I do not recommend this service at all.Sabir was emotionally and verbally abusive towards me and I do not tolerate such behaviours at all. He was controlling also. I was also physically assaulted by one of his friends called Ali at the hotel in Makkah, he was present there and did nothing who slapped when I was only 17 at that time. He sabir also is very rude and disrespectful and made disrespectful and abusive comments also. I do not tolerate such behaviours at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of disrespect nor abuse whatsoever. What he and his friend did ali was abusive, physically, emotionally, verbally and also spiritually abusive and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. He sabir was controlling also and spiritually abusive and verbally and emotionally abusive and such behaviours I do not tolerate at all. I am a man of very high values and I am a highly valuable man and I do not tolerate any sort of abuse nor disrespect whatsoever.
We enjoyed a custom all day tour and fell in love with Mauritius. This is a wonderful tour company. We’ll be coming again in March and hope to book another tour!
Taxis were easy to order via WhatsApp and for the most part arrived on time or even early. The taxi would even wait for us to finish our activities. I would recommend Al Almeen Tours for longer distances across Mauritius 😊👍
We had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. They organised this tour for us late the night beforehand as we were on a cruise impacted by a cyclone in the region. Mutasim very kindly held the tour option until the morning to make sure we would actually be docking and making it ashore - fantastic communication. He even organised access to the port so my elderly grandmother didn't have to walk. Our tour south was incredible. Beautiful views and plenty to see. Mutasim was very knowledgeable and flexible with requested stops for shopping, always finding us the very best. He even very kindly bought us a taste of street food as we didn't have local currency - delicious! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we are back in Mauritius.
Fantastic service. Always on time despite the traffic issues in Mauritius. They will never say no, even last minute as getting taxis in Mauritius can be troublesome. Thank you for a great service
