Great service from Shaukat uncle at flywell travel he made sure our umrah journey went as smoothly as possible. Each hotel we stayed at was close to the mosques walking distance about 5-10mins. Everything he listed in the advertisement he fulfilled. For unforeseen circumstances he couldn’t make this trip with us which was fine and agreed to go on without him. We’d stay in contact via WhatsApp (text&voice note) throughout the trip. He checked in on us at key times and liaison with the ground staff (travel) who were professional throughout. Even when we had an issue with the laundry, we ironed out the problem after arriving back he reimbursed every pound. Overall, I was happy with the experience. (if you choose to go with flywell travel just pay the deposit and the remaining balance in good time and you should have nothing to worry about once you’re there Inshallah. It’s that simple.)

Alhumdulillah, first time i used FlyWell Travel ltd , from accommodation to transport ad a welcome greeting from hotel staff was excellent. Inshallah will be using their services again.

Booked an ummrah with flywell with it being our first time, it was excellent with the hotels both in madinah and makkah being a 5 min walk to haram therefore it was very easy to go and pray. The food was amazing in the hotel and with very good services. We also had a ziyarat with the group for both locations and it was very good as we visited many historical places. Shoukat Bhai was very helpful and nice who guided us to complete our ummrah and helped throughout the journey. May Allah accept all his kidmat and dua. Next time if I am to go for hajj or ummrah I would definitely book with him again.
