Very good service We booked from the UK through Nabeel Hajj and Umrah, and Brother Tariq in Saudi Arabia took care of everything transport, hotel bookings, and all the arrangements. From start to finish, the service was excellent and very well organised. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were polite and professional. Brother Tariq stayed in constant contact with us on WhatsApp, following up on every detail and making sure everything went smoothly. My family were coming from Pakistan to join me, and their flight was delayed. Brother Tariq immediately updated me about their situation and made sure the hotel kept the rooms for them which was very important, as hotels often cancel bookings if you don’t check in on time. Honestly, Brother Tariq was attentive, responsible, and truly cared about making sure everything went right.
