms lights on, obviously this makes it so uncomfortable after a long day in the masjid, you just want to come back and relax with just one lamp on and devices on charge to communicate with your loved ones. We also had several issues with our bathroom, with clogged shower & sink drain, and toilet flushing issues. To top it off we had some water leak in the bathroom from the roof, this had me worried as I did not know if this water is clean or not, and could it get mixed electrical wiring and cause a fire. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel more like a 3/4 star. The hotel chain should be ashamed of making things difficult for the guests of Allah, instead of making things easier. Electrical charging points should be a standard feature in any hotel chain, never mind one that classes itself as 5 star. The beds are smaller than expected, especially when compared to the single beds we had at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah. The location is great as it is only 3-4 mins to get to the masjid and is ideal for ladies as it closer to their entry points by gate 339. Unfortunately I would NOT use this hotel again, purely because of the deliberate inconvenience it has caused with its intentional electrical wiring design.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was booked for 3 people and all three beds were comfortable. The location was great, you cross the road and the woman’s gate is right there which was super convenient. Plenty of shops around for food/shopping. Breakfast was okay, could be better in terms of variety but not that bad. The hotel is easily accessible for uber which made travelling further out convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are travelling with a lot of women.

While my stay wasn’t bad, I was shocked to discover that the hotel used my name to post a detailed positive review on Booking.com—something I never wrote! (Screenshot of the review they wrote is attached here). This is completely unacceptable and has never happened to me before. It raises serious concerns about how they maintain such a high rating (9 on Booking.com) despite being a fairly average hotel. If this is how they operate, I cannot recommend them.

This place is inside the ring road. Attitude of reception and security is bad. The property insists on payment even if you have the option of free cancellation after so many days claiming they don't have the option of getting the payment using the credit card. They agree to provide you with free parking and turn a deaf ear once you reach. Housekeeping people are dedicated to their work. Walkability to the masjid and to the female praying area are a huge bonus. Asian food options outside the property are too bad.

Pros: Close to Alharam and the food was nice. Cons: " we can't do anything currently since we are at max. capacity so deal with that for couple of days" is the standard response of the reception staff for any problem.. The room was small and elevators are not efficient so if you are not a fan of using stairs then this place is not for you..

The rooms don't have charger outlets and for those which are having lamps, if you put your charger it will stop charging once you switch off the lights. Ongoing noises coming from the AC vents, room door malfunction noise, water pipe bubbling from the toilet, it's like you are sleeping in a haunted hotel, once you go out of the room it looks good. The buffet was good, but not authentic cuisine, they had hummus which was not atlal authentic, seemed like you are eating something else . Like who goes wrong with the humus when the chef is arab . Overall food was good .

This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Very old furniture and beds squeaking every time someone moves. Bad smell in the bathroom and room wasn’t clean when we got there. Rather than changing the room the kept us 1 hour waiting. The only good thing is the location to Haram but better avoid it as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t be tempted by the pictures and the price. Not worth it at all.

I don’t know how it’s called a 5 star hotel with a 3 star room and facilities. Breakfast was worst, milk was so dilute. They cleaned the rooms on time but that was only the good part. The washroom clogged with water and didn’t go for so long. Sheets had stains. Would never ever go here.

We have an extensive experience in Umrah and Ziyarah tours since 2006. Since that time Alhamdulillah we have been providing our services for tours regularly.
Our aim is to provide the best service for Umrah and Ziyarah with the reasonable pricing which suits even people with the average budgets. We will be honest and fair in our pricing and we don’t believe in swindling the customers with the name Umrah and Hajj. As we hear often about Hajj frauds and it was in high lights sometimes ago. And in the consequence British government stepped in and formed some groups, organisations to tackle the issue.
